I highly recommend CustomCreative Remodeling for any major or minor home improvement projects you are considering. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen and house entryway (removal and addition of walls/windows) along with a replacement of over 1100 Sq ft of dated saltillo tile flooring, 2 bathroom upgrades and a refacing of a fireplace. The team did an excellent job in designing the new space; insuring not only engineering integrity but creation of a functionally rich new working kitchen/bar area space with a wonderful new color palette that works for the entire house. They provided a detailed line item breakdown of all the work done and including design change orders that we made along the way. The workers were top notch craftsman who delivered high quality work from floor & backsplash tiling, countertop fabrication, new electrical, framing, drywall, texturing, plumbing, etc. The guys were always on time and each day the job site was left clean after working. Communication with everyone involved who came to the house was easy and effective. A++ grade performance!!!

The Legacy team was fantastic! We worked with Legacy through various remodels over the last 24 months. COVID hit in the middle of construction and they continued to be reliable, professional, careful and excellent. We worked with several different team members and they are all really great. Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

My kitchen cabinets and remodel were done by Affinity in 2009. They still look like new. We are delighted with the excellent craftsmanship. Today, for the first time I had a drawer that I had over filled and I could not get it open. I tried everything. It was an inaccessible interior. I am a pretty capable homeowner but I was really frustrated. I called Marco at Affinity.They had not talked to me for eleven years. Jamie came right over and he freed the drawer in 10 minutes. It is a Friday during Corona virus. I am incredibly grateful. This once again validates our early decision to go with the highest quality custom cabinets we could find for our busy working kitchen! Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.

We used Atelier507 to remodel the tiling of our master bathroom shower, add a niche, and update the water fixtures. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, provided 3D renderings of what the final look would be and would update the renderings for any detail we want to add/remove/adjust. Atelier507 also provided progress photos during and after the project. They did an excellent job and were very professional. We are very satisfied with the final look of our shower. I highly recommend using them!

We had a 37 yr. old bathtub/shower combo with tile and grout which was a bear to clean and no safety bars to help get in and out of or up and down in the tub. High above the tub was a small rectangular window where the enclosure was just painted drywall where the tile had stopped. In one day, they installed the new shower removing the old tub and digging down through concrete to replace the original trap that was prone to clogs, adding 2x4 wood to the lower part of the walls before installing sheets of wood to which they attached the new shower material which was cut all of a piece for each of 3 walls and which went all the way to the ceiling. They also covered the window enclosure with a window kit of the same material so that it is now waterproof. Their workmanship is beautiful. We got to pick where a shower seat and two safety grab bars and two corner shelves were placed. Then glass doors were hung that have one towel rack inside and one outside. The doors are suspended from and roll on a rail above so I don't have the problem of cleaning out a channel that traps gunk at the bottom of the shower. It's gorgeous! and can and should be cleaned with just water and vinegar 50/50. There's more space to shower now without taking up any more floor space that the tub took. the length of the tub defines the width of the bathroom. It's gorgeous and we are absolutely thrilled. The workmen were a pleasure to have in our house. They worked 12 hours straight to get this done for us. We are having our other bathroom tub and shower done by Jacuzzi in October. We can't wait!
