From the initial consultation to design to installation every commitment made was met. The quality of materials is excellent. The installation team of Nathan G,. Eddie G and Andrew W, completed the removal of the bathtub/shower and installed stand alone shower in 1 -day (as promised). They took extra efforts to minimize dust and cleaned up any dust after the install. Dreamstyle and their team did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Utilized Mesic in order to repair a water loss we had in our home. They provided great customer Service, Were responsive and helped to make sure things were done in a timely manner. We were back in our home within weeks instead of the 60-90 days we were originally told by the adjuster. We will use again!

We did a bath tub to shower conversion. The salesman was excellent in explaining the process. We were given a 12 week timeline and they installed in about 8 weeks. I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

It says a lot about a company when they follow through with everything they said they would do. It might seem like a givin but working with so many builders over the years you learn its not. And when you work with people like Ellen you learn to appreciate it. Hope to work with her again on the next one.

We had rebath come out to give a quote on total remodel on a 5x10 accessory bathroom. After a long drawn out process and sales pitch that literally took 2 hours of our time on a saturday, the rep that came out quoted us $65,000. We are talking one simple sink and cabinet, toilet, take out a tub/shower and put in a walk in shower, some minor drywall work, tile flooring, paint. No plumbing or electrical work. I almost fell off the chair. I just had a local contractor come out and quoted us $7,000. WAY too many mouths to feed going up this food chain. $65,000 are you freaking nuts!!!
