Our countertops were installed on Monday, and we love them. Our installer, Brad, showed up on time for the measure and install. He was friendly, diligent, conscientious, and answered all of our questions and concerns. Thank you for an outstanding product and quality workers to install them. We will recommend Granite Transformation to everyone.

I contracted with Granite Transformations to put a new kitchen countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. Two men came to do the installation. When they put the countertop together the seam was very obvious and not at all done well. The backsplash had been assembled improperly at the factory so it was going horizontally when it should’ve been going vertically. The installation is so bad that it is disgusting. One of the supervisors came by to look at it and he was astonished at how poorly it was done. The installation was never completed I have raw plaster showing. I have tried calling the company and have received no response at all. Since then I have heard that not only were the two men let go but also the supervisor is no longer working there. I am very frustrated.

Hired Granite Transformations to update my kitchen with new countertops. They did a great job, on time, cleaned up their work, and a beautiful job...If you are updating your kitchen I highly recommend them to do the job.

To start, the process was great. Sales experience was good and they were able to meet our May 2021 deadline for installation. Overall I was happy with the experience until later that year. A few months later we noticed the countertops were lifting from the corners in all areas of the kitchen, and when I say lifting I mean 4+ inches and took the screw from the cabinet with it. We called and after several attempts were able to have someone come out and look at it. We were told by that individual this was a rare occurrence and would need to be replaced as it was an issue with the glue - we said no problem. Months go by with NO correspondence or updates. We called the office and no one returned our calls. “They’re in meetings and can’t take the call” or “They’re at lunch” were the repeated excuses we were given. Yes, it takes time to import the product and we understood that - but simply calling back and communicating effectively was what we needed. The warranty call happened in August, and no one came out to address it again until February 2022. At one point we got a call on a random morning from installers saying they were on their way, but no one from the office had bothered to let us know. We weren’t home, so we had to turn them away. Even better, the installers that came in February were mortified by how much it lifted and were very clear in saying “this was a poor installation job, not the glue failing” and proceeded to fix it. They offered to make it right by working with us to install a backsplash. It’s been 2.5 months now and have we been called back? NOPE. When the installer checked back in on us to see if we had been contacted, his response was “I’m not surprised at all.”
For this company you’ll get a great first experience as they work to get the money. From then on, it’ll be awful. If quality and communication are important to you, steer clear and choose someone else.

We recently had our 3 bathrooms countertops redone by Granite Transformations. Wes was our installer. He did a fabulous job! He was careful to put down drop cloths to avoid tracking in any debris. He was efficient and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after he was finished. Wes was very professional and did a beautiful job with our installation. Thank you Wes.

Christina was great to work with. She listened to what we wanted and designed a beautiful kitchen remodel.

Christina came over to give us an estimate on resurfacing our cabinets, countertop and back splash. She explained the entire process, answered our questions in a very professional, but easy to understand way, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be giving them a call back!

• 4th of Sept 2021, Sign contract to replace cabinet fronts in Kitchen and Main Bath, paid half of cost, asked how long for project to be completed, 2 to 3 months, was what we were told.
• Week of the 4th of Oct 2021, received a call from the measurers they will be out to measure, picked 8th of Oct 2021 for that measurement.
• Was called from office manager (she said that was who she was), they said we will have our install done before Thanksgiving 2021.
• Called Dec 6, 7, 8, 9, 13th, 2021, finally talked to live person, which was a lady named Dawn, she said not everything came in, she then said the job would be done before Christmas again 2021.
• Called multiple times in Jan and Feb 2022, left messages no response, tried calling Sean the salesperson no answer, at this point I was getting everything ready to contact Channel 3 (3 on my side) We felt like this company just stole our money.
• Call from Dawn, I agreed to March 8-10, 2022 install, I also said I don’t want them coming if they don’t have everything. She agreed. No call, from Dawn installer call and ask if the 14-16 would work.
• March 14-16th, 2022. No communication from Dawn, so assume everything is in now. Installers showed up, start doing their thing. March 15th during the install the installer said, we noticed that not everything was here, missing doors and drawl facing, crown molding, trim around Island, and floor molding. I asked about the Bathroom, and they said, it wasn’t part of the contract, I said look at the contract, and I said when you were here to measure you measured the bathroom, So they said they would have to go back to office to find out where everything was. 3 more days of time off, getting really upset now, called Dawn no answer left message no call back.
• May-June 1st, 2022 – still no communication, reached out again, left VM, someone called saying Dawn no longer works here I need to talk to some one in Texas?? I am thinking Texas. Can’t remember his name, (Rick?) he said he would look into this.
• July 14th, 2022, received a call from installer they are at my house, they finally have everything in, would like to finish install. I said I am at work, they said I was called and oked this date and time. I said no one called to schedule this. But I didn’t want delayed because on me.
• July 15th, 2022, the installer said I am sorry to tell you that not everything is here, no crown molding, and a couple other molding pieces missing. They said they would need to order it.• * Sept 26th, called the local office, they said they don’t take calls at this location, I said I wanted to talk to owner or office manager, was told not available and that I needed to call the call center. Called the call Center no manage available, but that they would call me as soon as they become available, if they don’t call back, then the call center person Would call me back. Well as expected no call this week at all.
* Project took over a year to finish, they finished the end of Sept 2022..

This project has been a nightmare, this company obviously doesn’t care about the customer, or communication to their customers. All the Lies… We are now at over one year later and still our project is not complete. My Wife and I have had to take time off, to a tune of around $2000.00 +. This is unacceptable, our kitchen was unusable for months, causing stress and anxiety to our family.

I would like to hear from someone at this company on how they plan to compensate us for all the things we were put through over the last year. This was totally unacceptable; I am just at a lost to how we have been treated over the last year with this company. How can this company have any good reviews, I can’t be the only customer that has had this problem, in the Phoenix AZ Area.
Like everything else with this company, nothing will come of this.

I have used Granite Transformation North/West two prior times before. The first was to do new granite counter tops in the kitchen, new cabinet doors and reface the cabinets. My wife and I were so pleased we had them come back and convert a bathtub to shower and bathtub...The people were great the first two times from office staff to the installers. I even got a chance to talk to the owner and his wife a couple of times and both took a real interest in their customers. Due to the other times being great we decided to finish it out and do are second and last bathroom. When I made contact to verify the estimate from six months prior I found out the company had been sold. It was purchased by a big company out of New Mexico. The feeling of we care about our customers appeared to disappear. This was the first thing I noticed. Also the cost had almost double in price which showed me there was no loyalty to a returning customer. I decided to still go with them so that the materials would match what we had previously done. The second biggest reason was the two installers Wes & Eddie that did the install on the first bathroom. They were always on time and and knew what they were doing. They were extremely experienced and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would give them (5) Star reviews on their work.....It's to bad the company changed owners......

She was very professional and detailed in explaining everything from the products used, the installation process and listening to our vision of our new cabinets. Would recommend not only the company but her specifically. Looking forward to the project!

This review is only about the professionalism of the company. I got the referral from Lowe's. I called Granite Transformations about kitchen cabinet refacing and set up an appointment. Prior to the appointment, I was called several times to reconfirm. Then, the day before the appointment they cancelled and we set up for a day later in the week. Again, they called several times to reconfirm. Then, the morning of the second appointment, they cancelled again just 45 minutes before they were supposed to be there. They were eager to set an appointment late afternoon and I just said forget it. I don't need contractors who don't do what they say they are going to do, especially when they are trying to get your business. And it was obnoxious that every time they reconfirmed the appointments the rep read a script reiterating both my husband and I should be there and that it would take between 60-90 minutes so I better make sure I have enough time.

The reason I am giving them a 3 star is the original material we ordered for our countertops end up on back order , and we ended up choose another color ,which also increased are cost of the countertops, and communication with custom service could have been better.
Also I feel the the template person and the installer should always be the same person ,that was not the case on part of our kitchen countertop install, the product is great the install could have been better .

She knew what she was doing and seemed to be very experienced, she knew what colors would look good on my counter tops as well as my cabinets. Sean Mucci, our sales rep, was fantastic. So knowledgeable about the process and he was very patient when we wanted to change the color of the granite we picked for our countertops. He even met me at work to pick up all the extra samples that I borrowed and he helped me pick out the right color of grout to use on the backsplash that we are installing ourselves. I will definitely call Sean first for all of our other remodeling needs that we cannot do ourselves. He was honest, patient, and everything he told us was true. He was not pushy and in fact helped us decide some alternatives to keep the cost down because I have a big kitchen island with an odd shaped breakfast island. Too bad he can't be cloned to do sales for everyone!

First of all the finished product looks amazing. Tracy took the time to go over every detail with us. Their work was meticulous and the attention to detail very impressive. Definitely visit the showroom to get a better perspective as that is what really convinced us to go with GT and we could not be happier with our decision. I ordered new countertop for my double vanity in my bathroom in March ,2022
They were scheduled for install on May 25 , on May 20, received a text that my order was not delivered and was on backorder. I have not received any responses to my phone calls and /or texts regarding status of this backorder . I am very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service. They were quick to take 50% deposit in March !

Total disappointment. Honestly never dealt with a sketchy business such as this. Took days off, waited months & hours, got prepared & well rested for today's appointment only to find out my counters & backsplash weren't even cut yet. And finding out that alone took hours (& I had to call). Literally sick to my stomach about it. Had to cancel the backsplash since they are unaware when it'll be cut. It was supposed to be cut by today! Not one phone call about these sketchy delays before today. I still haven't heard back about my deposit refund. They were more concerned about this review than my actual order.

I had Granite Transformation come in to my home and transformed my Kitchen and Mater Bathroom. When I say Transform i mean they actually made my Kitchen and Bathroom absolutely beautiful. The Tech Wesley R. did a great job. he was very particular of his work making sure everything was done perfect. very friendly and easy to chat with. When I had questions he was able to answer them all. He made sure I was satisfied with the job. And he did not leave until he was satisfied too. Job Well Done!!! I will recommend Granite transformation to anyone wanting to upgrade (remodel) their home.

This company was recommended to me by someone who has used them in the past, and unfortunately I would not recommend this company to anyone. I contracted with Granite Transformations in April 2022 for kitchen and bathroom cabinet resurfacing, and was scheduled for the cabinet template/measurements almost 2 weeks ago, no one showed up for this appointment or called. I have been attempting to get this worked out since this time with no follow up. I have spoken to three people and sent two e-mails without anyone following up. The last person I spoke to told me she would look into this and gave me her direct number to contact her. I followed up with her after not hearing back for several days and have not heard back from her either. Because no one has followed up with me, I have no choice but to assume this company is taking the 50% deposit they require and has no intentions of fulfilling their contractual obligation. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I do understand things are difficult right now, but there is no excuse for the company not to follow up with a customer.

Several years ago Granite Transformations installed granite on our bathroom vanities and now with the kitchen counters and island needed an update, we didn't hesitate to call them again. Our design consultant, Sean Mucci guided us through the entire process. Sean was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Sean was always just a phone call or text message away when we had questions and, when we needed expert advice Sean was there every step of the way. Additionally, kudos to Nino, Brad, Martin, Tito and Eddie for making our kitchen look fabulous. Granite Transformations excels with quality products, superior workmanship and outstanding professionalism.

We had all of our countertops done – kitchen and 3 bathroom vanities. The installers, Jaime and Brad went the extra mile to make sure that everything came out perfectly. The new kitchen counter overlaid the old one. The bathroom vanities were full replacement of the old countertops. They worked fast and always cleaned up very well. All of the project came out beautiful, thanks to their attention to detail.

First knowledge of Granite Transformation was through friends who installed their kitchen countertops. The counter tops were very eye catching and our friends truly sold us on Granite Trasnsformatiion. We went to a show where Granite Transformation had a staff and products to look at. We liked what we saw. Our friends suggested going to their showroom in Phoenix. We did and saw other products that we liked.
We made appointments for representative to come and give us ideas. We liked Tony's presentation and decided to buy a counter top. It took them about 6 to 8 weeks before they could complete project as they are very busy. Once they started on the project, one week to measure and the next week to complete the installation. Jaime and Reso were excellent installers, friendly and willing to go above and beyond the installation. We appreciate their care to meet our requestis.

The price is not cost effective just be aise it is over top of existing. The sales person glossed over the 3 day cancellation. We mistakenly thought he had said 30. After 2 weeks, which we thought we had to change our minds we decided we didn't like the what they had as far as selection, and couldn't find one that we could live with for the next 50 years. They didn't care, and would keep 33% of the total cost if we wanted out. I think if the sales person made a effort to stress the 3 days, I would have backed out. Beware.

Our Technician was Andrew and he was fabulous. He was always on time and the job was completed in the timeline given. His tilework is exceptional. We are very happy with the install and the product looks beautiful.

Leah came to our home and helped with picking out the countertops and backsplash and was wonderful with her suggestions and knowledge. I used Granite Transformations for my kitchen and bathroom renovation. They did my countertops as well as my cabinets, all of which turned out amazing! My countertop installer, Nino, went out of his way to do an exceptional job and was so kind and professional. Would definitely recommend !

Left half the job done. The plumber was supposed to be there on Friday, but asked to come on Monday. I pushed back my other home improvements to accommodate then he couldn't come on Monday and ran into issues on Tuesday and ended up coming closer to 4pm. All the while my bathroom vanity didn't have a faucet. Last time I use them and definitely won't recommend. I've used them three times before but this was just shocking.

Sales person said no mess, I had 5 hours of cleaning, I couldn't stop sneezing and I have asthma, what a mess. Installer couldn't get seam right so he left with a pole from counter to ceiling to hold said glue wasn't holding. Seam is not even, jagged, and now after 1 month there is a crack coming from uneven seam. Customer service sent someone out who told us they have to remake and reinstall a new counter. He was here 3 weeks ago and when we call we can't get a returned call. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The experience from sale to install went smoothly. We are pleased with the outcome. The installers Brad & Jaime were on time, communicated the process and cleaned up at the end of the day.

I am in awe of the service and overall quality of our countertops. The communication was great. Having 2 littles it was important for everything to be done in a timely manner; which it was. I went to their showroom and was really impressed with all that they could do. Tracy was so helpful in my quest to pick out a countertop to go with my floor, walls, and cabinets. I am not good at these things but she is. I love my countertops. I was on a limited budget so could not take advantage of all they offer but what I got I am completely satisfied with. I love my new sink too. The tech that came out to make the template and installers were great, personable, efficient, and very professional while they turned my dream kitchen into a reality. Very much recommend this company Granite Transformation!

This process is painless. Our salesperson came to our house and brought samples. We were able to compliment our counter to the backsplash, floors and cabinets. Then we had the template made and then Mike and his son came and installed our new counters. They are so easy to keep clean, no sealing necessary, just wipe down with Windex. We chose granite for its affordability. Love these guys and highly recommend.

We just have completed using granite tops for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The installation crew was right on time, helpful, courteous and we are very happy with the results. If you want to improve your home without a long, messy installation, I'd suggest you contact these people. One day and a half, a cleanup that did not take long, and we're back to normal. Jim is the very knowledgeable sales person that comes to your home, and he has all the answers.

What I realized after comparing many remodeling companies was that I was not comparing apples to apples. You can get a cheaper price if you use slab granite or quartz, especially if it comes from China. The material from Granite Transformations is 95% granite, quartz or glass, it is recycled so doesn't harm the environment and it is non porous. It is also made in Florida! That 5% polymer they add makes it scratch resistant, heat resistant and stain free. Hence the lifetime guarantee!! There is usually no demo of the existing kitchen or bathroom so no mess, short turn around, (one day), and again environmentally friendly. Other companies add in the demo costs, plumbing costs and other costs after your initial quote. Not these these guys. Your first quote is what you are charged unless you make a change order! So if you are comparing, be sure to compare apples to apples. You will be happy you did!

It was the best experience that I've ever had while trying to get a remodel. They bent over backwards to try and help me. In the end they were able to work with my busy schedule to find a time to do the quote and the install. The best thing was that there was no hidden fees!! What they said is what I got. 5/5 stars. If you are trying to remodel I highly recommend these guys.

Would highly not recommend it started off right sales person met us at our home took measurements we scheduled an appointment at their showroom he wasn't able to be there we talked to another associate we were contemplating using but since then no calls back don't even waste your time with them
