The entire team at Rose Paving was extremely professional. Michael in sales helped with multiple quotes and was very patient. We had Rose Paving in this past weekend to sealcoat our parking lot and back lot. They did an excellent job cleaning and preparing the asphalt. The sealcoat looks amazing. I've done 8 large paving projects with Rose Paving and they did a great job on all of them. They excel in communication which is huge in my world of dealing with Tenants of large shopping centers. I'll definitely refer them to other Property Managers as I value their expertise and recommendations. Clint Von Tobel and Robert Eiler are really good project managers.

Rose paving has done multple jobs for me accross the valley ranging from a few thousand dollars to over a quarter million. They have yet to dissapoint. Terry the Account Exective is always on point, reliable and honest. Even on my large jobs where it would be easy to try and just slide something by, they always shoot straight and only do what is necessary. Theay have never tried to gouge me or over reccomend. They replace what's needed and repair where they can, but always deliver a stellar product and reasonable price. I would highly reccomend Terry and Rose Paving for any asphalt or concrete needs.

This is my 40th year in business in the same square mile I live in. I own a 14 tenant strip mall and just had it resurfaced and then sealed by Rose Paving. I am so pleased. There are four other centers close to me and mine is by and far the best looking and I know mine will the best for the next twenty years.
