A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

The team at ArDan has been wonderful to deal with. They helped me with a project that had an extremely short time frame (2 weeks),involved many different trades and lots of small tasks. They always responded with a positive attitude and was extremely conscientious and thorough, following up on all details. Alyssa Jones our personal consultant and designer helped us bring out what we wanted and needed for our new bathroom. The work went as promised and our installer, I call him that because he needed to be an expert at framing, plumbing, fit and fare, all the trades needed to be a one man show. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Rosa and their staff did an amazing job! From start to finish. They were knowledgeable and very nice. Easy to deal with. The install crew was nice and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation. From the first phone call to the day of installation. Everything went smooth and very fast. I recommend them for any service. Thank you so much. It's an amazing thing when you can count on someone to come out and give 100% quality of work. They know what they are doing. Down to earth great guys.

The absolute WORST experience my family has ever had purchasing anything. We bought the cabinets back in February and were told they would arrive April 15th. They were delayed until May (things happen, we were very understanding). Since we were told May, we gutted our kitchen to prepare for the cabinets. May came around no cabinets, late May no cabinets. We were then told June, June came around, also no cabinets. Late June no cabinets. We were then promised July and a small refund for the inconvenience we have them promising all these things in emails and phone calls. We have yet to receive that small refund and we received the cabinets July 7th. They made one of the cabinets with the drawer and door on the wrong side, missing panels, and unpainted sides. We were then told it would take them ANOTHER MONTH to get the cabinets painted. It is now August 26th and they haven’t reached out at all, radio silence. We have been living with no functioning kitchen for 4 months. FOUR MONTHS NO KITCHEN, we wash dishes outside and have been forced to create a makeshift “kitchen”. Their customer service is so unbelievably horrible. Please do not think these bad reviews are one off, their bad reviews are 100% accurate and are similar to our experience. Unfortunately we didn’t read into their reviews much before we purchased. Please save yourselves the headaches and the money.
