Easy to work with this team. Ive worked with many contractors over the years and I must say this is the first time Ive ever really been impressed. They showed up daily on time, worked hard the whole time they were there, listened to what we wanted, did an awesome job, completed on time as promised, fairly priced and cleaned up their job site daily. Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

PJH Construction did a full remodel of my home. It looks so beautiful and everyone that visits says what a great job it is. I am very pleased and would use them again without hesitation.

Where do I begin? After beginning and extensive, full gut remodel, my G.C. left me high and dry with a demolished home and ran off with most of my money. Juan and his crew swooped in like the Avengers to save the day, not only finishing the job, but doing so with better quality than I would have gotten from the original G.C. I could list many positive adjectives to describe Juan as a person and as a professional but I'll give you the main one: INTEGRITY! That's right, INTEGRITY, a characteristic sorely lacking among the General Contracting industry. Juan is that needle in the haystack; that diamond in the ruff; the guy you call when you want it done right and at a fair price. The math is simple: G&C Construction = Piece of Mind!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

We had no idea what we were doing, so they walked us through the process step by step. From recommending colors, materials, and they even drafted us a 3D rendering. Shannon and his Five40 team did a medium-sized TI for us that included new walls, drywall and paint, and an ESD-safe floor. They did a great job, and did it in a very timely manner - in fact, they completed the job ahead of schedule. We are quite pleased with the work, and the professionalism of the team - we would use them again, and definitely recommend!

Best Company we hired by far/ Highly competent and professional company were have ever hired. Mike provided constant oversight and communicated project status on a regular basic. We like the fact that this was a family owned business. The owners are so professional. We received calls from Judy asking how are project was going and always made sure we were happy. If there were any issues or if she could help with anything along the way. Their employees are top notch. Each one of them took care of our home like it was there own. clean and professional in every way. The workmanship and quality you wont find better any were. This company finished on time on scheduled and with in budget. Don't Hire any other company then this company. The best in Arizona by far

We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!

Power has very good quality windows that have decreased our electricity bill significantly and professional staff! I would highly recommend them.

Fred and Pedro Espinoza did such a wonderful job, very neat and clean didn't even know they were in house unless they bought things in and out of master bath. If decide to do our hall bath I would ask for Fred and Pedro, thanks guys. Our dog Mistie liked them too.

Hunter's process is ideal. He can help you design with drawings, etc., or he'll work with your designer. It's a step by step, transparent process. He has a small drawing fee, but if you use him, he applies that to your project. My designer prefers to work with Hunter.
