We recently purchased our lovely (10-year-old) home in Surprise. While almost perfect as-is, we wanted to do something special for ourselves that would make sense as we age by remodeling the master bathroom. We decided that the existing jetted tub would not be used often, and we didn't care for the small, glass shower stall that lacked privacy and was already in need of repair.

When we asked our mortgage lender if he knew of someone that did bathroom remodeling, he immediately referred us to Custom Creative Remodeling. Under the direction of the company's founder, each team that came to complete their share of the work was absolutely great. Every person was experienced, professional and given the freedom to express their creativity to design exactly what we were looking for in a modern, attractive and functional bathroom. Our designer, Erika, was wonderfully perceptive in understanding our personal preferences and decorating style. In fact, when we visited the tile company to choose materials, she already had products selected that were perfect for our concept. Walking through the yard to pick out granite was a blast with so many amazing products to choose from!

We wish we could give 10 stars for this review. We are so excited to be able to use our new bathroom daily, and even more excited to show it off to visitors! We recently had our master bath remodeled by Custom Creative. It consisted of removing the tub and existing shower as well as a large window. Custom Creative came highly recommended by a trusted friend who had used them for a large kitchen/dining room remodel. Everyone in the company lived up to our every expectation from the owner, Praveen, down to every craftsman that was part of the project. Linda was very helpful in our design phase, selection of materials and making sure all details were taken care of. We enjoyed working with her. The project required leveling out the shower floor to make it a walk-in for easy access. Jesus was an excellent craftsman, very particular to make sure the tiling was just perfect. Everyone was so respectful and courteous . We also appreciated that at the end of every work day all areas were cleaned up and tools stored away. We now have a beautiful master bath that we are so proud to show off to friends, and would highly recommend Custom Creative to anyone needing their services. I should also mention that we were on a bit of a tight timeline and they kept their promise of getting the job finished by the deadline.

I wanted to share pictures of our 2016 shower remodel from Custom Creative Remodeling. As you can see our shower grout has melted away like butter even though we were sold a upgrade for Fusion grout that was supposed to be waterproof. You can see that after not even 5 years my shower will need to be replaced, as I have water seeping through my grout, cracks in my tile and the flooring is popping out. I actually went with the most expensive bid hoping to get quality work but, now having to start over before the 5 year mark.

I highly recommend CustomCreative Remodeling for any major or minor home improvement projects you are considering. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and house entryway (removal and addition of walls/windows) along with a replacement of over 1100 Sq ft of dated saltillo tile flooring, 2 bathroom upgrades and a refacing of a fireplace. The team did an excellent job in designing the new space; insuring not only engineering integrity but creation of a functionally rich new working kitchen/bar area space with a wonderful new color palette that works for the entire house. They provided a detailed line item breakdown of all the work done and including design change orders that we made along the way. The workers were top notch craftsman who delivered high quality work from floor & backsplash tiling, countertop fabrication, new electrical, framing, drywall, texturing, plumbing, etc. The guys were always on time and each day the job site was left clean after working. Communication with everyone involved who came to the house was easy and effective. A++ grade performance!!!

We have had an outstanding experience with our remodel. From the expertise of the planners and designer to the top notch workmanship of all the craftsmen, the project finished on time and under budget. Remodeling involves some mess, but the workers were respectful of our needs and sought our input when necessary. We experienced no setbacks and the final walk through went smoothly. In August 2014, Praveen and his team did a complete renovation of our master bathroom. The work consisted of removal of a garden style bathtub, installing an elongated glass enclosed shower, retiling the floors, replacement of mirrors and lighting fixtures and sink basins, upgrading all plumbing features, and replaced the large bathroom window with glass block. The room was also repainted in grey tones to finish the upgrade. This remodeling effort won a national award.

Pat and I were so pleased with Praveen and Custom Creative that we had them upgrade the counter tops and sink basins in the guest bathroom and powder room to match the master bath upgrade. This work was performed in
December 2014.

We moved to a new home in January 2016. This home featured carpeting in the master bedroom, the mother-in-law suite and the office. We wanted the home to be completely finished in same 20 inch tile throughout. Praveen was able to locate a cache of tile from the same original run to complete our tile floors. His team removed all the existing carpeting, prepared the foundation flooring and installed the tile. All the work performed was completed in a timely and most professional manner. There was very minimal impact on our daily routine while the tiling work was performed.

We recently purchased a home and we had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We always wanted to buy a new-build but settled on this 2006 built that fit our budget and with the hope that we can make it new with minimal investment. It was hard to find a contractor to work with you for a limited budget and with a tight schedule. Praveen is so easy to reach and so easy to work with and he even accompanied us during one of the home inspections prior to closing. This turned out to be a great idea as we outlined the stuff that we needed to be done at the house and ordered time-sensitive material ahead of time so that Praveen and his team can hit the ground running the moment we got the keys. With input from Praveen, we replaced the entire flooring upstairs with carpet and with luxury vinyl tiles, replaced baseboards and painted the house and viola, a week later, we entered into a brand new home and the beauty is that we still stayed within our budget. The workmanship of Praveen's team is second to none as they take ownership of every project and the team works as if the house is their own. Custom Creative Remodeling was an excellent company to work with. They were perfect with their timing and getting the job done. The gentleman who installed the kitchen tiles did superb, high quality and precision work. The counter top installers were great, fast and did excellent, high quality work. The installer of the floor tile did wonderful, perfectly fitting work. His finishing of the tiles was and still is excellent.

Haleigh Lueders was impressive with her design knowledge and solutions to potential design problems. We could not have asked for better. She also has excellent taste and comes up with great, very creative suggestions. She was a jewel to work with, especially in regards to the selection of tiles, color schemes for the tiles, the selection of the beautiful sink, its color, etc.

Art Herrera was excellent and a perfect project manager. His broad knowledge with all aspects of the work to be done in the remodeling process is impressive. He was great examining and inspecting the workers' execution of work. We felt very well taken care of by Art and developed mutual trust right away.

Both Haleigh and Art were most helpful, friendly, forthcoming and exceeded our expectations. They are rare individuals in terms of their work ethic, precision, reliability and quality of work expectations. Custom Creative Remodeling should never let them leave for other employment.

There were two problem areas: The reverse osmosis water filter installer (plumber) did something wrong. We had leaks. The electrician made several connection mistakes (with the kitchen outlets) in the kitchen creating shorts in several outlets and the corresponding circuit. Personally I would not hire this electrician. We used our own electrician to fix this.

We love our new bathrooms! From the beginning to end, Custom Creative did a fabulous job with our bathroom renovation. Jennifer did an amazing job at taking our ideas and making them into a design! She made the design phase fun and exciting as she helped pick materials and gave us great recommendations in layout and functionality. Every person who came to the house during each phase of the project was professional, courteous and thorough in their work. The tile is so well done and everything is finished to great detail. We couldn't be happier with the final product, we went from one outdated bathroom to two very modern, beautiful bathrooms. We would select Custom Creative again for further renovations!

Custom Creative Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom shower from a small snail-shaped to a beautiful spacious shower. The workers were always on time, were very meticulous, and even cleaned up after themselves well. The quality of the workmanship, especially by the guys who installed the tile was amazing. I chose 48 x 24 inch tile which was extremely heavy and difficult to work with, they took their time and were very precise with the installation. We even had an exposed pipe that had to have tile baseboard go over it, they figured out the fix by filing the back of the tile, you’d never know we had the problem. I was able to constantly contact them with questions and I believe I always had an answer the same day. It was pricey but that’s because of the products I chose. We had Custom Creative remodel our 3 other showers 2 years ago, and with each one we’ve been pleased. I highly recommend them.

We hired Praveen and his team to do a ton of repairs on the outside of our house as well as our stucco fence and paint our house. They also did a lot of stucco repair on our house and fence. They did a phenomenal job. They had a very tight deadline to work with and as we were planning a party and needed everything completed before then. They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job!

Praveen and his team at Custom Creative transformed our disgusting 30 year old shower stall and garden tub into one over-sized, two-head shower and we couldn't be happier with the results! The project included digging up the foundation to put one drain in the middle, closing up the large window over the garden tub and installing a long rectangular window up high on the wall to maintain privacy while allowing light in.
My main concern was achieving maximum functionality and ease of cleaning. Two other key factors considered were blending the new shower with the existing bathroom design and decor as well as planning for the ability to age in place by including ADA compliant shower entry and grab bars.
From the first meeting, Praveen and his team seemed to understand what we wanted from this project. They provided us with a detailed scope of work contract that clearly described what additional charges we might incur depending on our choices of finish materials and fixtures. His designer, Jennifer, took me to a number of tile stores and we were able to find a tile that blends beautifully with the existing flooring and vanity. It was refreshing to work with a designer who allowed for my tastes rather than the latest fad.
I further complicated Praveen's job by requiring the work to be completed before a surgery I had scheduled. I wanted to come home to a new clean, functional shower and not have to go upstairs while on narcotics. He juggled schedules and got the project done right on time. Even with the rushed schedule, his tile guys were amazing craftsmen and did beautiful work. His plumbers and carpenters were excellent. All were polite and considerate of our home, working hard to keep the mess to a minimum.
We're very pleased with our shower and plan to have Custom Creative do a kitchen remodel we're considering later this year.

Custom Creative Remodeling was great to work with. First Praveen meet with us and then provided us with referral where we could actually see his work and talk to his clients about the work Custom Creative performed etc. That gave me the reassurance to choose Custom Creative Remodeling. I met with Jennifer their in-house designer that helped me pick out the deco band to go with the travertine tile Praveen recommended for our shower remodel. We had existing small shower 3’x 5’ with garden tub next to it. They demo all to make one large shower with bench, 2 hand- held shower heads and 1 rain shower. They provided all the demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting for our new master bathroom. Danny the tile guy was very meticulous in getting the travertine installed correctly he hand polished each bullnose edge. There was a little hick-up in communication in reference to Praveen also provided us additional work and repairs needed or wanted to do before the Christmas holiday and family would be in town. Once we had new contract for the “Tile work and painting plus additional drywall work needed, Praveen put together expedited team to get the work done before the family was in. Work to include removing popcorn ceiling in bedrooms and family room and retexture the ceilings, kitchen dyrwall repairs, drywall repairs in garage and computer room, re-grouting staircase and hallway tiles with epoxy grout, painting pretty much entire house, except the master bedroom and upstairs bath and closets, and providing back-splash tile at kitchen and window sill ledges. Jennifer again came through to help us create and choose the right tiles and patterns to accent the existing countertops installed. Praveen and 2nd tile team meet the schedule of 2 days to have all the tile work completed. Praveen created a border around the edges to put it all together. The colors and layout that Jennifer help to pick out really make the countertop pop and we get many compliments on our new kitchen. I would highly recommend Custom Creative Remodeling Praveen will work with you to get the job done. We recently had the pleasure of working with Praveen and his incredible team. We were in search of a new home but due to the sky rocketing prices, we decided to do some upgrades to our current home. We heard about Custom creative through word of mouth and we couldn't be more happier with the choice. From the moment we met till the completion of the work, Praveen was there all the time guiding us through the decisions and he planned the construction with minimal impact to our normal routine. We replaced our carpet with wood plank tiles and installed back-splash tile in our kitchen. Custom Creative Remodeling were hired by us for a large kitchen remodel. Jennifer, Praveen and Mehul were outstanding. There were a few misunderstandings in the beginning, but to be expected with such a large undertaking. The end product was beyond what I imagined. The professionalism of all those involved from the company and their attention to detail is incredible. We had a vision for what we wanted our kitchen to be and Custom Creative far exceeded that vision and our expectations.

I am a repeat customers of Custom Creative. Both of my projects involved installing granite and both turned out beautifully. Praveen has a great eye for yielding an optimum result. His crew executed the vision, even making custom cuts and adjustments on site. Specifically, we wanted to avoid seams in our project and CustomCreative was able to find just the right piece of stone for the application. Mindful of waste, we worked with Praveen to carefully use the rest of the slab to add some designer touches to our home. I recommend and will continue to use CustomCreative.

My wife and I hired Praveen and his team to completely remodel 2 bathrooms and replace the floor tile in the kitchen of a condo. From the first day of demolition to clean up on the last day, Praveen and his team did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Unlike many remodelers, Praveen will work with you to keep the cost of the project within your budget (we were able to buy some of the fixtures at a great discount and Praveen and his team handled the installation).

We were very impressed with the character and quality of each of the teams involved in the project. They were polite and professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. The thing we were most impressed with was Praveen’s approach to our remodel. It wasn’t just a project, it was a partnership. When we were having difficulty finding someone replace our hot water heater and change out of angle values at a reasonable price, Praveen was able to set us up with his plumber (Les Beaman) who did a great job and saved us several hundred dollars.

The other thing we were impressed with is the total commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. When we ran into an issue between the tile guys and the plumber, Praveen and his various subcontractors worked together to come up with a creative solution that minimized rework and kept the project on schedule. The teamwork was fantastic. The bottom line is that Praveen and his team did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and the results were amazing. Should my wife and I have another remodeling project in the future, I will be making just one phone call to Praveen.

We contracted with Custom Creative to remodel our home, with the bulk of the work involving the kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom and flooring throughout the house. The tile and counter work is exceptional. Although the flooring was all the same material, that part of the job was complicated and labor intensive because the flooring pattern changed from room to room. Time management was a weak spot, as the job completion date was pushed out on more than one occasion. In spite of this shortcoming, our assigned manager, Mehul Mistry, was always accessible and a pleasure to work with.

Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. The first bid we had for Granite counter tops had measured our countertops and given us a written estimate that showed us where the numbers and math were coming from on the estimate. Not these people. They walked in and just started rambling off large numbers. If you're willing to pay high prices without knowing why, hire this company. :-) Throw away your money! :-)

Praveen and his designer came to view the premises and was very pleasant in their engagement. But never heard from them since then. Maybe they have too much business. But a call would be really courteous instead of wasting my time and theirs as well. Eventually, I went with another contractor.

They carry a wide variety of professional remodeling; and crunstruction working individuals, they do a great job with plenty of experience. Their expertise ranges from tile, baths, kitchen, painting, and pluming to name a few. Highly recommended for a job well done and a trusted staff. Over all happy with results. We found this company at the home show. The owner and his designer came to our home to view the areas to be remodeled and we set an appointment to visit their office to review the plans and estimate. We traveled from our home in Glendale to their office in N.Scottsdale and he did not show.
Such a waste of our time and gas, especially on a valuable Saturday morning. We called him and he did not have us on his schedule. We told him to disregard our business and left.
This company and owner are irresponsible, don't waste your time too.

This company was very disrespectful, especially praveen. He told us I do not care when dealing with our business and repeated that he doesn't care regarding us calling to check on timing of a service. Would never suggest doing business with someone of that mentality.
