This company is a standout - they return phone calls, they are responsive, they show up on time, give honest quotes and they do great work. We had severe issues with heaving and subsidence and their topological mapping system helped us see the issues vividly and allowed them to build a detailed remediation plan that was easy to understand. I also appreciated the forthright cost explanation as well, there was no attempt to sugar coat the facts, they told me what I needed and how much it would cost - simple. Also every associate I interacted with from sales to on-site crew to phone advocates were courteous, relaxed and friendly.

This company performed foundation repair work on my residence in 2014 and again in 2021. The work done has largely failed and foundation problems persist. They were paid $50,000 in 2014 and $50,000 in 2021. Prior to purchasing the home, I spoke with Victor Rivera, at the company and asked if all the necessary work had been done and should I expect additional problems. He assured me that everything was competed and that I should expect no further problems. The work came with a warranty and I was assured the house was rock solid. Within a couple of months of purchase I requested a meeting with the company and Victor came out and reviewed a report indicating that the foundation was stable. He just wanted to sell me $31000 of poly for the floor. We were noting issues under the floor and separation of the counter top and wall. He told me these were not serious problems. The problems have continued and have gotten much worse. I have asked for records of all the work done and only yesterday received them the 2021 records after a month. I still do not have the 2014 records.
It took 2 months of phone calls to the company before I met with a representative, Cam Altree, the only employee with integrity. He listened and took my concerns seriously. He checked back to see if I was satisfied and when I told him that I was not, he kept trying to help. Tom Cox is the guy that was assigned to my concerns. He takes days to answer texts and is impossible to get on the phone. He has confused me with other clients and even thinks I am Someone named Terry (I am Barbara). He tells me that info will be coming in a few days...but it does not. Cam got me the records for the 2021 work...again the guy with integrity.
We paid $490,000 for this house and never would have bought it if we had known that the Arizona Foundation Solutions Warranty is a Sham. Does Bob Brown even exist? I don't know, I asked to have him call and nothing yet. They obviously do not care about past customers, unless they think they can get more money. I would not give this unscrupulous company another nickle.

My mom's foundation had a Heave problem. We went through their steps and in February it was time to install the fix. The MoistureLevel smart foundation system. AZ Foundation Solutions Foreman Felix C was so wonderful! Both he and his colleague Juan were so professional, detail oriented, clean and thoughtful. We had such a great experience getting this project complete. Both of these gentlemen are such hard workers. I feel both comfortable and confident the problem is fixed. I would definitely recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions for your home or business foundation solutions.

Do not, do not use this company. They are negligent, unprofessional, and unethical. They came to my home in October to repair the foundation in a few areas. While they were working, the servicemen cut the irrigation timer line. The outer coating is gray, but the inner wires all have brightly colored plastic coatings. It is very easy to see the damaged line. The techs covered up the damaged area, didn’t say a word to me, and left. Later that day when I turned the sprinkler system back on, nothing happened. After looking around I realized that they had likely caused damage. I called the company and explained what was happening. My salesman Bryan emailed the next day and said that they were aware of the problem and that I would be taken care of. The winter lawn was only a couple of weeks old and would not survive without the sprinkler system being repair. I was able to get a tech out who very quickly found and fixed the problem.
The next week, no one called or followed up. When I called and repeated the story, there was no indication that things were being taken care of. I spoke with my salesman Bryan and expressed my frustration. A bit more time passed and then I was contacted by Tom, the Operations Manager. He told me that he would be taking care of me from now on. After some back and forth (and more waiting), Tome told me that he was authorized to give me $100 for my trouble. By now I am angry. I have been given the run around and offered about half of the $193 repair bill. Not to mention that I had to get the lawn reseeded and spend several weeks running the sprinkler many times a day because of the interruption.
I told Tom that I expected Arizona Foundation Solutions to stand behind their work and take responsibility for the damage that their servicemen had caused and covered up. That is outright negligence. That is the last I heard from anyone at Arizona Foundation Solutions. I have filed an ROC complaint and might someday receive the money that this company owes me. I hope that you will pick a different vendor for your foundation needs and save yourself the aggravation.

great company!! They came out.. gave me a breakdown of what the process was..mike was very informative and professional. They worked with me on the price and did an outstanding job! My slab of concrete was dipped down about 4 inches on one side and about 2 on the other. They left it perfectly leveled. Sarah knew exactly what she was doing! Overall great experience! I highly recommend them.

Recently had some minor fixes made to a foundation stem wall repair on the back of our house. John and Luiz did a super job on the repair, arriving right on time as promised, and completed the job that day. They took the time to make the area look just like it did after the repair. They explained the inspection process from the city of Scottsdale and wrapped up the project nicely.

We really appreciated the professional approach the whole team at Arizona Foundation Solutions took with us.

Our only issue with the whole project was the time it took the City of Scottsdale to approve the permit, weeks stretched into several months, which was crazy. That said, through it all Arizona Foundation Solutions stayed on top of the process and let us know when things were finally ready to go. Their scheduling process was very flexible and easily worked around our availability.

This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time. I paid over $26K for foundation raising and cement leveling. As a bonus I received the privilege of being delayed, ignored, brushed off, and lied to. It started with the hard sell from their salesperson...you only get a discount if you sign a contract today. They were backed up so far that it took over 6 months for them to get to my project. I reported concerns about a bulge in the side of my house, cracks in the stucco, and large cracks in the garage about 9 months later. I had to call and email several times to get someone to talk to me about the issues. I was assigned a warranty rep, Tom Cox, who regularly doesn't return calls, texts, or emails and has a 1,000 excuses about why he's not responding. He said they had to send someone out to rerun the level test and that I had to pay for it. Then nothing for weeks. After a couple of months of chasing him, he came out to my house for 5 minutes took pics and left. Finally, I received a message that their engineering department didn't find anything wrong despite the obvious damage. After chasing him again, he finally came out for 5 minutes and took more pics followed by a couple of weeks of nothing. Once I ratcheted up the pressure, I received a new message that according to their engineers nothing was wrong. They refused to send an actual engineer out to look at the problems. I asked several times to speak with the owner which were ignored. When I threatened to file a lawsuit and complaints against their license, their head engineer and their customer service manager reached out and offered me $300 to go away. I rejected the offer and told them I was filing complaints if the owner didn't call me within 24 hours. Bob Brown finally called and gave me a story about how nothing is wrong. I explained that the damage they had done might cause a problem when I tried to sell my house. He said that he would write a letter stating that nothing was wrong. The letter was intentionally misleading, filled with inaccuracies and statements of self-protection. He refused to correct the letter. It took 4 1/2 months from the time I reached out about the issues to get this far. How can I trust anything this company or the owner says? This company claims to provide excellent service. It's a lie. I suggest that you stay far away. Find a company that is responsive and stands behind their work.

Chris was amazing! He was patient with all of our questions and thoroughly explained each step of the process. When setting up times to meet, Chris ensured it worked best with our schedule, and called 30 minutes prior to the meeting to reassure us when he would arrive.

If there was something we did not understand or a question came up after the presentation, Chris was more than willing to clarify and walk us through the answer.

He was personable, professional and it was sincerely a delight to work with him!

Everyone has been very nice. Melissa the project advisor has been wonderful, she takes the time to explain what steps are taken at each point of the foundation repair. For me it was overwhelming but Melissa reassured me and reviewed the information again so I felt more at ease. She is there if I need her with any questions that come up during the repair process. I am so glad I chose AZ Foundation and had Melissa by my side.

I used AFS when an inspection revealed foundation cracks for one of my clients purchasing a home. We were in a 10 day inspection period and needed answers FAST! Kyle Byrne was amazing! He was able to get a structural engineer out to the property to survey and provide us with a full repair report with-in our 7 day dead line!! I had noticed some cracks in my foundation and knew that was something that should be addressed sooner than later. I had already put it off 2 years. I called AZ Foundation Solutions for a quote as I had seen them on the Instagram.

Not to long after I had Dustin come in and look over and evaluate the repairs. Knowing it would probably be a horrible expense I mentally prepared myself for a massive dollar number. To my surprise it wasn't as bad as I had thought. Dustin explained most of the issue are the Stem wall and explained how those issues occurred. There was a few worse places along the stem wall which made sense because of the water intrusion into the garage.

Onto the permit waiting period. Being AZ you know construction is always busy and has delays and backups. I didn't quite know what to expect on that. I sent emails seeking status updates which had a prompt response. Overall permitting was close to 4-6 weeks for the whole process.

After the permit was approved I received a call to schedule my repairs. They were able to schedule me a week later. My main concern was to get the job done before the cool winter season which may bring some rain.

Come day of the repairs I got a call a tad before 7am that they were on the way. A two man crew prepared the area after introducing themselves.
They used tarps to put the dirt on. Fired up jack hammers and got to work right away.

To my surprise they wrapped up about 3pm the same day on my job. I was very surprised how fast it was done. Foundation looks fantastic and I look forward to no future water intrusion. One less stressor off the mental plate.

Now for the post work inspection. Everything looked fantastic work wise. Only issue was a few irrigation caps/lines got hit and cracked during the excavation of dirt and rocks. Up front I knew anything close to foundation was a risk. This was explained up front.

Unfortunately the builders of this house had water sprinklers tucked against the foundation in many spots which was silly. I knew in advance those were going to be an issue so I am not at all upset. After 36 years any plastic was going to be brittle and basically crack if you move it. So I do have to repair some lines at edge of foundation. I had those capped off anyhow. So I will go just run a new straight pipe to seal the line.

Chris, Cuba, and Vince came out to our home and did an excellent job repairing our foundation- they were all very professional, friendly, and were happy to answer any and all questions pertaining to the work done. From start to finish, we had no doubts we had made the right call by choosing Arizona Foundation Solutions.

I paid $520.00 for Arizona Foundation Solutions to visit my home, make measurements and provide me results of the Forensic Engineering Analysis Report. On the day that we had an appointment, they canceled a few minutes prior and they told me that they would call me at a later time to reschedule. I called the following week and was told that they would have someone call me. A few weeks later I called again and left several emails and I was told again that they're opening some sort of case file; that they would be in contact with me soon. We had over 100+ feet of stem wall repair that needed to be fixed. Gama was our foreman and he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious. We have two young children in the house and he always gave us a plan the day prior so we could work around the noise and the kids. We love the work they did! The house looks amazing and you can see the quality! We had a strict timeframe for them to work around and they managed to finish the work in four days!! We had Tom Cox come to my parents home for an inspection. The process was great! He was very professional, took the time to explain things thoroughly. In this time of companies lacking full time help, it's difficult to find one that does a good job, keeps their word, puts the customer first... basically reputable.

This is the 3rd Arizona Foundation crew that has been at my home (all crews were for different scopes of my project) and ALL have been quite amazing. They show up when they say they will. They've been honest in their answers, even when it may not have been something I wanted to hear - but I 100% appreciate the transparency. They are knowledgeable in their field. Polite... I have yet to feel like just another job with anyone I've interacted with. Every employee made me feel the work being done to my home was as important to them as it was to me. Let's face it, there's no cheap solution to foundation problems so even that small notion of making my home feel important helped me feel my money was being used wisely and not wasted.

Even the office staff making appointments, emailing and the staff handling my permits... communication was more them contacting me and not me having to check in to see where things were.

Steve and his crew were extremely professional and respectful throughout the project. We had over 30 piers on the main structure and compaction grouting done in our garage. They went above and beyond to keep “life” during this project as normal as possible. Thankfully this work is guaranteed for life so I am hopeful to not have to ever do it again, but if we did I would definitely want the same crew to do the work.

I can’t say enough good things about Arizona Foundation Solutions! They helped us with our expansive soil issue by installing a MoistureLevel Smart Foundation System.

The whole process was smooth from the 1st inspection to completed project. You are in good hands with AZ Foundation Solutions. A team of dedicated engineers, techs, project managers and support staff was there every step of the way. We never felt out of the loop or that we didn’t understand the issue we had.

Andrew our project manager explained our issue, showed us the engineers report and had a plan of action for us to solve our expansive soil issue. We didn’t have a bad issue but if untreated we would have seen more problems down the road. Gilbert, AZ where we live, has a lot of old farm land and lots of expansive soils, causing our house to heave up on the sides and push down at the middle. I wanted to do some remodeling on the house but there's no sense in starting a remodel if the foundation is wonky. Thanks to AZFS the pitching I had in the center of the home and the sinking in the rear is remedied and now I can get on to the fun stuff. These guys were great. Worked when it was crazy hot and never lost their positive attitudes. When they hit snags, and on this house they were bound to, they made the right calls, got the right people and got things fixed RIGHT.

Within a year after purchasing our Pulte home we began to notice numerous cracks in the drywall, tile and foundation. About half of our doors would not close because the door frames were no longer square. Even though the house was only a few years old, Pulte refused to even come look at it. We sued Pulte, along with about one hundred other homeowners in our neighborhood for the building defects.

Over the next four years we learned that our neighborhood had been built on expansive soil. This means the soil under our foundations would absorb moisture and expand. Then when the soil dries, it contracts. If the foundation is not properly built to withstand the force of this continuous expansion and contraction, it cracks. Since the soil does not expand evenly under the foundation, one part of the house can be forced up, while another part of the house will drop. Our foundation had a 3.7 inch deviation from the high point to the low point.

Another thing we learned during our lawsuit is that a post-tension foundation is the bare minimum a builder can do to prevent these issues and unfortunately it doesn’t always work. To use an analogy, our foundation is a ship with a cracked hull floating on rough water and it’s breaking apart. We needed help.

We contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions. Ryan Tracey came to our house and clearly explained the process. The soil around our foundation was tested. A leak detection test was done to ensure we did not have a leak under our foundation. AFS also inspected and measured our foundation. All of this information was sent to an engineer to be examined in order to determine what needed to be done to save our house.

Ryan presented us with the solution and provided us with all of the documents. It was determined that the back of our house was sinking. AFS would use 16 piers to lift and support the back of our house. Holes would then be drilled through our foundation to pump a poly foam under the foundation. This would help level the foundation and fill any voids.

On the first day of construction, Steven, the foreman, introduced himself and his crew, Jose and Jorge. Over the next few days Steven and his crew went above and beyond what they had to do. After they raised the back of the house, my wife could not open the front door. Steven came inside and fixed our front door for us.

For the next step in the process, Sarah and Alex arrived and began drilling holes through the foundation. They then pumped the poly foam under the foundation. Afterwards, they sealed the holes. They even replaced our carpet for us.

As you can imagine, this whole process made an incredible mess in the backyard and inside the house. After they were done, Steven, Jose, Jorge, Sarah and Alex left our house in immaculate condition. My wife and I felt completely comfortable with them working in and around our house. We appreciate all of their time and hard work. We would recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to anyone in this unfortunate situation.

Very Courteous and professional. Explained everything that they were doing step by step an why. Would use them again if ever needed. Left everything the way it should be an would of never known they did major repairs. Answered all my questions an explained them in a way I would understand.

Our parents had a home built in Rio Rico Arizona and the builder did spotty foundation work. Years later the walls and floors were cracking. Of course the builder was no where to be found. So much for the warranty. We hired AZ foundation to assess the damage.. Brian Guthrie went in and gave an honest assessment of repairs. We were of course shocked to see how the builder got away with such spotty work in the first place. AZ foundation was straight forward and honest. They proceeded to do clean quality repairs. They detailed the work that was needed and showed us were the lack of footings caused the damaged. All could have been prevented by a quality build. We would definetly recommend AZ foundation to anyone needing home repairs.

Over all the business used quality materials and all the labor workers were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. However, I am extremely disappointed in the salesman and administration. No one updated me on the schedule except the date. I have no idea the time of arrival except for 30 minutes notice (luckily I work from home so it's not an issue) but a plan would have been appreciated. Also I was never told me about other workers that would need to come before to prep for the work needed. Again I work from home so it's not a huge deal but I had to reschedule a couple of times because of this lack of information. Lastly, there was no update of how, where, or when I needed to pay or even what my remainder balance. As a business owner that supplies superior customer service I suggest they update their process to include basic schedules, payment and expectations of the process to the clients in email and phone calls. This will help your customers be prepared and leave better reviews.

Arizona Foundations has done a remarkable job in restoring the structural condition of our home. Being from Texas, I was familiar with foundation issues attendant to building on clay soil, but the damage to our home in Arizona was far worse. We were unsure what condition the home would be in post-repair.

To our amazement and delight, after their work we can now see that the cosmetic work we will do will complete the job. We are very pleased.

I hoped to resolve my issue with the company directly but their lack of responsiveness makes me think they are not going to refund my deposit.

I originally signed up for a study of my home and paid a $245 deposit. I had a change of heart a week before the study and discovered their stringent cancellation policy. I cancelled for multiple reasons including that the salesman scheduled it at a time that didn't work for my family.

BEWARE OF THEIR CANCELLATION POLICY. If you don't cancel within 48 hours of scheduling you forfeit the deposit. It's super fine print and wasn't communicated with me at the time of the sale. I discovered it on my own when I went to cancel. I wouldn't have agreed to the work if I knew this policy was in the contract.

I asked the salesman to see if they could reallocate the resources and return my money. No effort was made to reallocate the resources or cancel the study. After multiple emails and calls back and forth, days before the scheduled service, the technician still called me the day before to introduce themselves.

I picked this company because of their mention of Bob's relationship with scouting in their marketing material. I'm an Eagle Scout and my respect for and relationship to scouting is strong.

My experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions does not reflect the values I learned in scouting. The scout law includes 12 points that a scout should try to live up to included being Trustworthy, Courteous, and Helpful.

In my experience, this company is:
Not trustworthy- No mention of that cancellation policy felt sneaky and slimy salesman.
Not Courteous - Won't return emails, calls, or complaints
Not Helpful- Wouldn't work with me to reallocate the resources days before the scheduled service and refund my deposit.

* had a moisture control system installed on our house in July 2021. It ran constantly for 3 months then completely shut off and has not turned back on despite several measurable rains. We have tested power to the outlet, that checked out fine. When the cover is removed there is a red blinking light on the unit. My husband reached out through Facebook and was told someone would call back to schedule an appointment. Never happened. I called and spoke to a woman who also told me someone would reach out to schedule an appointment. Never happened. Now when I call the company it goes through the recorded answering service. When I press 1 or 0 as promoted it just goes back through the recording and eventually hangs up. We spent thousands of dollars on a system that is not functioning and we cannot get anybody to call us back to either trouble shoot or schedule to have the system looked at.

*Update*
After leaving review we were contacted and appointment was scheduled. Technician was on time and replaced a bad /loose wire. System is running as it should.

After a delay of a week due to an unforeseen work-related injury on a previously scheduled crew, the new crew foreman, Joey, was a most affable man who was very enthusiastic about performing the work. What a gem of a guy! The project took longer than expected because of a most uncommon rain storm in the Valley that lasted an entire day. Joey and his crew were back at the task early the next day. We can't thank Arizona Foundation Solutions enough for the wonderful work they did to stabilize our home's foundation. Joey and his team were simply outstanding!

I had worked with Arizona Foundation Solutions before. They had installed a moisture removal system as a heaving remediation solution.

During my renovations, I noticed a crack in the foundation that was a little more than 1/16 of an inch wide. I felt comfortable fixing it myself. However, I wanted it done professionally and have it backed by a transferable warranty. Therefore, I decided to go the with Arizona Foundation Solutions.

The person handling the actual repair was Tom Linear. I was very impressed by his commitment to doing the job right even before the start of the job. The original bid was different from the work that was actually needed since I had just completed removing tile to reveal the extent of the damage. I shared this change with Tom. He assured me that all would be handled. He also warned me about the limitations of the repair. Part of the crack was in close proximity to the wall. Due to this and the need for even more, possibly unnecessary work, this part of the crack would not be stitched. However, the work would still fall under the warranty.

I was blown away by his skill, knowledge, patience, and willingness to not only listen to my concerns and answer questions but actually teach me me the techniques so I would feel comfortable doing it myself in the future if needed. Tom is an excellent teacher.

As mentioned previously, the scope of the project was changed. He performed extra work that was not in the original contract and would not fall under the warranty, and was done without expectation of extra charge.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tom. He is passionate about his work and is willing and able to share it with others. As a result of his visit, I not only have confidence in the repair that was done, but I also have confidence in myself to be able to apply similar fixes in future. Tom, thank you so much!

AZ Foundation Solutions did an amazing job on the home I am renting. All of their people were professional, kind, and very informative. Thomas, the foreman, stood out from the others. He was excellent with his crew, invested in giving excellent service, very understanding, and made sure the job was done correctly and well. I always knew what to expect. He answered questions for me and gave me important info at all times of the day and weekends, even when it wasn't his department. He even went out of his way to have the city check the pipes which we learned were falling apart. His partners, Dwayne and Alonso were great as well. Sarah and Felix were also very kind, professional and informative. They worked with me and my schedule. Scheduling was a little of an issue in the beginning but in all fairness, no one can predict what type of problems a house may be hiding before digging into it. These guys are working around the clock on multiple homes in the heat, all around the valley, and still providing excellent service and keeping a great attitude. As a manager, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company. Even when things don't go as they should (as is with life) this company is committed to taking care of the job at hand and the people in the home regardless of unforeseen circumstances. I had AZ Foundation Solutions out at my house to help us better understand what the potential remedies were to address some settling we noticed in our 20+ yr old home. The analysis they performed and the level of detail they went into was great and it provided us with the knowledge we needed to make an informed decision.

When it came time for the stabilization work to be performed, Daniel, Omar and Freddie did an amazing job! They worked hard each day and answered any questions we had as the work progressed and we were able to see the steps they were taking. Throughout the project, they were also very keen that their work environment was our home and cleaning up was an important aspect each day. At the end of the project, everything was cleaned up and put back to to what it was before they started.

I would highly recommend AZ Foundation Solutions for any settling issues you are facing. I'm sure all of their team members are great, but if you are lucky enough to have Daniel, Omar and Freddie then you've got some of the best working on your home.

From the free inspection all the way to installation of new piers, the entire crew that I've interacted with (Chris Ortiz, Adam Rhodes, Greg Andrews) have been excellent. Chris did a great job going over the initial inspection and the later review of what was going on with the house. Adam came in and did a great job doing the home survey. Greg's installation team came in and did a quality install. Everyone was professional and personable and did a good job putting us at ease with the process and giving us piece of mind that the finished product will help our home last.

We had a great experience with our foundation work. The company is great at communicating and staying on top of things. AZ Foundation Solutions has performed foundation stabilization and poly lift and leveling on the foundation and floor of my house. The work was performed professionally and the crew was knowledgeable in the application of their trade. The sales department was knowledgeable with the process and always responsive when I had questions concerning the job. Overall a good experience.

AZ Foundation Solutions does great work! We met with Thomas to get an estimate on a home we were looking to buy!. We had light settlement that we wanted to lift. Thomas came out and gave us an estimate and was great to go over all the details of what they needed to do and gave some advice on what to do with other areas of the home. Edgar and his crew came out to do the job and it looks great! They were quick and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Permits were passed by the city and was all clear! The house is now leveled out and I'm really happy with the work done with great customer service which is hard to come by these days especially in home repairs! I will only use AZ Foundation Solutions in the future!

I have been a customer with Arizona Foundation Solutions for over a year now and it has been one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. They misdiagnosed the extent of repair work that was needed and surprised me with a new quote on the day of the repair for a much higher amount. Once the initial repair work was done, I continued to experience additional foundation cracking and it has been almost impossible to contact my assigned sales representative. When I have been able to contact him, he continually fails to follow up with me or do what he says he will do. The actual repair work that was done was satisfactory, but every other aspect of working with Arizona Foundation Solutions has been a nightmare.

Edit since the owner failed to acknowledge the reason behind my review: I'm not unhappy with the performance of my home, I'm unhappy with the customer service. Since the additional cracking occurred, I reached out to have my 1-year post install engineering analysis conducted. That was a couple months ago and I have called my sales rep countless times for multiple reasons (information on my account, attempting to move forward with additional repairs, etc) and my messages are either ignored or I am told something will be done and that I will be followed up with. I have honestly just been trying to purchase additional services from AZ Foundation Solutions and it has felt like pulling teeth. Also, I’m not sure what my sales representative documented regarding the additional work, but it was not simply extra crack stitching that I changed my mind and elected to have done. It was a significant amount of undetected cracking from the “engineering analysis” that should have been caught, a sentiment mirrored by your own employees. I welcome a call from management to clarify and resolve this matter.

Brian Guthrie was very responsive to my every call, text, and email. He guided me through the months long process from A to Z. The install team was equally impressive, courteous, and thorough. I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions.

We had our house evaluated for settling. Arizona Foundation Solutions were excellent to work with. They educated us on the types of foundation issues, the process for finding out if we had issues then they had a plan in case we did need repairs. We were fortunate enough to not need to pursue any correctional measures at this time, but now we have a base line and can have them come back in a few years to see if the house has settled or moved any further and then go from there. I would highly recommend calling Arizona Foundation Solutions if you think you have any problems with your foundation.

Cody came out to our house and gave us an impressive sales pitch so we decided to proceed with an engineering evaluation. Gave Cody the deposit information, filled out the documents and never heard back from ANYONE. Called and emailed several times and either got a mailbox is full message or no reply at all.

This company is reputable and professional. Their process is top notch and complicated. We had foundation issues on a slab foundation. Their engineers extensively evaluated the problem and planned a solution which involved many moving parts. Delays were experienced through the permitting process due to backlogs in the County. Because this was a complicated engineering process high level review from the County was required. There were several crews involved at different stages of the process. We were impressed with the work ethic of every crew member. When completed you would not have known any ground was disturbed and the composite stitch was exemplary. Highly recommend this company. Worth the wait and the cost.

Pre-Construction Review: I’m very satisfied with my overall experience with AZ Foundation Solutions. Tim is very professional, knowledgeable, and has provided outstanding customer service. Tim has done a great job in setting expectations for the process timeline. We are looking forward to the the next phase. He helped us understand the engineering report which educated and enabled us to make an informed decision. Keep up the great work!

I have been trying to get these guys to come out and finish some warranty work since October 2021. I was told over the phone that they would fix some cracked slab in my garage and then they sent a different crew out that doesn’t do stitching. When I asked what was going on they told me that stitching isn’t covered in the warranty and they were actually supposed to fix my moisture levels. Now that I’m aware of that I’ve called 10+ times for them to come work on the moisture levels and I keep getting the same answer that they fixed it. It seems like no one is on the same page. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

Edit: They made one contact attempt on the day I posted the review. I was at work and missed it. I have reached out several times since with no response. Clearly the “warranty” is a joke.

It's easy to write a quick, positive review right after the crew cleans up and leaves. I'm writing this over a year later. The foundation work was done in April 2020, where nine piers were installed in 3 days, along with some poly gap filler. Over a year later, the foundation is ROCK SOLID with no movement at all. In addition, Andrew at AFS has been available for calls with a prospective buyer for my house, discussing the initial survey report, the work done, and the warranty that comes with it. That reassurance helped seal the deal and I'm on my way to close in about a week! Thank you, Arizona Foundation Solutions, for great work and standing behind your products and services!

My experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions was exceptional! I had great communication from the office staff when calling to schedule.
Bryan W. (our residential consultant) was knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and professional. He called me a couple days prior to our scheduled appointment to introduce himself, then to confirm our appointment, and finally to let me know when he was en route. He did a thorough job of inspecting a property we are considering purchasing and had a few concerns about. There were some cracks in several places in one of the bedrooms and he pointed out that these were likely not related to any foundation problem but poor construction to an addition/modification of the home. I reviewed previous listings on the MLS (I am a licensed real estate agent) and sure enough, the house had previously been a 3 bedroom and was now a 4 bedroom due to an enclosed open den that was just off the living room (where the majority of the issues were noticed)! He reviewed that and the other concerns I had in a thorough, easy to understand manner. Luckily, we got a clean bill of health for the foundation and his assessment gave us peace of mind. I have not previously worked with any foundation repair companies and this was a great first experience. I will be recommending Arizona Foundation Solutions to all of my clients!

I worked with Brian at Arizona Foundation Solutions. He was very professional and explained the whole process. We had piers and a heaving solution installed. The contractors who performed the work were professional and did the work in a timely manner. They put the yard back the way they found it and didn't leave a mess. I am very happy with the work they performed and feel comfortable that my foundation is stable and will no longer be a concern. The warranty provided peace of mind.

I called three different foundation repair places to get bids, 2 of them did not spend much time looking over the foundation (about 20 mins) they talked about what they do and said they would get back me 1 to 2 weeks on the estimate.
AZ Foundations came out and the estimator was very professional and got on his hands and knees went over the foundation showing me what was happen. He showed pictures on the materials they use and how it’s installed, the estimator was very nice and took his time. He then sat down with me and gave me an estimate on sight all within 1-½ hours.
The worker that showed up to do the work was very professional and did a great job and cleaning up after was perfect; it only took 6 hours to get the work done. I was going to pay the rest of the bill when the employee that did the work told to me hold off on writing the check. He called the office talked to them about what was done and that it was not as bad as we thought it going to be and gave me a bill lower then was agreed on contact. This makes me feel great about a company that is willing to bill less then what was agreed on. I wish other companies would do this; they would just charge what was quoted and leave. This is very top-notch company; I like the warranty that comes with their work it was the best out of three. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

We found AZ Foundation Solutions on Angie's List with a lot of great ratings and reviews. Also, I believe they are the only certified foundation repair company in the valley. We definitely made the right choice. It may take a couple of months before they start the repair process, have patience if you want quality work. It starts with a Residential Consultant. Our Residential Consultant Brian was very thorough, explaining to us in details about the foundation repair along with a Power Point presentation. After that, Dell, our Engineering Analysis Tech who did the Manometer to survey the different elevations of the floor was awesome. He took the time to answer all of our questions about the floor survey and how he gets the measurements.
All the crews who did the installations and repairs on the house were very professional and had some of the best customer skills I have experienced. They all explained in detail about the work they were doing and took time to answer all the questions we had. Berry and his crew who installed the Moisture Level System on one side of the house did a fantastic job leaving no trace that any work was ever done. That is awesome! Just FYI, when they dig a six foot trench, your sprinkler system may get damaged, no need to get upset about it, they stock everything in their truck to repair it. My drip system was sliced, and the Rain Bird wiring was cut into. It was repaired and it works like new. The crew that came out to install the piers to raise the foundation, Kyle, Eric and Daniel were awesome. Kyle and his crew went above and beyond their service of duty. I had some bushes that had some roots I could not dig up myself. I ask Kyle if he wouldn't mind taking the backhoe to dig them up for me. He said he wouldn't mind at all when the work was completed. He also took time to show me and my wife preventative ways to ensure our foundation repairs will last. That is great customer service. Thank you Kyle, Eric, and Daniel.
The last part of the repair was the poly-leveling. Sara and her crew, just like the crews before her, was AWESOME! She took time to show me and my wife a few preventive measures as well to keep water damage to a minimum. We had a great experience with the repairs to our home performed by Arizona Foundation Solutions. Our sales rep Brian was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process in detail and answer all of our questions. Sam, the engineer that performed the initial elevation readings and evaluation was extremely courteous, and the crews that performed the work were outstanding. Greg and Barry and their team’s professionalism and work exceeded our expectations. They were very respectful of our property, and we felt like they were treating our job like they were working on their own houses. They cleaned up the work area perfectly when they were done, and made sure to communicate what they were doing throughout the entire process.

I had noticed a couple of horizontal cracks in my stem wall, called a number of foundation contractors but AZ foundation Solutions was the most knowledgeable. Victor came out to my house was very helpful, answered all my questions on the stem wall, as well as recommended rain gutters as a preventative measure to keep water away from the foundation of my house. Kyle and Barron came out to do the stem wall repair, they did a great job, explained the whole process, were very personable and cleaned up after they were done. Shawn did the rain gutter installation, he explained the steps involved in installing the rain gutters, did a great job installing and cleaned up after he was done. Actually the rain gutters make the whole house look a bit nicer. Lastly I worked with Izzy in accounting, she kept tight communication with me on the billing and was also very personable. So far, Andrew came out and looked around our house and did some measurements. He was knowledgeable and good communicator. I am happy so far with his opinion of our house. We have scheduled another appointment for later for the men to come out with detailed equipment. He also gave us excellent pointers to look for. I am giving him 4 stars BUT we don't know what the rest of the process will entail or if the company will follow through on the rest of this process.

Knowing we had severe foundation issues, we contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions based on the recommendation of friends. Their recommendation was a good choice to follow, since we found Arizona Foundation to be an excellent company. They looked at our issues and gave us a detailed explanation of solutions, complete with measurements and identifying problem areas. They first installed a moisture control system. Their installers were on time and worked with us to place it in the least noticeable spot. Another crew came and repaired cracks in our floors. They were professional, fast, and even filled a few extra cracks that we had not been able to see. Finally, Barry Anderson and his pier installing crew put in two stabilizers for us. From the moment he arrived they were professional, explained everything, and amazingly, went from making a huge mess to leaving the area as neat and clean as they found it -- and that was after digging two large holes! Barry made sure the mess and impact on us was as minimal as possible and took the time to answer all of my questions. In addition, his entire crew was polite and friendly. Although foundation repair is an expensive issue, I feel Arizona Foundation Solutions definitely gave us our money's worth.

We had a very good experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions. Their professionalism was excellent. In our initial meetings with Victor the scope of work and options were thoroughly explained and questions were answered promptly. We required both stem wall repair and chimney underpinning. Frank kept us up to date on the status of the design work and permitting. Both Greg, who handled the stem wall repair and Johnny, who led the crew that handled the chimney underpinning work were personable, receptive to questions and thoroughly explained the work they were doing. We are very pleased with their work.

He was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and extremely informative on the post tension slab & dynamics of the home that I needed inspected for one of my clients. Getting your foundation repaired is a scary experience, but working with Ryan Overcash took a lot of the anxiety out of this experience. He expkained the entire process very clearly to me and was very accurate in any quote delivered. I had 15 structural piers installed and poly back filled, as well as a water mitigation system installed in my home. The work was all done in a timely manner and Greg the foreman and Alonso his lead were especially helpful. They even did a fantastic job cleaning up after what looked like complete chaos in my back yard. Foundation stuff isn’t fun or glamorous but if you need to have it done this group is comprised of true professionals. Thank you guys again for fixing my home!!

AZ Foundation Solutions repaired the stem wall in a 58-ft. section of our foundation perimeter. It was, overall, an excellent experience that started with the knowledgeable, solicitous and courteous salesman (Victor Rivera). The scheduling manager accommodated our need for an accelerated schedule and the work crew showed up on time. They worked efficiently and were scrupulous about leaving the work site clean and tidy, when finished. They also accommodated our request for some additional patches, relative to the contract plan. Our work presented some unusual circumstances and the company owner (Bob Brown) took the time to come to our house on a Saturday to personally review the work and explain their findings and potential ramifications. Excellent service. The only reason I didn't rate them 5/5 is that the cost is high (albeit competitive with other bids)... but they left us with a feeling of confidence in the work performed. I would definitely recommend them for foundation repair work.

From the very beginning Bryan Wooldridge has been amazing! We were buying a house in Ahwatukee with stem wall problems but we were still living in New Mexico so our real estate agent met him at the house. Bryan explained everything so thoroughly and in such an easy to understand way that my agent was able to easily explain it to my husband and I. Bryan then followed up with a report outlining everything the same day. I had a question regarding one part of the house after we moved in and he came back out to meet with me and answer my questions, all of this at no charge. He was so kind and caring, I have total confidence that Arizona Foundation Solutions is going to do a great job on our home. I'll put in another review when the job is done.

It's now 2 months later and our stem wall has been repaired and we couldn't be any happier. Our foreman for the job was David Bickers and he was fantastic! He was really thorough on the job and noted things that didn't need to be done and saved us quite a bit of money. We really appreciated his honesty and the honesty of the company. From the start, working with Bryan Wooldridge, to the finish with David Bickers, Arizona Foundation has been great to work with, we highly recommend them!

The team at Arizona Foundation Solutions has been helpful through the entire process from answering questions on the process and providing updates on where we were in getting work scheduled to the crew doing an exceptional job on the work. Ryan helped us throughout the entire process with making sure any changes we wanted to get made were incorporated. In addition, when we had our gutters installed after our repair work, Gregory and his crew made sure we had the gutters we selected, after a change had been made, and got the job completed the same day even after a mix up had occurred with the color chosen. The employees go above and beyond to make sure you get the products and service you need and deserve!

We had a great experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions. They were very organized and whatever they said was going to happen, did. We had good experiences with all the members of the team but especially found Barry to be exceptionally professional, demonstrated he cared about the quality of his work but also saved us $1000.00 by rerouting the system without compromising the job. The company sent out Brian Patrick for the inspection on her home. Brian was friendly, reassuring, patient but most importantly, knowledgeable! He explained everything that would be done to the house and how the company warranties their work, which is important. Brian made both of us feel that he was on our team and would do his best to make sure things were handled as promised. Brian was what sold us on working with AFS. We are a month out from the repairs and all was handled as promised, and the rest of the crew was great, too! Greg, Mike, Anthony and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with, as well. We are thankful we worked with Brian, and in fact, I'm buying a home and have asked him to inspect it to make sure all was well before closing. That's how much I trust him and his company.

Since we moved into our home in the beginning of 2019, we have had Thomas C. from Arizona Foundation Solutions come out to look at our foundation at least 3 times because of concerns we had about its integrity. He has always been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest about his assessments. We are very impressed with the quality of his service. Thomas is the kind of person that you can trust to give you a true evaluation of any foundation problem you might have, including assuring you that you have no problem at all if that is the case! We have worked with several other foundation companies in the past, but we highly recommend Thomas from Arizona Foundation Solutions. If we ever have any further concern about our foundation, we will only be calling Thomas at Arizona Foundation Solutions!

We called Arizona Foundation Solutions when we noticed our garage settling. We ended up hiring them to stabilize the garage as well as repairing several feet of stem wall. Overall we had a good experience, the employees are all super knowledgeable and any one of them were able to comfortably and confidently explain anything that was going on and back up their answers. the crews did their job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves pretty well.

The one place they fell short with me was communication. For a project of this size a customer should NEVER be left wondering what's next or who to contact to find out whats going on. However if you contact the front desk staff they'll be more than happy to give a kick in the ass to anyone who needs it.... they may need to do so a few times, but eventually they'll get through.

I wouldn't suggest their options for financing, If you don't have the cash it would be best to finance elsewhere as it seems they have no clue how to work with their bank. Seriously... it was a massive headache and took a LOT of confused phone calls and emails with AZFS and the bank to figure out what was happening (there's that lack of communication at play)

all in all it was good though. I'm glad my house is stable and I trust the repairs that were done.

The office staff and field workers are all very friendly. It took a few days to get my project scheduled, but once it was I had no issues. The repair work done to my stem wall was great. They cleaned up after themselves very well and put my landscaping back to the best of their ability. I would use this company again.

We called for an opinion and estimate on some work we were thinking of having done. Thomas Cochran came out to see it and talked to us about options. He was friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciate his time. I would highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions if you are in need.

This company does not follow through on its warranty work. I purchased a home with recent work that this company did. They did a rescan in February 2021, I have sent more than 3 email requests for the results and have left multiple messages over the last 10 months and no one will give me the results of my rescans, nor repair the fan system that is not working (that is under warranty), I do not recommend this company. I have reached out more than 7 times over a 10 month period and still no information has been received. Not even so much as a return phone call or email. Highly unprofessional! And they do not deliver on their warranty work.

Andrew Olson was very professional and honest through the inspection of my stem wall and he was able to put together a fair price that fits the needs of the problem I am having! I will recommend and refer anyone to him from here on out! Thanks Andrew

I am very happy to give a 5-Star review rating due to the efforts of Felix Cantu and Chris Ortiz. Chris , Residential Consultant was very helpful and explained in great detail the process for CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. He was very professional and respectful of my concerns and comments.
Upon signing the agreement the project was forwarded for construction scheduling. The original date to install was March 25, 2020. A crew showed up that day but discovered there was not enough drainage mat to cover the crawl space. They were here about 3 hours.
Finally on May 5th, Felix Cantu was scheduled to complete the project. When he arrived he discovered 2 rolls of the drainage mat had been rolled out incorrectly and had to be turned over. Felix was by himself and had to complete this before he could do any installation. He was told he was to complete the project but in essence started not only from scratch but at a disadvantage. Felix was intent that the project not only be completed correctly but to the high standards of Arizona Foundations. Felix completed 2800+ sq ft of crawl space by himself in 3 days. He worked long hours and was very detailed in his installation. I checked his work at numerous times and was very impressed.
We experienced delays but are thankful for the honesty and hard work by Felix. Without his customer service and professionalism I could not have given a 5-STAR rating.
I also want to thank Tom Dixon, Operations Manager. When Felix discovered the amount of work necessary to complete the project he indicated he would not be able to finish in the time allocated. He was only scheduled 2 days to complete the Project'. I called the office and left a message for Tom with my concerns. He called back and told me he had rescheduled Felix's time and he was clear to stay until the project was completed.
Overall what could have been a bad experience turned out to be 5-STAR because of Chris, Felix and Tom.

Brian Patrick and the engineering crew were awesome: showed up on time, clearly knew what they were doing, and professional. Updated me on every step of their work--the communication was great. Provided a complete inspection report of my foundation with registered engineer stamp. The computer analysis report indicated that my house needs no repairs at this point--just a slight (less than 1 inch) movement, but no damage. So, my only expenses were the cost of the inspection. They only recommended that I install gutters to guide the rainwater away from the house (though the rains are rare, they still do damage) and recommended a great contractor. To me this says that these guys are really honest. Will only use them for any of my foundation needs if they ever come up. Thanks guys!

Arizona Foundations Solutions came out to fix our foundation. Alex and Timothy were very professional and competent in repairing the issue to our foundation. They are very respectful and I highly recommend their services. A cross training program between the sales staff and their contractors would be beneficial to the company.

I am in the process of selling my home in N. Scottsdale. During the buyer's inspection, it was determined that there were some cracks in my Stem Wall. I called Arizona Foundation Solution and spoke with a very nice lady. I think her name was Nancy. I told her what I needed and she was able to get Bryan Wooly out to see my house the next day. Bryan was very good at communicating with me and in fact, he called prior to our appt and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to come over earlier. I mentioned I was in a meeting but could be available at 11:15am.
He showed up right at 11:15am. He walked around the foundation and pointed out where the water was getting to the concrete and rusting the rebar. He then explained how they would chip out the cracks and repair the area with with a new type of rebar that doesn't rust. I was very pleased with Bryan professionalism and he made sure all my questions were answered. He also provide me with a fair quote the same day.

I always worry when dealing with companies that offer any kind of home repair that the representatives will try to sell you expensive services that ultimately end up being unneeded. This could not be further from the truth with Arizona Foundation Solutions. From start to finish the employees were courteous, professional, and ethical. Freddy Flores thoroughly inspected our foundation and offered several helpful tips to prevent damage. I would recommend this company to any homeowner, and will absolutely turn to them for any repairs that we might need down the line.

We've waited a while to review because we wanted to see how things held up. We got part of our foundation repaired and gutters installed. Ryan initially came out to see the condition of our house. He was our point of contact through it all. He was very informative about what he thought needed to be done. He explained things to us in very simple terms. He was easy to talk to and we felt comfortable with him. I am glad we got to work with someone like him. Everything went smoothly with our foundation repair and we didn't have any concerns with the crew or the job they did. We were just mad we had to fix it, but that isn't their fault. The gutters were installed quickly, only in a day's time. When they finished, we were a little concerned because they did not match our understanding of what seamless gutters were. They had split the straightaway sections of the gutters into multiple parts, giving us overlapped seams. This may have been a miscommunication, but we talked to them about it and they explained it needed to be that way so the water would be directed to the downspouts. One of the seams they created was above our walk-way to the front door and it was leaking heavily on us when we tried to get inside. We let Ryan know, and he sent someone over to move the seam to a different location on the front of the house. However, when it rained later that month, we found there were several other leaks. We took pictures and videos and sent them to Ryan. He was quick to help us out, but the team that was supposed to come out on a Saturday didn't show up at all. Ryan apologized and got things straightened out. We also noticed that the PVC piping, for the underground water diversion system attached to the downspouts, wasn't buried very deep and was showing partly above ground. It is a high-traffic area near our driveway, so it concerned us that it would not hold up over time and that the instillation was not done thoroughly or thoughtfully. My wife was not happy about the job the installers did on this portion. Thankfully, when we talked to Ryan about it, he sent a couple different guys over to take a look and fix them as well. They buried the pipes deeper in the ground and finished in an hour. They told us that the guy in charge of the initial instillation of the gutters and diversion system had been fired for shotty work. All the crews that worked on our house were very kind people. We are very grateful that AZFS was responsive to our concerns and fixed the mistakes that were made. We appreciated the payment options they offered too. We would recommend them.

I had AZ Foundation Solutions install SmartPipe and drain, CleanSpace and Humidifier in my crawl space. My salesman Chris was very knowledgeable of the product and did a thorough evaluation of the issues I was experiencing with the excess moisture in my crawl space. He provided great information on the different options to fix the immediate problem and long-term prevention of future damage. I appreciated Vic's experienced knowledge during the first days of work onsite. Vic told me about additional system benefits and made some design modifications given his experience.

The installation team, Skyler and Felipe were excellent. Communication from both Chris and Skyler was the best I have ever experienced. They communicated every step of the process and provided information on the system in a way I could understand. The crew was very friendly, did excellent work and made sure everything was left in perfect condition. I was impressed Chris joined in the installation process throughout the week.

My home is only 5 years old. I am thrilled with the system in knowing we could stop the current issues with excess water and ensure the system will prevent costly long-term damage. Even with the small space, the area looks great and much easier to access and move around in.

I had a fantastic experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions. Brian Patrick discussed all the details regarding my sinking addition on my house and advised a plan that fit in my budget and accomplished what i needed. Edger and his team arrived and made short work of getting the foundation level and back where it should be. I don't ever write bad reviews. I can't explain all that went wrong with using AZ foundations. The bottom line is PLEASE do your homework and get other opinions before spending thousands of dollars with these guys. They got me for about a 1700 dollar loss, but it almost turned into a 23k nightmare. Beware of the sales, Victor is a great salesman, but in terms of like a used car guy. I'm not sure how the reviews are so high after speaking with several of my neighbrs in Showlow that have had experience with them. I have put my number out there for people to call before using them and the conversation are very interesting. Not saying not to use them, I'm saying be very very careful when you sign your life away and they have a ton of your money. I was bale to get my house on level ground for 4500 bucks, where AZ foundations wanting 23k. I had an engineer inspect and gave sign of approval. I was lucky to get all but about 1700 back. That sucks and I should have pushed it in court, but It would have cost me more with fees etc. Be careful everyone, this is your home and you shouldn't trust just anyone. I gave at least 1 star since some of the people that I was able to contact were very nice. Communication is for sure not their strength after you sign the dotted line.

We had major work done by this company and highly recommend them. Our foundation stabilized with 12 piles, crack stitching was done on our concrete slab floor and then a radon fan installed. There was a problem with radon in our basement. Levels were as high as 18 piC/L prior to mitigation. The measurement of radon in the morning prior to the install was 11 and 24 hours after the install the level was down to 1.8 piC/L and holding. We are so grateful that our basement is no longer a health hazard! We will have to wait and see the measurements over the course of a week and they have been very low averaging around 1.8 for 3 days now with the basement sealed up. We were hesitant about installing a radon fan due to the anticipated noise and it turned out not to be a problem as there was foam placed against the wall and a muffler. We were told that we may need 2 fans but we are hopeful that one is enough as it is working so well. The location of the fan was predetermined by the soil engineers. We would like to give Danny special recognition for going above and beyond for our radon remediation. He arrived ahead of time. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He was honest in his evaluation of our situation as we had a previous unsuccessful attempt at radon mitigation and he explained the details of his proper installation and took pictures. He also addressed the problem with the cracks in our concrete floor next to the stem wall and will be getting a proposal to fix that too. This professional work takes time to schedule as they are really busy but worth the wait. The stabilization of the foundation is expensive but it is easy to see why it costs so much as the repair plan involves soil engineers, a surveyor, expensive machinery and hours of hard labor over several days.

Although each encounter has been friendly, in terms of tone of the conversations I've had, the overall experience has been one of the worst I've had in Arizona to date with regard to follow-up and quality control. In short, I contracted for three phases to fix alleged foundation repair damage to my home: 1) a device that takes out moisture from the base of the home; 2) foundation repair; 3) gutters.

Installing the device, I use the term device because I don't know what to call it, took over a week to complete the process from beginning to end. This included returning to make adjustments based on poorly set expectations and finishing work inside the house. The installation experience of that device was series of poor communication situations I could write about extensively, but this summarizes my perceptions of the experience. Currently, I'm not sure if the device is working and Arizona Foundation Solutions promised to have someone out to my home on July 3, and they have yet to do so despite my multiple calls. To date, I am not 100% satisfied this device is working as it should or, quite frankly, that I really needed it.

The foundation repairs were fine. I don't have any concerns about those.

The gutter installation was, again, a series of situations involving poor communications. We agreed on one plan for the installation. When the installers arrived, they showed me that plan but advised they were going to do something different. I asked the gentlemen in charge to contact the sales person to resolve the conflicting information. They did, and ultimately figured it out. However, I was the one who had to initiate that conversation. My expectations were that those in charge of executing the plan worked from the agreed upon plan and all members of the organization resolved any confusion prior to ariving at my home.

During the installation of the gutters, they damaged an irrigation line. But, they then fixed it to our satisfaction. They also warned us that might happen. After completing the gutter installation, they advised us they don't test the gutters after installation. Fortunately, my spouse had the presence of mind to test the gutters, anyway, and found a leak. We immediately called them back and they returned and repaired the leak. In sum, we had to test their product because they advised they don't.

This is a much shortened version of what has been an unfortunate series follow-up failures and poorly set and unmet expectations. I post this only to warn anyone who is considering doing business with Arizona Foundation Solutions to proceed with extreme caution.

At this stage, I am not confident and/or satisfied with the device on the side of the house that it's working. And, given the overall experience, I regret trusting the recommendations. I'm not certain I needed all the work I had done. In appearance, the gutters are fine. I can only hope they function as designed, but I'll know that when it rains.

I would like to, eventually, change my opinion of this experience because I am personally ashamed that I trusted them so much, during our sales encounter, and this has been the outcome. Please learn from my mistake.

**7/29/17 update**
Eventually, the owner contacted me to address outstanding concerns. I shared them with him. He took steps to help me resolve the last few outstanding issues I had. In the last few weeks, the communication has been timely, accurate, and I had my final walk-through with the original salesperson I started with during this process.

At this point I can say I am satisfied with what is done. However, there was a great deal of effort, follow-up, and work I had to do as the consumer to make sure things happened as they should have in accordance with the expectations AZ Foundations Solutions set. If the whole process had been similar to what happened in the last few weeks, things probably would have been different in my overall review.

Bo came out to handle a warrantee issue and went above and beyond. Fast and friendly. Unhappy with the Arizona building code and the expense it has caused, but happy with AZFS’ repairs.

After researching different companies, to correct our foundation issues due to a severe slab leak, we chose AZ Foundation Solutions. Bryan Patrick was our residential consultant, and he answered all our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the steps that were going to be done and explained them thoroughly. We not only had the foundation raised, but we had a vent system installed to dry under the house, a crack stitched, and the slab raised. All the work crews including, Edgar, Barry, and Sarah, were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We are very happy with all the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

For the most part, the company was good. I asked scheduling to send emails of dates they would send someone out for 3 different projects as I was always in the middle of something at work when a call would come. I would get a surprise call the night before for someone coming out to do a project. Not that big of a deal, but a bit of an annoyance. The last project our floor was damaged as the material they put in in the floor went between the sub floor and the laminate flooring. The flooring was removed and forced back, but not done correctly, so now have floor that is creaking and moves as we step on it. There are also chipped and damaged pieces of wood. The guys out here for each project were great and I understand mistakes made, but was thinking they should have some type of insurance that covers mistakes and send someone out here to fix the floors. Again, not too big of a deal, I can replace myself. Overall, just hope the money we are paying goes to fix the overall issue that we had.....cracks in walls and doors not shutting.....if it doesn't, then all to waste. But so far, I have confidence in the work done that it will be resolved as the work done settles.

We had piles installed around part of the perimeter of our home and jacks down the center. The crew, led by Steven was excellent and made sure we were comfortable with all that was going on. Every time I called our salesman, Freddy, I received a prompt reply. Even though it was expensive, I am relieved that our home has been properly repaired and that the warranty is transferrable. We have recommended Arizona Foundation Solutions to our neighbors

How to make thousands off of evaluating peoples foundation without a real solution.
Send smooth talking sales men “who have seen it all” or say they have…
Avoid pinpointing any one issue (make it seem like everything can be one)
Use scare tactics

We were dupped! Arizona Foundation Solutions uses scare tactics by sending out their sales team to “evaluate” your foundation issue. However, the person they send doesn’t actually fix, treat, or do anything more then scare you into paying upfront to schedule with another person (who also is not an engineer) to take measurements and provide an expansive book to convince you to do their most expensive plan to fix your foundation. Because if you don’t do this with them, you will have big issues!
So, thats what happened my husband called Arizona Foundation Solutions. They schedule with us a week and a half later, to come out and look at the crack that had come from a hot water leak we fixed in our slab floor. Well, of course this “salesman” took a look around the perimeter of the house and found other major issues! He convinced us to pay 50% $242.50 upfront (non-refundable!) to schedule again and get measurements done so they could identify the situation.
Well, luckily we smartened up, before our next visit where we were to pay another $250 (mind you before we got anything in hand or any answers at all!) we did research. We found a foundation guy that has been doing this for years, identifies, and does the work most times himself. But I want to point out how important it is to have an expert who is familiar with the work themselves because they do it. Well guess what, he took measurements ON THE SPOT and found that we were in no imminent danger, and to monitor a few spots. We’re going to fix the floor crack with him to ensure our new floors lay properly and doesn’t continue to spread (for a very small cost). But ultimately he was truthful, knowledgeable, and was able to give me immediate answers, without scaring me for money. It cost me nothing to diagnose it. Did you hear that?!? It was FREE!!! In fact he said I would have to do this anyway to determine the issue. What? Yes! Finally! Why couldn’t Arizona Foundation Solutions do that? He gave us so much great (real) knowledge and answers for free! and it means we can move forward with the other work we planned on doing to the house.

If you want to throw your money away for no answers then contact them. You will be sure to have a salesman come to your house and act like it’s October 31st. You will get the scare of a lifetime.

Arizona Foundation Solutions if you want to prove you are not an untrustworthy company. Why would you need a non-fundable deposit to even get someone out to take measurements?? Give me the $242.50 you stole from me! You diagnosed and did absolutely NOTHING!

I agree your sales team SHOULD NOT be diagnosing foundations. Why would you send them to begin with if they are not equipped to provide an answer? It was never notified that a sales representative would be coming out. We were under the impression, it would be someone certified to provide an answer, as we have now gotten from another company. Your “engineering team” did NOT mobilize to my home. We cancelled before your supposed engineering person was supposed to come to take measurements. Only your sales person came to my home. Based on your response this means that I am required a refund of $242.50. If your practices are not untrustworthy why have a non- refundable deposit I pay to your sales person?

***FINAL UPDATE: 9/14/2021***
After several months we finally received a refund from Arizona Foundation Solution. In addition, I want to note that after further review by the other foundation company, we actually needed zero work at all on our foundation! Our 50 year old had contraction joints, which allowed the foundation to expand. He pointed out it was evident by the fact the foundation cracks in the slab were in a straight line. Money spent ZERO! Do you research!

I am very pleased with the work that was done by Arizona Foundation Solutions. They repaired my stem wall as well as installed support piers for my foundation. Everyone that I spoke with and that came out to do the work were all very professional, including my pier installers Martin and his co-worker C. Ruben, my Solutions Consultant was very personable and always there to answer any questions that I had. Compared to other companies, they are very fair with their prices. The stem wall repair person actually gave me a discount when he came out to do the work when he noticed that the amount quoted was a little too high because I didn't need as many repairs as they first anticipated. I was very impressed by the honesty of not only that person, but the obvious culture of honesty at the company. I highly recommend utilizing Arizona Foundation Solutions for all of your home foundation issues.

The company employs a professional staff. Everyone I worked with has had a friendly and helpful attitude. Danny installed my ML System. He is a very pleasant and professional man. He explained the process and showed me what he was doing as he went along. He cleaned up the area he worked in and left it to my satisfaction. Good Company to work with. I would recommend them.

Chris Ortiz was very professional and responsive and helped us make the right decision for repairing our foundation. Larry and I highly recommend him.

Be very careful with this company. They are great at marketing and looking at homes, but their repairs are ridiculous, over-priced, and frequently do not address the underlying problem. After having them look at a home, I had two other repair contractors and an actual engineer visit the home and all of them actually specialize in soil movement and damage. Glad I did some actual research and spoke with some people that were trying to diagnose the problem instead of trying to sell me very expensive repairs.

As an example, this company tried to sell piers that were $3,200 each. I spoke with two other companies that sell them for under $1,500 each. They tried to sell some type of fan system but after talking to other engineers, I was told that this system is not vetted or approved by the engineering community nor is it proven to address soil movement.

Best advice I can give about this company? Never agree to repairs by them without getting opinions from other repair contractors or from engineers that will give you an honest opinion without trying to sell you expensive repairs.

Response to owner: You think I am a competitor? Now that is funny. That says a lot about you and the way you run your company - blame others for your company trying to sell unnecessary and expensive repairs. And I also noticed you didn't deny that you tried to sell piers for over $3000. Must be a sensitive topic sense the other two contractors I spoke to sold them for 1/2 the price. Seems to me that you are really good at marketing which is why your company is listed all over the internet, but once people dig into the details of your company and talk to others, you guys fall flat.

I highly recommend Arizona Foundation Solutions to fix your foundation problems. Brian Patrick was very easy to work with and immediately knew what was wrong with my foundation. Their engineers came out, conducted extensive tests and came up with a plan to solve my problem. Brain came back out and explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. Jacob Davis came out and installed the pumps, explained how they worked and answered all my questions. They cleaned up as they went along and left my property as clean as when they arrived. I also had gutters installed and they look great. I am very pleased with the work done by this company and give them 5 stars.

Great company. Great job. I really liked that they were the most thorough with the initial assessment and estimate. The repair crew was extremely informative and polite. The repairs look great and I am very happy with the outcome. Foundation repairs are not cheap, better make sure it is done right. My foundation had been repaired several years earlier as part of the terms when I purchased the house. I did not get to pick that repair company and unfortunately the job was done poorly, although you couldn't tell at first. The repairs lasted just long enough for the warranty to expire. My advice, check the warranty and go with Arizona Foundation Solutions.

No one wants to have foundation issues, but at least this company makes it as painless as possible. From the start with my sales man, Brian, I knew that they were going to have exemplary customer service. The office had been great as far as scheduling and confirming, and Brian sat with me and explained very thoroughly and clearly what to expect. Through the entire process, Brian has been great in his follow-up. Sam was my engineer and he was another example of professionalism. I knew from start to finish what he was doing and he broke it down to the simplest terms for me to understand. The crew who came out to install my moisture removal system was Barry and Jacob. Both were outstanding in personality and professionalism. They kept me informed every step of the way, and completely cleaned up after themselves before they left. I truly feel like this company goes out of its way to ensure that they hire the best possible personalities for the job. Every person that has touched this project has exceeded expectations.

A month ago I had piers put under the foyer of my house. After the torrential downpour from Rosa there were huge gullies in front of my house whete the oleanders were removed. I called the company and they sent Barry Anderson to fix the mess. I was very happy to see him because he had been so professional and competent when he did my moisture removal system. I can't tell you what a fabulous job he did adding dirt to the front of my house which is what I had asked for. But he went way above and beyond and replanted a bougainvillea that I had done a terrible job with and even put a great little brick border around it. Then he took even more time to rake the stones back over everything so it was neat and beautiful. Every company should have an employee like Barry!

We found the company to be disorganized. Though Ryan was our sales agent ; we ended up dealing with several people through out the experience. This is not only confusing to us ; but also the tenants in our home. On each occasion the work was scheduled out weeks from the approval. Then earlier in the morning the day of the work; the 'sub would call everyone but the right person for access and confirmation.(even after I corrected them) If the work is going to start at 6am; maybe it would be best to call the night BEFORE? Not to mention that the sub contractors' would call from the job site and recommend different Cheaper solutions. It is appreciated that these subs can find a cheaper solution but this is not comforting as the consumer. Ryan should be able to bid the most efficient service at the 1-2 hour bid explanation appointment. Especially since we paid $500 per house to get this experience (in advance) Also despite their contract Ryan called at each step of the job (typically the day the work was being done) asking for payment. This not only shows mistrust and disorganization but as a client I was concerned about the solvency of the company. We WILL NOT be using them for the several other jobs we have.

Arizona Foundation Solutions just completed the repairs on our house that was sinking. Cracks everywhere and doors that would not shut. This company was fantastic. They explained the process every step of the way from the sale with Brian to the completion of the job with Stephen and crew. Awesome work and very concerned with my satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish, the work greatly exceeded my expectation. The sales rep, Brian, provided superb customer support from initial analysis through the last procedure, and, even post completion. This is really a great company to deal with for foundation issues. From first contact to job completion
our experience was outstanding. Our consultant Brian gave us a thorough understanding and graphic
presentation that was impeccable. His crew headed by Foreman Javier with Edgar and Johnny were true
professionals who communicated with us throughout the process to help us understand each phase
of the foundation repair process. You can not go wrong with this company. The professionalism displayed
by all is exemplary.

We had to have an analysis of our foundation as we were seeing cracks on the outside and also the drywall on the inside. Did research on companies and decided to go with Arizona Foundation Solutions based on their years of service and knowledge.
Our salesperson was always thorough and available to answer questions. He was quick to respond even if he had to say he needed to check and get back to us.
Crew performed the work in the beginning of December and was very thorough with explanations and cleaning up. I was pleasantly surprised that nothing was damaged from the landscaping and other than the soil showing that it isn't settled, there is no way you can tell anything was done. We do have our pictures as proof that 6 piers were dug into the ground to support the foundation.

Barry Anderson from Arizona Foundation Solutions came out to enhance the operation of our moisture control system that was installed two years ago. This turned out to be a big job . Basically undoing what had previously been done and starting over(new 7x3 ft.trench, new 17 ft. mole hole out to living room, creation of proper suction pit under slab in living room, installation of 4 intakes, and relocating the suction equipment). Except for the trench, Barry did all the rest himself. He was very thorough and efficient doing this install, being careful of our property has he worked. He showed me all that he was doing and explained how the system works. Cleanup was excellent and could hardly tell he`d been here. Barry is a pleasant young man who appears to be passionate and knowledgeable about his work. A great asset to Arizona Foundation Solutions and represents the company well.

I recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair the foundation on my elderly father's property in Sun Lakes and was very pleased with the level of expertise, communication, and friendliness of the staff and technicians. The first phase was installing piles on the (zero lot line) side of the home. Lead technician David Ortiz took great care not to damage the neighbors landscaping or property during excavation and soil replacement by his crew. I was amazed that this all took place in one day. The second phase was some floor leveling using the poly level method, technicians Sara and Alex were a pleasure to work with and were very communicative and professional. I am very pleased with the results and must also mention the pleasure of working with the salesperson Brian Patrick. I have always had cracks in my drywall, but when I felt a ridge in my slab (under carpet), I knew I needed help.

Arizona Foundation Solutions did a thorough topographic analysis of my house (technician took measurements for several hours and, after a few weeks, I was presented with a detailed report and recommendations from a structural engineer).

The work was completed over the next several months (different crews with different expertise on different dates). They took care of the necessary permits from the city.

All the technical crews showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete their work. They checked in with me regularly throughout the day and were quite willing to show me what they were doing and answer my questions. They all seemed well trained and reliable.

This work was not cheap, but hopefully I have stabilized my home for the long term so that I'll be able to lay tile and not have it crack. They have promised another analysis of my level in six months so we will see how things look then. At least I don't have a ridge in the floor anymore!! (floor stitching took care of that).

All the staff was very friendly -- my sales consultant, Victor, Izzy and Lex in the front office and all the technical crews were great. The fact that they are based on structural engineering principles gives me more confidence that I have done more than put on a bandaid.

We contacted AZ Foundation Solutions after noting the appearance of floor cracking in 2 rooms. Chris Ortiz was dispatched to us to review and discuss the problem. After inspection by one of AZFS's engineer staff, Chris returned and thoroughly reviewed the report and recommendations with us so that we could make a good decision as to how to proceed. We had some foundation issues and settling with our house and had an engineering analysis done to see what was going on. Freddy Flores (the solutions consultant) helped us come up with a plan and was great at communicating with us. Barry installed our Moisture level system, and Sarah fixed our heaved driveway. They were both exceptional workers! The crew that fixed our concrete slab cracks inside the house were excellent too. Barry and Sarah were professional, on time, and cleaned everything up. A+ company, customer service, and quality work.

Check out Arizona BBB website for a more detailed review. They will offer a 5% discount if you sign the contract on their first visit to review the repair report. By the time you get done with the review, you will be too tired to read the many outs included in the contract. DONT sign it, get a hard copy, review it, and then make a decision. I didn't do this (in Nov 2018) and I'm still paying the price (Jan 2021)

Called Arizona Foundation Solutions for a water issue coming from the outside of our slab into our living room area. Brian confirmed what we suspected and gave us EXCELLENT direction on how to pursue our issue. Brian was VERY knowledgeable and helpful and took his time explaining what our options are. We could not have picked a better company to work with as well as a great consultant that Brian is.

The gentleman that looked at my foundation said that it was all in good order and did not need attention. However, I do have one drainage issue and he gave me the names of two companies that can do drains. I was very please with his promptness and honesty.

Three phases of work on our summer home in Munds Park: support piers, French drain, and gutter system. Major problems with all three phases including lack of communication from office to field personnel, wrong or no tools for the job, worker apathy, worker inexperience, sloppy installation, not installing according to standards, not showing up when scheduled, just to name a few. It took two months to get most of the problems corrected.
This review would have been zero stars were it not for Felix who was sent to correct all the issues with the gutters and drains. Felix was an outstanding individual who, even though he had nothing to do with causing the problems, nevertheless took responsibility for them and worked tirelessly late into the night to make things right. Too bad the rest of the workers sent here were not like Felix.
This has been the absolute worst experience with a contractor in my life. At one point, the Production Supervisor Derek actually accused me of fraudulently attempting to obtain a French drain at a trench drain price even though I had a signed contract including a French drain. Even threatened to remove the crew from the job—absolutely amazing. Can’t recommend this company at all.

Our front porch has been slowly sinking for years, so we finally decided to do something about it. We were referred to Arizona Foundation Solutions by some friends. The plans, permits and scheduling took about four to five months. It was not a speedy process leading up to the actual work. The team was scheduled for today and they showed up on time ready to work. Kyle Bendure and David Bickers were very professional. They explained everything as they went along and answered all my questions. We had two footers put in and it took about four hours start to finish. An inspector came during the drilling to sign off on their work. Afterwards another man came to see how everything had progressed. Both men put the yard back in order, and it looked like it did prior to the work being done. I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation work. Just know they are busy and you may have to wait awhile. The wait will be worth it.

This is my second foundation repair with AZ Foundation Solutions, and they delivered yet again. Alexis in the office is quick to reply and direct me to the right department, Ryan in sales always gets back with details and answers questions thoroughly and while I had different crews with the two jobs, they were super professional and helpful. solid company to work for. the price of this service is quite hefty but hope it provides a permanent solution to our foundation issues. Brian, David and his crew and Sara were all great to work with. David and Sara did the physical work and i felt lucky to have had them assigned to my project. They left everything as it was before construction and went above and beyond with a few extra details.

We were initially concerned that the problems with our home's slab could potentially be a major problem but after Chris Ortiz's and Arizona Foundation Solutions analysis showed we could solve our problem with a more basic fix we were relieved. There was no effort to upsell any services. Indeed our project came in under the original bid since we needed a smaller area lifted than originally thought! They are all very professional and sincerely concerned about fixing the problem and doing so in a neat and conscientious manner. Sandra did our PolyLevel work and was a pleasure to work with. I contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions through Angie's List. It was a great find. We met with Brian in Show Low, where the house was located.
He was very informative and well versed on what had occurred to the house, numerous wall cracks and foundation sagging, and assured us that it could be repaired. That was a huge relief after spending 7 years rebuilding the home from the ground up. He explained the process and allowed us to decide what we thought was best. We had the onsite assessment completed and found, through a very thorough report, that the damage was extensive. However, Brian met us again, this time in Tucson where we live, and assured us that the repairs were possible. The cost of the repairs was very expensive but understandable due to the amount that the foundation had sunk into the clay on one side of the house. We decided to sign the contract which was done a week later after some extensive thought. Brian made that process easy as well and was done without having to leave my home.
The permit process in Show Low was lengthy and we had to wait for the spring to avoid the cold. However, the crew with Steven and his two co-workers arrived on Monday despite, truck issues in Payson, and before I knew it, they were hard at work in the small crawl space beneath the house. After two days, they had the holes ready for the concrete to support the Smart Jacks. The next day, the concrete was poured and they took to completing the digging and removal of the huge numbers of rocks and concrete that was poured incorrectly when the house was originally built. They worked until the holes were all sufficient and passed the inspection by the City of Show Low. The next day, the placed the 12 piers in the holes and began to raise the house. Steven was very clear as to what they were going to do and how it was going to effect the house as it occurred. As short time later, the house had been lifted and doors that had been hung up for 2 years were free to open and close. The bathroom door, in the center hallway of the home, was still hung up. Steven assured me that he would fix that issue when the Smart Jacks were installed the next day. And he did! My house is now on stable ground and all of the doors work correctly. The windows are level and slide open without issue. In all, and after being checked, they raised one half of the house over 1 1/2!
The clean up was fast and thorough. It actually looked like it did before they started when they were done filling the holes! It hurt to complete a payment in the amount that I did, but now we are back moving forward and completing the house that we started 7 years ago.
I would certainly use AFS again, and would refer them to anyone with a foundation repair that was as extensive as mine....or smaller!

We had interviewed several companies to repair a small section of our stem wall and inspect the foundation. We chose Arizona Foundation Solutions to do the work. Our consultant, Ryan Overcash was fabulous. His comprehensive inspection identified three small additional areas that needed minor patching. Ryan was very informative and educational when describing what he found and the potential solutions for our situation. The work was completed as promised. All during the process and afterwards, Ryan communicated with us to be assured that we were completely satisfied with the work…and we were.

GREAT during the sales cycle. HORRIBLE with customer service. Have sink holes around my home due to them not compacting the soil now. I've emailed my sales rep even and get zero response. Had to ask for my warranty information repeatedly, as it just wasn't given. Not very impressed for the large amount of money we've spent.

The crew was professional and got work done in a week. Sarah did an excellent job on concrete stitching and filling the gaps. It took a bit longer for the debris to be picked up and subsequent minor trips. Victor has a lot of patience and Matt is on the task for scheduling. John, the engineer is also very responsive in answering questions. Overall, it was a positive experience and am so glad that it is almost done.

Our foundation and moisture problems were diagnosed and properly fixed. We especially appreciated the side repair job when an issue arose when Barry was on the job site. They did a great job on the repairs and so far I have no complaints about the work. The only thing I would criticize would be the communication from the office staff about what time they would come out for the repairs. My sales consultant Brian on the other hand was excellent. He followed up on any questions I had and was quick to call when he needed to reschedule.

We needed radon mitigation done and had a great sales rep. But when he became ill and was out for weeks, they never assigned somebody else to us. So as issues came up, I had to navigate them without having a direct rep to talk to. That was frustrating. However, on the day of mitigation, Barry did a great job of explaining what had to be done and doing a very professional job.

Thanks for a job well done to Javier, Edgar, and Alex. This construction crew was very polite and arrived in a timely manner to get the job started. They installed smartjacks under my cabin in Prescott. I had been having problems opening and closing the doors, as there were cracks above the doors. They got the job done even though it rained part of the time. They covered the end of the cabin with plastic and worked while it was raining . Such a dedicated team. My cabin is now level and the doors open and close very smoothly.

Also thanks to Victor Rivera for coming out for the initial inspection and then getting everything else arranged for this work to be done, after I decided to go with AFS. A big thank you to all who made this happen.

I can't give this company a high enough review. I was worried about a couple of uneven spots on my flooring, so I called Foundation Solutions for a free consultation. Thomas Cochran came and inspected the inside/outside of my home. Thomas let me know that he didn't see any signs of a bad foundation and informed me of my options if I would like to continue investigating. It's such a relief to deal with an honest company who has their customers best interest in mind. Thomas was a real pleasure and seemed extremely knowledgeable with all things foundation related. I recommend this company to anyone who has a foundation issue. You can have the piece of mind that you're dealing with an honest and trustworthy company that does not pursue unneeded work.

I had my foundation fixed about a year ago. Although they did an excellent job with the foundation, clean up is another story. They had to cut into my front concrete to put the piles in and to this day it looks horrible. They splashed concrete all over my my house and eaves by my front door and on parts of the sidewalk that was not touched and to this day it is still there. They put tape on the wood part of my house and when removing, there is a big mark that can only be fixed with replacing. I just had a friend ask for a referral. I told them the work itself was good but they are very sloppy in putting things back like they belong. When you spend over $17K on a job, you expect things to look like they haven't been touched. I didn't post picks because I don't have a lot of time. I guess if you want it to look like it did, you have to spend more replacing your sidewalks, painting your house, scraping concrete off of the brick, etc. For these reasons, I would NEVER use them again.

So we initially had AFS come out, Victor was very nice and helpful. We then had someone scheduled to come out and measure our home to see the inconsistencies of the foundation.

Well we have 3 dogs and planned to put them in daycare for the day so that they wouldnt interfere at all with the measurement. Well we did that and they no call no showed me on the scheduled date.... So I ate about $75 for putting them in the doggie day care. This was about 2 years ago and I forget the reason they gave me. Something about scheduling blah blah. Anyways, they came out the next week and measured (didnt put dogs back in daycare, didnt feel like eating another $75 on the offchance this happened again).

Anways, was measured, analyzed. To fix everything wrong with the foundation they quoted us at $35,000. EL OH EL. So we opted for two vaccums installed in the house that were designed to dry out the soil underneath the home in an attempt to decrease the bulge we had in the home. Well day of install, the tech decided to move one of the vaccums. Which honestly, was probably a better idea as they were on either side of the bulge now. Previously they were pretty close together and would have only been on one side of the bulge. Technician was nice and friendly, no problem there...

We were told they'd come back out in 6-12 months. I figured theyd call to schedule that but I had to call to remind them. This was about 13 months later... so they came out re-measured (at no cost). This was February 16th of 2021. Guy told me it'd be about 2 weeks to get the updated report. Well a month later I called to see what was up. I reached Markee (who ive dealt with before) and he's a super nice dude, so props to him. He informed me they are backlogged short staffed... which who isnt these days. So he said he'd reach out to get that expedited....

Fast forward 2 months. Nothing. Call back, Markee again (once again super nice guy and unfortunately bears the brunt of disgruntled customers.) however kinda gave me the same shpiel. Backlogged/short staffed. It has now been 3 1/2 months after we were told 2 weeks. Still no updated report.

I understand you're short staffed, my job and a lot of others have had the same experience. However, I keep getting the run around months later. At this point its not worth reaching back out, hence this review. If you cant manage the volume of customers due to staffing, dont keep booking appointments until your priors are fulfilled? I dont know, just an outsiders opinion.... Either way, here's to hoping this might ACTUALLY expedite the process and get the new analysis in my email or mailed to me... wish me luck.

after the initial inspection of the repair to be accomplished a date was set to begin. At 7:00 A.M on the morning of the repair MR. Daniel Alston and Mr Omar Navarra arrived to begin the repair. Daniel was the lead who explained to me what the procedure would be and the appropriate how long it would take. At the completion of the repairs they cleaned up the area and took away the trash. These two individual were not only friendly,

A property I was evaluating to buy as investment had a large sink in the driveway of about 4 feet in diameter and 4 inches deep. I've got a background in construction and my business is residential investments and their repair, but I've never had to do any foundation or slab work, so I called AZ Ram Jack. Ryan Tracey answered the phone, I explained the situation and my inexperience with slab work, and he explained my options, working with me over the phone to try and figure out what might be happening and determine if I needed to have them come out to do an evaluation. Ryan was genuinely interested in helping me, even if that help meant I really wouldn't ultimately need AZ Ram Jack's services. For a company that does high volume commercial business, it's pleasantly surprising that they (at least Ryan) still act like a small trustable company interested in doing the right thing, and not just interested in their bottom line. You can be sure if I do need foundation or slab repair in the future, they'll be the first company I call...without hesitation!

Sarah was careful to avoid stressing connecting structures. Time will tell if the process will hold up as much as I hope. This particular process made the most sense. I will be having another company do the resurfacing of the patio.

Every step of my experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions was top notch. AFS completed my northeast stem wall repairs and installed a dual moisture system ; my service team Brian (sales rep), Sarah (foundation repairs) and Anthony (moisture system installation) were all prompt, professional and explained the work they were going to do, as well as reviewed it with me when it was complete - everything looks great! The only area of improvement would be scheduling, which Brian was great at reconnecting on his end to have it taken care of.

october 2019:
Possibly the biggest waste of money I've ever spent on my house.
almost $1800 for a small area of raised cement. It took them almost 3 months to do a job that took them all of 30 minutes.
I had an unnecessary salesman come out whose only job was to take photos and quote a price - he forgot to take pictures (and was too busy to come back) so I had to send them photos.

To shorten the story, the work they did is barely noticeable and my concrete is moving again.
The job was WORTH about $500, not $1750.

I was ready to spend a lot more money on bigger foundation issues, but the small job was a test to see if your company was worth the investment.

I had a flooring issue come up during a potential buyer's home inspection on my house. We wanted to be sure there weren't any structural issues with the home so I called Arizona Foundation Solutions and they sent out Bryan Wooly Wooldridge. He was prompt, courteous and thorough. He walked me through the inspection, telling me what he was looking for, what he did and didn't see in my home, and explaining things to me that would help me as I met with future prospective buyers. It turns out there were no signs of structural issues, so I won't be needing to have them come back out (or put unexpected $$$ into this home!). I'm so glad I called and made this appointment. Two years after purchasing my home I knew I needed a second home inspector to come by and take another look around. He caught many things the first one missed, including issues with my foundation. After consulting with 3 other foundation repair companies, and the advice and recommendation of an independent structural engineer, I went with AZ Foundation Solutions.

Victor was very responsive, and the whole team kept me in the loop regularly. David and his team were great while they were here. They were dedicated, friendly, informative and detailed. As an example, the managed to identify the leak that was likely contributing to the problem so I could get it fixed that same day. Even an accident with the internet connection was quickly repaired and covered by the team, as were some broken sprinkler heads.

All in all a great team with competitive rates and reliable service that I recommend to help you get through a tough situation.

Don't walk...run from this company!

Complete nightmare to work with! Sales person was great and well versed but after that it was HORRIBLE! Scheduling never called. Multiple departments do not return messages, including the owner! We were selling our house and asked to get quicker replacement of Stem Wall as original schedule had us 6-8 weeks out. Told they were calling people to move it up, later told they hadn't attempted as it was Salespersons fault for not expediting the paperwork. Had to continualy call them for updates. Called to confirm install for the next week it was scheduled and told they hoped it would be on time as they didn't have permit yet! They had almost 2 months and over $500 in NON-refundable deposit to get permit! Why wait till last minute??? Finally repair person came as originally scheduled, for what was to be complete replacement of our Stem Wall (Support the garage, remove all cement, replace all rebar supports, new cement, and barrier material installed between wall and landscaping) but person said he could just chip out along base from inside garage, replace rebar and patch the existing repair area and inside wall would be smoothed over. Great! Lots less time, materials, and money? Oh no!!! At first they still wanted same amount...then knocked 25% off. Kept appealing to them that this was a substantially smaller job than estimated. Tried to work out with Sales Person but eventually left the owner a message to work it out...no returned call (like all their departments). Relented and overpaid for this...to only find out they double-charged my card and put a lein on our house! Save yourself the frustration...avoid them like the plague!!!

Terry and Brandon were great ! Terry took his time and did a really good job. They listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions . The stitch repair looks great and they did a good job trying to keep the mess to a minimum. The mudjacking on drive looks great . We would use or recommend their service again.

We needed an inspection done on a property that we were looking to purchase and we were nearing the end of our inspection period. I reached out to 3-4 foundation companies and Arizona Foundation Solutions was the only company to return my call. The team they have working for them is on top of their game. Overall, we're happy so far with the work that Arizona Foundation Solutions completed. We had both sinking and heaving in our home and we're quoted 12 piers, a moisture removal system, gutters and some other smaller repairs to the stem wall. I will say when the sales rep comes to your house after the initial engineering report, there's a hard sell to make a decision immediately. When you're talking about $20k+ it's a little stressful to be told you have to make the decision right away or you'll lose discounts. I feel like we could have gotten a better loan if we had time to shop around a bit. I didn't like feeling that way right off the bat.

Work began on time as communicated to us but there were some miscommunications between the office and the guys on site. The different crews weren't aware of when each other would be there and what work would be completed when so there were some delays where one crew was waiting for another to finish up.

There was a rather large issue, which AZFS made good on but it probably shouldn't have happened in the first place. We have a pillar on our front porch that was supposed to be stabilized and raised with two piers. We were told by the engineering assistant and our sales person that the column was load bearing and we had expressed that if it wasn't we would just take it out, no point in paying to prop it up if it didn't serve a purpose. After the holes were dug and the piers were placed (our kitchen window was broken during this process, but I'll elaborate in another paragraph), someone mentioned that the pillar wasn't load bearing at all. They got the head engineer on the phone, showed him video and he concluded it was not load bearing. We are waiting on a refund check for these two piers and I'll update if we run into any issues receiving that.

After the kitchen window was broken, they did have a company come back out same night to replace with a temporary single pane of glass. They ordered the dual pane window but the communication has been rough on that process. The window company has a contact at AZFS but we don't receive any updates. Last week we had a guy show up at the house during the day, unannounced to replace the window. We were at work so we couldn't let him into replace the window. He said he called someone (guessing Terry at AZFS) but there was no answer. We haven't heard back from them on a date for install since then. So, still waiting for our dual pane window to be replaced.

Final walk through notes: You have to be SUPER diligent with the crew during this final walk through. We have been finding broken sprinkler heads, pipes underground, lights, etc. since the work was completed. We should have turned on the sprinklers while the crew was here but honestly, I would have hoped that would be part of their final walkthrough checklist. They did the digging, I'm guessing they knew when they hit pipes. Also, they say it'll look like they were never there. It doesn't look horrible but it's also not nearly the same. The landscaping rock that's in our backyard was absorbed into the pile of dirt that was dug and now we have a dirt path with huge chunks of foundation concrete and bedrock. Not the same, but it's cleaner than you'd think it would after all the work. Maybe less of a hard push on how you'll never know they were there would help to manage expectations.

We'll have another level test in 6 months so we'll see how the house is settling. Hoping there's no further work needed because it is pretty stressful to have all of this stuff done and have to stay on top of the crew, the company, etc. and deal with all the little things that pop up. As far as we know, the work was done well but only time will tell.

Extremely satisfied with this company's work, including a detailed engineering plan (more comprehensive than competitors offered) and multiple foundation solutions. They are very experienced, professional and hard-working. Kudos to Ryan O. for a responsive sales and planning process., Steve R.'s pier installation team, and Sarah for the poly fill. Thanks!

Barry came out to install a vapor system. We discovered a foundation crack running directly where the pvc was to be installed. He explained why the system couldn't be installed until the cracks were fixed. This was something I realized we would have to repair, but hoped it might be after we had the system installed. I highly recommend Barry. He was very informative and helpful getting me to understand how we needed to proceed.

hired Arizona foundation solutions to repair foundation on a home the fees for $35,000. they led me to believe any further problems would be covered under warranty if it cracked again. a few months later it did crack again. Arizona foundation solutions found a way to wiggle out of their warranty they were difficult to get a hold of reluctant to return calls vague in their conversations. I will never call them again for any business whatsoever. I felt like they are deceptive in their business practice and they didn't even do the job that they bid properly and would not stand behind their work. if there was a negative star rating I would give a negative 10.

My suggestion when getting quotes is NOT to start with AFS. You have to pay for the technician to come out and give you an estimate which cost 500. Once that is done the consultant comes out (Brian) who goes over the estimate they then tell you if you decide now they can give you 5% off the price, which in our case was a lot considering the estimate was over 20k. This was not a good feeling.
They do not communicate well. Kim who does the scheduling scheduled the outside work. Brian had told me that after the outside work was complete on the last day they would be out to do the outside so I assumed that is why they did not tell me when they would be out for last part. When they didn't show I called and one again talked to KIm who insisted she told me when they would be out for the inside. She was pretty much calling me a lair.
Martin and his crew that came out to do the outside where wonderful. He answered any question that I had and left it as clean as expected.
The way that my experience was with AFS makes me question their quality of work. Only time will tell.

The work looked great. It was exactly what I had discussed with the inspector that had come to my house. We had stem wall issues and they repaired all the areas. The project was completed in one day.

My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get on their schedule. We had the inspector out prior to the holidays (and we didn't want to do the project during the holidays, but immediately after). We paid the deposit, and then we were told it would be more than 6 weeks before they could come out, which was a little frustrating.

All in all, the work turned out great and it went smooth-- I just hope they can increase their workforce with quality foremen to meet their demand.

Danny and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional in both their work and interactions with me. The work was finished within the scheduled time. I would use this business again and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation repairs.

We hired an Arizona Ram Jack consultant to look at a home that we wanted to purchase after discovering that the home was heaving (cracks in the stem and front room). He was very thorough in looking at the home and recognizing what types of cracks in walls and around windows and whatnot were likely due to the foundation issues. He recognized many things that our inspector and ourselves were not aware of and likely what it led to. He was professional, informative, and showed us a sample of the engineer analysis, which was very impressive! What I liked most about them is they don't have hidden fees and are straight-forward with the costs of things. Other companies I looked into said it was free to come consult, but then it turned out to not be. Thank you Arizona Ram Jack!

Whew! We really didn't need any work on our foundation. Call me a worry-wort. I called this company to come look at some cracks in our foundation and tile lifting a hair on our floor... looked like trouble to me. Marcel drove 3 hours from Phoenix to look it over and determined that while we might want to have a tile floor specialist come and re-grout the tile, he didn't see any issues with the foundation that needed repair. Relief. What a nice guy and an honest company! Thank you very much!

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and integrity of Arizona Foundations Solutions, specifically Kyle Bendure. Kyle was able to step in on an unexpected issue with our repair process, and was able to accurately and effectively diagnose our new issue, and candidly give me the available options that would work best for me and my family. I’ve never had a worse communication experience with a professional company, culminating with me taking the day off work for a 3 hour appointment that was scheduled over a month ago, but ‘not really scheduled’ per the “customer care specialist”. My initial appointment was 10 MONTHS AGO! They are Unprofessional and unapologetic. I will share my bad experience with as many people who will listen. Awful experience.

Recently I noticed some cracks in my house on the walls and floor. Was really worried that house is settling and needed a pro to give a professional opinion. Kyle and Dave did a wonderful job of installing peer supports along one side of our foundation, overcoming several unexpected obstacles on the way. The night after they finished, I didn't hear any creaking, pops or snaps in our home's structure. I feel very comfortable that our foundation problems have been solved.

My floor is sinking. I contacted this company and they sent Chris Ortiz to take a look. My house in now under contract with AFS to get repaired. Chris has guided me through the process and has been able to answer all my questions with confidence and impressive knowledge of the situation and how to fix it.

So far, my opinion of this company could not be lower. I contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions at the beginning of February for an appointment and scheduled one for February 19th. Due to conflicts at work I had to reschedule and had a confirmation from Alexis that the appointment changed to Saturday, 2/20 at 10 A.M. but the inspector never showed up. I received no phone call or cancellation notice. After waiting for almost 3 weeks for someone to look at my home, there is no one here. And don't even get me started on how impossible it is to reach someone by phone at their office number.

My concerns with our stem wall cracks turned out to be nothing major--mostly cosmetic. Foundation issues can be scary but Freddy was super friendly and comforting. It was a short consult that didn't result in any work for them, but I appreciate them taking the time to talk me through it.

I recently had AZ Foundation Solutions do a stem wall repair and sidewalk mud jack and they did a phenomenal job. In the interest of full disclosure, they give a 2% promotional discount for doing 3 of 4 things: 1) like their facebook page, 2) write a review, 3) leave a sign in your yard, 4) take a picture with their foreman at the end of the job). This review is in response to this promotion, however I honestly believe what I write below.

From start to finish the people I interacted with were extremely professional and thorough. All the appointments were handled by Alexis and this is the first company I've dealt with who sends out documentation and appt reminders by email which is awesome in this modern world! Ryan was the sales rep who did the initial inspection and quote and he was very knowledgeable about construction and explained everything in detail. He took pictures and documented everything with his iphone and kept this for the company records.

On the day of construction, Sarah, the forewoman, called 30 min early and told me she'll be here at 8 am. Unfortunately, she called me again at 8 am and said they'll be 30 min late because the trailer needed to be welded. This was fine with me because I know that stuff happens and at least there was good communication. They showed up right at 8:30 am.

Being an engineer and wanting to learn how they do things, I watched them almost the whole day. Most people would think their work was boring but I found it to be fascinating. Their attention to detail was excellent, from putting down plastic on the street where they mixed the concrete to the craftsmanship of the work. All the slurry waste they generated went back with them to the yard. Nothing was left behind. To top it all off, Sarah even swept the gravel driveway to smooth it out!

This job ran unexpectedly long and Sarah and Alex ended up pulling a 12 hour day to get it done. They were determined to get it done in one day. On a side note, it's refreshing to see a woman in a construction job. She knew what she was doing and did a great job.

Bryan Wooly came out to look at my project (cracking and peeling on a sport court) and did a very detailed review. He provided several options and followed that up with a quote the following day. I would certainly do business with Bryan and AZFS in the future (hopefully not needing it however).

Following the engineering evaluation that was professionally handled, Ruben, our salesman, did more than make the sale on jacking the slab foundation, he coordinated addressing our concerns regarding the permit inspection after the work was done, which was resolved by Frank. Ruben also made sure we received applicable discounts, which the work crew had not been informed of.

Victor visited my home to inspect a crack on one of backyard pillars. Even though it was not in scope of his work, he was kind enough to share details of potential vendors who would help with the fix. I will definitely contact AFS for foundation related issues.

Danny (Technician) came in to do an MI install. Was very professional, kind, courteous. Very knowledgeable & informative. Verbally & physically walked me through the entire process. Did the work as if it was his home.

Read this before you spend your money. We had an $8000 moisture evacuation system installed in late 2014, with the promise that AFS would perform a water test in a year to determine if the system was effective. AFS instead came out 6 months later and did the test, providing us with no report or results. At the one year mark, I had never heard from them, so I started calling. Numerous calls and emails to their office over the next 7 months resulted in failed promises and excuses as to why I had never received any report on the test done months earlier. I finally wrote to Rosie on the House and told them of my problem, since AFS is a preferred partner of R.o.t.H. and that is how I chose AFS in the first place. In August of 2016 I finally received an email copy of the report from the owner of AFS, along with his recommendation of further venting work at no charge. That was over 3 months ago and I have not heard from them since. I don't know if their system was effective or not, but at this point I regret ever spending my hard-earned money with them. Their communication, follow-thru, and aftercare has been horrible. $8000 apparently wasn't enough to warrant any service. They didn't hesitate to cash the check though.

Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely reach out to this company again in the future.

Freddy came out and looked at a hole in the foundation. Didnt try to charge me extra or do any sort of devious behavior.

Turns it it was spalling and was fixed by drying out the ground and patching the hole.

Excellent work. All clean afterwards. Very professional. They pull a permit if needed with the city. All on the up and up. Best is they use fiberglass rebar which will never rust. Definitely recommend for stemwall repair.

Victor Rivera, Jacob Davis and Robert did a great job coordinating, installing and answering all questions regarding our new system. No one likes to find out they need mitigation to prevent problems, but these guys helped minimize our concerns.

Their free inspection is a bunch of bologna. We have been waiting for two weeks to get our inspection. When the guy came out this morning it was a salesman!!! He would explain everything and then for $400+ we could get our free inspection. Don't waste your phone call. Call a legitimate company instead.

Went to two interviews for a job one they did not show, second one they had to find the interviewer,,he was not ready for the interview. Never got a firm notice except a review from indeed and a text message from a person that said we liked you and well call. No call

I was given a report with recommendation of repairs but the repairs don’t fix the problem they wold just hopefully slow the problem. Ultimately I think they could of told me this info before hand but I needed the report so I could contact a lawyer so I don’t mind having to pay for the report. They may be able to help in most cases of repairs but unfortunately in mine there is no repair recommend that would fix my foundation problem correctly.

Called to get started on a project of filling a void underneath a slab and set it up up on Home Advisor. No response, so I decided to call. Because I live in a manufactured home, even though the problem is the slab on the side of the home, they will not consider the job. I call that discrimination!
