I contacted Ram Jack to assist with my foundation, both corners on my garage had horizontal cracking and the concrete was blown out. There was also a large crack across the floor in one of the bedrooms. Brian walked me through the entire process from schedulilng Nathan to take the engineering data point survey to David and his crew completing the necessary repairs. Ram Jack personnel were professional and courteous. All work was completed expeditiously and appear to be top quality. This was my second experience with Ram Jack. The first was a consultation on a different house that thankfully did not require any work. An honest company with NO SALES PRESSURES. Highly recommend them.

We knew we had a corner of our house with lots of cracks, so we called Ram Jack to assess the problem. Tim M. came out, took pictures and talked to us about what needed to be done. He was very thorough and scheduled a team to come down to do a survey of the whole house. A week later Tim M. was back to go over the survey and explain what was going on. He made sure we understood exactly what was needed and what the timeline was to be. He was very easy to work with, and put our minds at ease that our home would be safe when the work was finished, as well as transferable to the next owners should we sell in the future.

In regards to performing the actual jacking of our home Ram Jack did a good job. However, the work to get there was not satisfactory. They quoted the job to be completed in six days. It took them 4 weeks to complete the job. They were not careful when digging out the holes to drill the piers. They damaged the house brick, dug up shrubs, damaged water lines. It took several calls and visits for an agreement we both were satisfied with. Not impressed with this company overall.

I had some cracks developing in my 100 year old home. I contacted 3 companies, and spent the time to get all the quotes. Ramjack was was honest and after the floor level survey, they came back and told me I just needed grading and gutters. They could have taken my money and I wouldn’t have known any different. The other two companies quoted me huge repairs, without even doing the floor level survey. I worked with Brian and he was awesome. I work in Purchasing, so quotes, pricing and value are paramount to me. Ramjack exceeded my expectations and if I have significant movement in the future I will call them.

Mr. Bryan Patrick came to my house over concerns I had over a little moisture in the foundation. He made a thorough inspection of the house, both inside and out, looking for indications of a foundation issue. While it was determined there were no problems with the foundation, he spent a lot of time elaborating on measures that I can take to help protect the foundation from water, such as installing adequate gutters and reshaping the contour of the ground in one area to help with the drainage of water away from the foundation. I was extremely impressed with him. He was at the same time courteous, personable, and professional. I had been receiving foundation repairs from another company. I had discovered new foundation concerns and shared these concerns. The company engineers recommended that have piers installed, which would cost more than $7,000 per pier. I had already spent about $8,000 on other repairs and remediation efforts including a moisture removal system and crack repair. I was concerned that the company was recommending an unnecessary remediation effort. I reached out to Ram Jack of Arizona, and they sent their consultant Brian, who had experience with the other company. Brian was not only knowledgeable but also understanding of concerns and desires, which centered around wanting to take care of my investment with confidence. Upon the first meeting, he was able to alleviate my concern about the need for piers. Just ot be sure, he recommended to perform another survey, which was half the cost of the other company and would contribute to any future repairs. Nick performed the measurements and was very accommodating and timely. Brian returned to review the results, which were similar to the results found by the other company but more detailed. The only repair recommended was stem wall repair at the front of the house, which was never mentioned by the other company. This repair had a lifetime warranty as well. The repair was far less expensive than I anticipated. In addition, Brian provided advice on how to better use my moisture removal system to avoid dropping of the slab due to over-drying of the ground. When asked about his recommendations on my other home improvements, he provided great advice and clear instructions, including dealing with other slab cracks and even new floor installation. Upon the end of the meeting, I was extremely relieved and excited about the go-ahead to continue my home renovations with confidence. Thank you!

The rebar in part of my stem wall was failing due to rust. As a result, there was a crack forming in an interior wall. Ram Jack came out to give us a quote, which was very reasonable. The day the work was scheduled, the team showed up early and went straight to work. They did the work quickly and efficiently. The results look good. Straight Line (Ram Jack) stabilized our 100 year old home through the deployment and use of 14 drilled helical piers. The work was completed on time with professionalism and great communication applied throughout the entire process. We moved into a home in Phoenix that ended up having stem wall damage. I got quotes from no less than 5 companies that service my area. I had quotes as high as 78k. Brian from ram jack came out to check out our situation and assured me it wasn't that bad. Sure enough he spoke with his engineer team and even called us the day his vacation started to let us know it would be far less than we feared. Nick did our floor level survey of our house for our future foundation repair. He was kind and professional. We have a small house with a lot of kids and he was very patient with them wanting to know what he was doing. He even took the time to explain how his tools worked which they loved.

We had some concerns with our slab/foundation cracks that were noted when we pulled up our carpet. Tim with RamJack came out did an initial investigation and we used RamJack to do a foundation survey. While we were expecting the worst and prepared for a potential high cost, Tim and RamJack were completely professional and honest and advised us the survey revealed we did not have any foundation issues that required any further actions. It was great dealing with such honest people and not trying to sell us something we did not need.

Due to some cracks and other damage I had noticed I decided to give RamJack a call to see if my concerns were due to issues with the house foundation. I've been in the house for 15+ years and have large trees close to the house that I was concerned might have lifted the foundation. I was told that they'd send out a representative to provide a free estimate. Tim Schirra arrived on time and provided a free quote for the issues I was concerned about. He listened patiently as I explained my concerns about my home and then pointed out that the things I was worried about were due to natural aging and shifting common to the soils and heat here in Arizona, and explained that the foundation of my home wasn't a problem. He explained how he has been in this line of work for many years and that he can quickly recognize damage caused by foundational issues, and identified the types of damage I needed to look for if I did have foundation issues. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciated the time, effort, expertise and patience he provided, even though I didn't need any services by his company Thanks, again Tim!

Ram Jack repaired my foundation there were stem wall cracks , and some slight sagging in our family room . They did a good and professional job and my house feels solid again . I would recommend them to any body who has house with foundation issues !

Tim Appel evaluated some confounding cracks and advised me on the probably cause and follow up steps. He was thorough, professional and straightforward. I appreciated his honest assessment and prompt response to my call. Thankfully the problem was not foundation-related, but if it had been, we would felt good about hiring him to fix it.

I am an engineer and I have worked with Ram Jack on numerous projects in Arizona. They are honest and great people. They are very careful in their analysis.

I have worked with other repair contractors that will try and sell you an engineered analysis, however, they often misdiagnose the problem, try to push repairs that are extremely costly and unnecessary, and use pressure and scare tactics to make a sale.

I have never observed Ram Jack of Arizona use those tactics.

I am a contractor and I recently needed some piers on a project. I worked with Tim Appell and he was awesome. He was fair and honest. In fact, I ended up calling one of your competitors who gave me a ridiculous high bid.
They wanted to charge me nearly $2,000 per pier, while you guys were significantly lower. Glad I ended up talking with Tim and completely ignoring the other company.

I love it when a company has the integrity to tell me the issue that I called about is most likely NOT an issue, and offers guidance on how to appropriately address the concern. Ryan took the time to answer my questions, and tell me what kind of symptoms he would normally see if I had a (significant) foundation issue. He also advised me on what future analysis his company could provide if the root cause of my issue is not solved. Often, the best customer service is pointing the customer in the right direction. I tried to use, but the first appointment was after months because of my location about 100 mile from Tempe, and then when the reminder came my appointment was at 10 am which is everyone is at work, so I had to reschedule and now its a month and half away only , last night I got a phone call telling me that the foam I wanted to put under my slab is not going to work, and if I am to hire them they want to put jacks with a rough estimate of 13K over the phone without even taking a look at the project, so I guess all you people that don't live in Phoenix are out of luck, this is there way of saying sorry we are not interested in your job.

Tim S came out to my house to inspect my foundation. I had other foundation companies also come out and try to sell me repairs that cost a lot of money. Tim was honest and told me our issue didn't require repairs and saved us a ton of money. I would highly recommend Ram Jack and Tim S !!!

I was referred to Ram Jack by one of my neighbors. I thought I had a foundation problem. Andrew arrived on time, did a full inspection and advised me proper drainage would solve my problem. Another company also came out and tried to sell me very expensive repairs I did not need. Ram Jack is an honest company that will not mislead you. As I was trying to sell my home, I was told the foundation needed to be repaired. Naturally I was very upset. I called Ram Jack Arizona and was put in touch with Tim. He came out to the house, walked me through the process, and the tears, and was with me throughout the entire process. I was able to reach out to him when ever I had a question and he was right there with the answer. The entire crew, business staff, and every contractor associated with this project were wonderful. All very professional, timely and polite. For a project that could have been a nightmare for me, I have Tim and company to thank for a most pleasant experience. Should I need to repair another foundation I wouldn’t hesitate to re hire Ram Jack. Wish I could give 10 stars!!!
