Fantastic job! Serrano did an amazing job and what fast and attentive service. Keith was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. My kitchen was 4 slabs and artesian mitered edge installed. Keith and his team are the best you can get. I bought slabs and when Keith’s team saw a potential problem instead of just cutting the slabs I purchased they raised their concern to us and we were able to find different slabs. Our kitchen countertops are absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier. Thank you Keith and team for an amazing job!

Keith and Serranos are unprofessional and not dependable. He gave me a quote for quartz countertops installation that was higher than other fabricators but I decided to accept it based on positive reviews. He didn't like the idea I wanted to buy slabs from Arista Stones, saying they are not responsible when their materials are defective. When I insisted because I liked the slab, he asked me to change my Sales Rep from the one I worked with to one he preferred. He said that my rep just got fired. As I heard none of these were true. I talked to a new rep, I bought a new sink and a faucet and, took a day off at work and was ready for templating. A day before, Keith just texted me, he was not going to do the project, without providing a reason. Regardless of Serranos response to this review, I would not use them and recommend to stay away.

Keith and his crew were incredible to work with! Very professional, courteous, and priced well. I couldn’t be happier with our countertops! As someone who has updated and remodeled several homes in the last few years, working with Keith was the easiest with the best result. All of my other installs had something go wrong, but Keith’s crew installed everything perfectly and on time. Keith and his staff did a great job in my countertop. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was amazing and they left the worksite clean. And I did couple of quotes from other companies and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

We found Serranos Surfaces on Offerup and could not be more happy with our experience. Keith and his Team are excellent communicators and was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable at helping us choose the perfect stone for our countertops. One of things that I noticed was that the backsplashes in the bathrooms and laundry room were well thought out, because the veining on the countertops continued up the backsplash. Also, by request we made our island edge thicker to stand out and anchor the kitchen. We couldn’t be more pleased! We highly recommend Serranos Surfaces!

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

Keith and his team were phenomenal. We bought our countertops at a place that did not deliver and we couldn't transport them. Keith went and picked them up for us and then stored them for 4 months for us without complaint. (That was not our original plan - our other contractors were awful). When it came time to install, I got in touch with Keith and he was there within a couple of days, right on time. He came and got all of the exact measurements, setup an install time, and his crew did an amazing job. They were quick, precise, professional, and produced an amazing final product. I really enjoyed working with Keith and will be working with him again on my next countertop project.

My husband and I previously had two of my kitchens remodeled and We knew exactly what ww wanted in my new home. We wanted a huge kitchen island that can accommodate our family gatherings.
My husband is a realtor , so we looked at over 100 houses before we found one with a kitchen that can be remodeled to our needs.
I have contacted two of my previous contracted with pictures of what we wanted and both told me that the biggest island they can do is 108”.
That’s when I started looking around and found Serranos Surfaces.
I contacted Keith and sent him multiple designs. At that point we still haven’t moved into our new home.
Keith was prompt to response and assured me that he will be able to get the job done.
Our initial project was only to redo the kitchen island. But when Kieth came into our home and did all the measurements, we realized that we can afford to redo all the kitchen countertop.
Two weeks later we had our dream 123” island.
We are extremely happy how smooth this project went.
We will definitely be using Serranos Surfaces for our future projects.?

We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Our countertops look FABULOUS. Thank you Keith and Javier for working with us. We will highly recommend you to all.

Had Quartz kitchen countertop fabricated and installed. Let me preface this with, I was a little skeptical because I found them on OfferUp - Keith Antonio Serrano came to my home and was very professional, asked what we were looking for and took measurements. He was prompt courteous. I picked out the quartz my wife was interested in and got a very competitive quote. We had a few things going on so I requested a date a few weeks later - they had no problem meeting the date.

Install day came and they showed up at the tail end of the scheduled time frame - installation went great. They corrected a fabrication problem within a couple hours and had the tops completed. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

Serranos was the best priced countertop installers in town. We priced several other local shops and Serranos was by far the best. Installation was very good and we are very pleased with the results! We would definitely recommend them.

I just want to say a big thank you to Keith and his team for such an incredible job on my kitchen counters. I was desperately searching for quotes online, but every person I was meeting was so high in pricing, and it became frustrating. Although I was a bit skeptical too with the people I was talking to on Facebook marketplace; I didn't lose hope. I went on offer up and typed in the search bar and got a few results. I came across Serrano Surfaces and decided to check it out on Google Maps to see if it was legit because I didn't just want anyone coming to my house. With the reviews I saw, it made me feel calm in my spirit because it shows that it is legit. I went ahead and texted the number and set up a date with Keith. He came over, and he was soo friendly and outspoken. Keith is there for his clients at any time, day, and hour. I was able to talk with Keith for a discount, and this man didn't even argue or negotiate. He went directly to giving me the discount. I got my cabinets installed in a month from when Keith came over, and I must say, I was ecstatic with the results. I am definitely looking forward too more future projects with Keith and his team.
