POOR COMMUNICATION!!!! The quality of the work is great, when workers eventually do respond. The company fails tremendously at communicating schedule updates and changes. I have asked from the beginning of the project for a schedule to completion and am lucky if I can get them to commit to 2 consecutive days. I was quoted a 3-4 month project duration and am currently on month 6 with no end in sight. I've gone through 4 job superintendents (5 if you include the owner himself) and have had a very disheartening experience with this remodel. I will never recommend this company!

Neoteric Builders completed a whole house remodel, top to bottom. The workers were friendly and professional, work completed as promised and the result is a beautiful “new” home! I would not hesitate to use them again and certainly recommend them.

Praveen and his designer came to view the premises and was very pleasant in their engagement. But never heard from them since then. Maybe they have too much business. But a call would be really courteous instead of wasting my time and theirs as well. Eventually, I went with another contractor.

Attention: I vented too soon. I finally got up the nerve to call Legacy and they were nice enough to grant me an appointment. Our misunderstanding was cleared up and a trust was formed and now Legacy is remodeling my bathroom. It has been nothing but a positive and professional experience working with them. I hired Graco Home Remodeling to do repairs in the roof due to long-time water damage. After I contacted the company Ignacio showed up and performed a throughout inspection. He then proceeded to show me with pictures his findings and pricing.
His workers showed up on time, performed an excellent job and after the job was completed, cleaned up the whole area.
