He was prompt with the appointment to review the job and provide a quote and then the crew was on time each day to get it done. Dear Sirs, Madams;I was a first time customer with COIT last week. I had a special need for the area that needed cleaning and a piece of furniture. Allen, my service represenative was very professional and understood my needs. He did a great job and did not try to high pressure me into selling me something I didn't need at the time. I was not happy about the minimum charge of $125.00 but I do understand you need to stay in business I also was not told by your phone represenative that there would be a minimum fee. However, I will use COIT again.

We had a pet related incident on our nice rug - Julio and Joe were extremely responsive in getting us service within an our of our call. Not only did they have extremely prompt communication, but they gave us a rough estimate for each piece to be cleaned via text after we shared a photo (we also got our mid-century sectional + two chairs cleaned during their visit). They were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient when they arrived. Would highly recommend!

Rich came out to my house short notice (24 hours) and did a fantastic job on my carpet. He was able to get the pet and drink stains out that the last carpet guy couldn't lift. I also had some seam issues that his team was able to resolve easily and was very affordable. Will definitely use next time.

My husband and I were in a pinch needing carpet cleaners at the last minute and AZ Same Day Service was ready to come out in 2hrs, on a Sunday, and do a Move out carpet clean! So thankful for this company! They are professional, friendly, and compassionate to your needs!!! Gonna use them every time!
