I would like to say a big Thank you to Jerry & Bart for work done on my exterior patio shade on 03/23/23. I purchased shades from a reputable company who did the install but left large gaps due to a slope in my roof. I called this company & was willing to pay extra to have it reinstalled only to be advised it could not be done due to this slope. Jerry & Bart came to the rescue and reinstalled the shade to perfection. Not only were they early for the appointment (which we appreciated) but they provided superior customer service @ a reasonable price-much less than we expected. We are grateful that we discovered Ace Handyman Services and will be calling again for other home repair projects we have in mind for the future. Thanks again.

Bart installed two shower bars in my mom's shower and did a fabulous job. David Blair the owner of Ace handyman services is a great boss I've worked for him in the past and now work for him again. He's always there for his employees and goes above and beyond for anybody who needs a helping hand. I've worked for multiple companies and have never had a boss who goes to a job and puts his hands on work and has the level of perfection that he requires. And then shows up and proves it. For someone like me who has 18+years on the job experience that says something.

There was a 2 foot section of sheetrock that needed patching where the wall meets the ceiling. I was told over the phone when I made the appointment that the total charge would be $199. The man came and patched it, then said he would have to return to sand and retexture the ceiling and then paint it. That would be another $125. However, it took him 1/2 hr longer than he anticipated. So he charged my wife $180 instead. My wife said the job looks good. It did cost a total of $379. That's why they only got 3 stars.

I was very pleased with the work done by Asher. I had a number of projects from light installation to drywall repair to removing and preparing new vigas. He was knowledgeable., careful and professional. He kept me informed at every turn. I would definitely use Ace Handyman again .

Jerry did a repair to a door where rain was seeping under the bottom. He explained the repair he was felt would work and also explained what could be done if I wanted to change out the door. I opted for him to do the repair. He did a good job and time will tell when we get another rain.

Scott did an amazing job today to help repair a door frame and baseboards which had water damage - he re-sealed the area, replaced the baseboards and painted - just a great job! Will definitely use him and Ace again!

I had an appointment for Friday afternoon, so I took the day off so that I would get the jobs done. Ace texted me that day and said the handyman was sick. They offered to reset the appt for Monday at 11:30. OK I took another day off but this time: No Call No Text No Handyman. Still have heard nothing. Very disappointed.............

Asher did a great job taking down our wall bed, and completed a baseboard repair along with paint touch up. I am satisfied with Ace Handyman and will recommend them to a friend.

Ace was extremely easy to work with to schedule work. They are very responsive and give quotes fast.I hired them to repair drywall and stucco, as well as fill in small damage to the walls.The work that was done was average. Part of the wall that was repaired is not textured to match the rest of the wall. I asked about this and he told me it was because the paint was still wet - the texture was not showing. Not true. It is just not textured in some spots. I can see the outline of where the original wall damage is located.There is also tan paint that dropped on the white base boards which I cannot get off, and I just noticed now that the patio has either paint or stucco repair material that is staining the patio - I cannot get it off. I also have been finding nails/dry wall nails in various areas of the floor and on the patio.When it came to making payment, I had a short window to do so as I had a meeting to attend via Zoom. I let him know this, and he said it would take 5 min to get the invoice ready. 10 minutes later, he was still out in his car - and I could see he was having a conversation on his phone. I needed to get the payment done, so I went out to the car. He continued to speak on his phone and did not roll down the window to let me know what was going on. Eventually he did, and said he was talking to the office about something else that had come up. I did not feel that my time was being respected. Just because people are working from home, does not mean we have total flexibility and can wait around while they conduct other business.Overall, I am glad the job is done - but lacking attention to detail, staining surfaces with paint, and leaving nails around the house when I have 3 dogs - not a stellar experience. It is $120 per hour, plus $75 fee just to show up. They also get paid $120 per hour while shopping for materials. It adds up! For this cost, it would be nice for service to be top notch.

Sage was knowledgeable, on time, professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. We will certainly use Ace Handyman for all other jobs needed in the future.

Scott was friendly, very helpful, and professional. He did a variety of jobs: fixed disposal, hung curtain rod AND curtains (bonus, thanks!), and regrouted the bath rub so now it looks clean and shiny new all around the tub. And, as usual, scheduling was easy with Sheon!

What started out as a promising project, turned into a nightmare. I requested Ace to do work on baseboards and electrical installation late August 2022. None of the projects were completed even though I paid them in full base on required work hours. I give people second chances, to own their mistakes and make it right. This was never the caseFirst, one of their employees almost broke the ceiling. I was given the excuse attic in my house is infected with termites (which wasn't the case). Ace did fix this, probably the only best thing come out of the project.While working through electrical, their crew wasn't professional. There were no plastic sheets used when they drilled the ceilings. I was picking up debris to keep my place clean that was spread on new vinyl floors, carpet and dinning table. Along the way, this crew run into issues of not being able to run down the wires on couple of spots.I had an electrician look at the work, and he was alarmed how wires were lose, as it should have been when it comes to closing out wires so there's no fire hazards. I am out of almost 1K without working ceiling lights in Livingroom and fan in the master bedroom.I had to find another handyman to install baseboard in the office. So after hiring Ace crew last August 2022, project wasn't completed even after one of their crew members agreed via text and verbal to take care of the remaining unfinished business off work hours. Disappointing, unprofessional to say the least how this all turned out

Requested hardware installation for mounting shade sails in three separate areas of the backyard. Work was not quality, my spouse halted the project while I was at work. One area was semi complete with subpar hardware. We were charged $245.00. The Handyman was incredibly nice, but overall a disappointing outcome.

I called Ace’s Handyman Services for indoor painting consultation and replacement of my doorknobs and keys. Marcos, the handyman, texted me before the appointment time and responded promptly. He was easy to talk to and provided great service especially with my fickle mind. I recommend Ace’s Handyman Services for all home maintenance, repairs and upgrades in your home.

We had some interior painting done at a business and they did good work and looked good, they just missed a few small details there were small handprints left o the wall after they pulled tape and cleaned up.

We had a broken (non-functional) closet door. We suspected that it needed to be replaced. Bart, our handyman, examined the mechanism, determined that it could be fixed, and 20 minutes later we had a working door which we did not have to replace.

Took the guy 3 try's to get the wall mount up right??? 7 Holes in the wall you can see, he said, not his fault and wouldn't fix them, but sure wanted the 225 bucks as he was pushy to leave.

However the manager did say next time we use the service we won’t get charged a service fee which is awesome I am disabled and live with my mother who is elderly so as I fix up the house ACE is the place for us to help get our jobs done! The work was straightforward but done well and everything was explained. The pricing is very expensive for smaller jobs.

What a joke, are you kidding me right now! They come out and made the problem worst and then want to send someone else out to fix it after they tell you they sent out the best handyman they have, now you get the 2nd, 3rd, etc. best person? All at $150 an hour, this is a zero star service. Watch out or get scammed!!! Once you add in the $75 service call that is added to the bill it comes out to $150. Funny that you act like you do not know us or even willing to to make it right.

Electrical work was great. But the storm door screen install was not great initially put screw holes in the screen frame too quickly before figuring out where it needed to be anchored to enable the door to close. I had to call the handyman back to move the screen down so the door could close easily which resulted on holes in my brand nee screen's frame.

I had contacted another handy man who just never showed up, and ACE came to the rescue by getting me in the next day. Fixed my toilet flush valve situation and reinstalled a facia board that had fallen. The organization was responsive, professional and clear. No hidden agenda. The service person, Steven, was approachable, professional, responsive and did good work. I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects given the good experience.

Although we were disappointed in our initial encounter with AceHandyman services, they were very apologetic and responsive to our concerns. They promptly arranged for a new craftsman, Bartolo, to come and correct the problems. He resolved the issues with concern and excellent service. There was no additional charge as the work was covered by a one year warranty. We can now recommend AceHandyman Services, and Bartolo in particular.

Part of Chain link fence needed repairing to keep from falling down. Dave found the problem, got the parts needed and quickly got the repairs done. The fence now looks great. Dave was professional, and knowlegeable and left the area clean and tidy.I highly recommend Ace Handyman Service to others and would not hesitate to call them again for future projects.

So thrilled to have found a handyman service we can trust and rely on. I am retired and cannot get on ladders or lift heavy objects. We chose ACE because of their reputation. Our handyman Chris Simmons was more like a technician. He explained everything he was going to do to properly install our ceiling fan and the job turned out perfect. He was cordial and on time and he checked in before coming to make sure we knew when he was arriving. I would not hesitate to use ACE handyman services again, and I will be requesting Chris again for sure!

Very sloppy work. The edges of the cabinets were not painted. He painted the cabinets with the doors closed so they dried stuck together. At the top of the walls, it's very messy between the wall and the ceiling. I have paint drips on the floor and paint runs on the on door trim. Pitiful work on a small bathroom. I would not recommend them.

Ace has provided several services to us. They keep us informed, very courteous, high integrity in honouring their warranty, and care for the environment they work in. I trust Bart who has done several repairs at our home.

Today we had Travis at our house. He modified our wall oven cabinet to fit a new oven we're getting. He also fixed an area of our eave where the wood had been cut out for new electric service. He was cooperative, friendly and knew what he was doing. We've used their services several times now and have been very happy with the results each time.

Thank you for your awesome work - no cabinet building company would help me replace our under-sink kitchen cabinet with something that would not cost $5k or more to remediate and replace NEXT time there was a leak under the sink. So Dave came to the rescue and rebuilt a cabinet face for us with water-proof tile and wall protection so this issue will never happen again. We are so pleased - every under-sink area should be designed this way! He also took care of rebuilding a rotting door jamb and caulking and removing drywall that had revealed a small window leak while he was working for us. Everything was done quickly and to exacting quality - we couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks for solving our problems for us in an exceptional way!

Recently used Ace Handyman Services for a new installation of a storm security door.It was definitely 5 star service across the entire teamvery individual I interacted with PV Ace Handymsn service team, The schedule coordinator, as well as the individual craftsmans. They were all sincerly polite, very helpful, and actively worked on personally keeping you in the loop by individually contacting me to confirm appointments, arrival times, and prohect updates.The first craftsman Scott, was. So patient, and went above and beyond not only identifying items I had misordered, but also helping me make correct selections to reorder. He also re crated the door, to help expedite pickup/ exchange of correct door.When Scott was unable to make it back on the day my new door was ready to be installed, Jerry was able to step in, and install my new.door. Jerry was also wonderful to work with. He was able to coordinate his time around scheduling conflicts with 2 different Dr. appointments, I had for my mother. He also kept me in the loop on arrival times, (actually able to arrive early, and complete sooner than expected). He took the time to make sure I knew how to work my new touch sensor/ key pad lock, and recommended additional service follow up needs.I enjoyed working with all the individual team members of PV Handyman Service, would recommend them, and use them again.
