They immediately responded to our request for the installation of a new water tank and gave us a quote significantly less than another company. Once we agreed, they scheduled a technician to come out the next day. We were regularly notified when to expect him, and quite frankly, this technician who brought and installed the new tank was probably the most thorough and respectful plumbing technician we've ever had (we've lived in our same home for decades.) The contrast in the experiences we had with other companies before we contracted with Mountain Ridge was night and day. The others were late, quoted us sky high prices (I guess that's expected these days?), and still tried to upsell us. Mountain Ridge asked us what we wanted, gave us one price that was so much more in line with what we had researched, arrived on time, and had us back in the hot water business quickly, a huge relief after days of haggling with other companies.
