Highly recommend using Cardinal Concrete Coatings. I made an appointment and they quickly called and setup a time to meet and discuss what I needed. They gave me an immediate quote. For a company this size I was impressed on how they use technology to maximize their efficiency and customer experience. Once I agreed to the quote and install day I received a message confirming payment and date. Prior to installation I was notified electronically of their arrival. Two guys came and prepped my outdoor patio/outdoor kitchen. They sanded and leveled the concrete, filled in the cracks and applied the texture and sealant. The installers were very polite and professional. The next day I noticed the top coat was a bit thin at the front of the patio, which is exposed to the sun. I'm guessing due to it being warm the sealant had thinned out. I notified customer service and spoke to Kristin. They sent Darren who supervises all jobs and he agreed that it needed another coat. He told me for the best look it would be optimal if they did a quick sand on the whole surface and add a second coat to the whole patio. I was very impressed as I thought they would have just added a second coat to the front of the patio that was exposed to the sun. Darren said for it to look the best and to ensure my happiness he would add a second coat to the whole project. The second coat was scheduled and they even found an opening and got it done within a couple days. VERY IMPRESSED!!
Upon the initial cleanup one of my stove burner caps must have been sucked up by their vacuum. I notified Kristin and she refunded me the money for a new cap, no questions asked. They were very apologetic.
I have to say I could not be happier by their service, their quick response ensuring I was a happy customer, and the quality of my new patio. I HIGHLY recommend them. I understand problems may surface but it's how we address them together. Great job to everyone at Cardinal Concrete Coatings.

I cannot begin to say how thankful we are to have used Cardinal Concrete Coatings for our garage floor. I’ve always wanted to turn my garage into something beautiful. We love the transformation. Hiring this company for the1600sq. ft 4 car/RV garage in our new build was a big mistake! I paid professional money to receive DIY results that had to be corrected 3 times and take 44 days to complete the project from start to finish... I made the 50% down payment on 7/20/22. I was originally scheduled for Aug. 22 & 23, but apparently the scheduler left the company, and I ended up being scheduled for Sep. 1 & 2. The first install was completed on Sep. 1st. After the install I realized that the surface was extremely rough, they did not knock down the chip flakes enough and there were sharp spots all over. I contacted CCC and they sent out a crew to fix it the next day (Sep.2nd). They sanded it down and recoated it. The topcoat is supposed to dry to vehicle traffic in 24 hours I think but the 2nd time they worked on our floor it did not dry. After 5 days there was still a couple areas (10' x 10') that were still wet and our garage still had a strong chemical smell. I contacted CCC again and they ended up scheduling with my wife to come out on Sep. 16th. I had to change that date since we were having our driveway extended that day and CCC would not come out. They pushed us back until Oct. 7th stating that we had to work with them... On Oct. 7th they came back and sanded down all the rough areas and redid the areas that were still tacky/wet from Sep. 2nd! This time they did a pretty good job but still made the same mistakes, the stress joints were not sanded and coated to make a sealed surface and there were several areas that had chips sticking up. They ended up dragging all the wet/tacky stuff into the next pad and now instead of having a nice clean chip flake it looks like dirt. They came back on Oct. 15th and sanded and fixed most the areas.
What was supposed to be a 1 day install ended up turning into everything from our garage sitting outside for 6 weeks during rain and dust storms! My toolbox that was under a tarp ended up getting dust all over in it and the slides are all gritty now. I had to clean everything before putting it back in our garage...
Communication to and from this company is horrible, texting ended up being the most reliable, but you really had no idea who you were actually talking with.
We are very satisfied with the great work provided by Cardinal Concrete. The service was provided in a timely fashion and came out just the way we wanted it. The staff at Cardinal was very helpful and professional.

Cardinal Concrete Coatings did an excellent job resurfacing my garage floor. The garage floor was covered in oil, grime and who knows what prior to resurfacing. They transformed a disgusting mess into something beautiful.

Love love love my garage floor with polyaspartic coating!!! It’s so beautiful and shiny!! It looks just like new a year later. It’s very durable and easy to clean. I hesitated to park my car on it in the beginning but it hasn’t even made any marks from the tires…Any soiled spots clean right up! I’m really glad I had my garage floor done as it is an extension of my house ❤️

Cardinal came out and removed some epoxy coating that I had installed on my floor 10 years ago by a competitor who was not honoring their warranty on cracking and peeling. They then proceeded to install a new Polyaspartic coating which looks fantastic and is already holding up better to heavy abuse.

I am thoroughly impressed with Cardinal. Yes, the price is more than normal epoxy but that is because it is Poly Urea which is a superior product and also why you get a warranty that is SOOO much longer. From the salesperson to the email communication and the on time arrival all parties were professional.

Had my garage floor coated about a month ago now and WOW I absolutely love how it turned out. Andrew showed up on time, went over the minor details and answered all my questions. Checked in with me a few times during the process to let me know how it was going and tell me of any issues that arose and what options I had to navigate around them. Let me know he was finished and what to do from there. This garage floor coating is AMAZING. Thank you all at Cardinal for all you did.
From beginning to end our experience with Cardinal Concrete Coatings was wonderful. Not only did they keep to their promised schedule, the work was done in a timely fashion and the results were even better than we had hoped. On top of that, the follow-up from them was great. So glad I discovered this company and product. Great solution to ugly concrete patios. Less expensive than other options like tile, epoxy, cool decking also. Finished product will exceed your expectations. It did mine. My wife is not easily pleased with contractors and work done. But she is thrilled with our new patio!
Outstanding experience from the start with my at home consultation with James and the install crew of Marcelino and Anthony. Everyone from the front office to the installers were professional and on time. Install crew took a lot of pride in their work quality and were very conscientious of cleanup and dust.
Note: take the time to cover everything really well and tight that you don’t want covered in a fine concrete dust from the prep grinding. It will pay off when they are done. I did.

We had them do a concrete floor covering in our garage. There was a technical issue with the scheduled install date but they bent over backward and got it done the next day.
It looks great and would recommend them the my friends and neighbors.

Cardinal delivered the good product as they advertised they would do. I was very disappointed with the thick layer of grinding dust left inside my garage after the grinding part of the job was completed. It is still a huge mess. I was also disappointed that nobody from Cardinal followed up after the job was finished to give their work a “Quality Control” check out. Not a good business practice after charging me over $8,000 for their work to not have the Project Manager check on the finished product. All they have asked for is a “five star rating” which this job does not rate for its overall package. Did a poor job of putting up the yellow strip material to keep cars off the driveway until the product had cured. I think 3 stars is actually generous. The finished product is great but Cardinal production did not meet the expectations the Sales guy promised me.

Nothing but good things to say about this company from the salesman, owners, foreman and employees. The employees that did the resurfacing of our pool deck and patios and outdoor kitchen not the only they did a good job installing their product but also knew all the ins and outs of the product they were installing. Once they were done installing the flooring they came back the next day and cleaned up the pool and any debris that went outside of the Resurfacing areas. I highly recommend this company to work with! Five stars to the actual team that worked on our project.
