We had our kitchen cabinets refaced and a couple new ones added. The whole experience was fantastic and the installers were exceptional. Our installers Kevin Richards and Victor Enriquez were so professional and I was really impressed! Beautiful work!

Our installers were Esteban Kolb and Kevin Olivas. They did a great job. Esteban especially, was here every day, worked 9-10 hours each day to get the job completed on time. All of the guys who came into our home were very responsible, professional and respectful of our property. We were very impressed with the finished product. If I had anything to complain about it is that the hinges are really big! They can be an obstacle when reaching into the cabinet. Apparently this is the kind of hardware they have to use to make the doors close softly.

Start to finish was a great experience. The crew was on time every day, professional, knowledgable and cleaned the project area completely once finished. Estaban and Connor were friendly, thorough and paid attention to the details that made the difference.

For long 3 days that they work very hard to made my shower. Professionally and kindly.
Every corner check make sure perfect. Thank you for Geo and Josh sir and other two more wonderful staff. I wait for you two see you after this payment done and start our main bathroom remodeling soon. Thank you. I had Reborn put in a new shower in my Jack and Jill bathroom and they did an amazing job. The installers, Danny and Kyle were terrific, they arrived actually a little earlier then they said they would be there. The were very polite and worked nonstop to get the job done in one visit. They even finished earlier than they thought they would. Our new shower turned out absolutely beautiful, thank you Reborn and I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and neighbors. Esteban and Tyler did an amazing job with our kitchen , they were both very punctual and respectful. They completed the project in 3 days just like they said they would and if they had any question rewarding any design ( floating shelves) they asked my husband or I before installing anything. Both did an amazing job and I am really happy with my kitchen cabinets! They changed the whole house ambiance! Thank you Reborn !

I had a tub removed and a new shower installed. It looks beautiful! Jose and his crew, Mark, Austin and Luis did a great job. They were very friendly and showed up on time. Jose ask how we wanted everything placed and helped in our decisions when we asked for his thoughts. Couldn't ask for a better outcome. I recommend Reborn.

Our installer, Reggie, was very professional throughout the entire process. He explained what he was going to do everyday and he was punctual. We had no issues with the install. Highly recommend Reggie! Our bathroom looks amazing!

The only complaint about the entire process (besides the install) was that when a representative from Reborn called to confirm the install they left their extension but their phone system is terrible. You can’t enter an extension without the call disconnecting. I tried to talk to a representative but they would direct me to the wrong department.

Also, I’m waiting to hear about how to pay the loan we took out we have not heard from the loan company.

Update 8/22/22

I tried to call Reborn back two weeks ago because the inspector never came and also we noticed that the panels that they installed were not straight. I was told that my message was forwarded to the project manager. Still haven’t heard back. I deducted one star because of this. It’s been frustrating trying to get in contact with anyone. Left another message today. We’ll see.

Danny and Connor were extremely professional and courteous from the moment I let them in. They replaced a bathtub and rebuilt a shower in the master bedroom.
I followed them around for while during the demolition, but soon realized it was better to stay out of the way.
A couple of days later, they ‘unveiled’ their project. We were so amazed at the transformation that neither one of us showered or bathed for three days because we didn’t want to spoil it!

This project was started at the end of December, 2022, and was not completed until March 3, 2023. Reborn was unable to get crown molding that was not defective. On the positive side, they did not attempt to install the defective product. Aside from the materials issue, the biggest issue with Reborn is that they will not deal with any issues outside of their product that might arise during the project. My example is as follows: We had 2 hallway cabinets done as well as all our kitchen cabinets. On those 3 door, 6ft. tall, cabinets a 2in. molding around the cabinets was removed and a 1in. molding was put in its place. That left 1 in. by 24ft. of wall that I had to repair, plaster, texture and paint. At one point, they stopped working on the hallway cabinets and waited for me to do a drywall repair! Similarly, the kitchen cabinets had the same issues. I was left to do finishing work on the walls and around the microwave vent. It is important to keep this in mind if you are doing just a cabinet remodel and not a total kitchen remodel.
The workers were always professional, did a great job on cleanup and kept me informed of issues. I received my Costco rebate promptly. The final product (due in part to all of the work that I had to do) looks very nice. The drawers and the self-closing mechanisms seem to be quality. However, because of the length of time it took to complete the project and all of the work that I had to do to “finish” the project I would NOT recommend REBORN

I had a garden tub refitted to a walk-in shower. Tristan and Reggie were my installers. They were, polite, informative and professional. I would def use this company again for I am completely satisfied with the work and workmanship of the product.

Gabe, Mark, and Tristan are my hero’s. They truly came in and saved the day. Thank you gentlemen for you compassion, your caring spirits, kindness, and taking pride in the work that you do. I will be forever grateful to this crew! I will see you guys soon for the other bathroom project.

We used Reborn to update two of our smaller bathrooms. The installers on our 1st bathroom, Bryce and JT, were wonderful and we can't wait for them to return and work on our next one. Their work was precise, they were very clean throughout the process, and extremely courteous to us in every interaction. They are both real assets to the Reborn company!!!

I had reborn come quote my kitchen refacing. They basically sell you cheap MDF cabinet doors and apply a thin veneer to the cabinet boxes. I also had them quote soft close drawer and cabinet hardware. My kitchen is on the small side of kitchens and their quote was for 32k! Insanity!!! I had another company quote me 29k for an entire new kitchen, including a granite counter top. Reborn is outrageous. Do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes from reputable companies before choosing Reborn.

Josh D and his crew (Tristian B and Johnathan) did a great job with the installation. They were friendly, on time, and kept the area clean.

The work crew, Bula, Daniel and Victor were very professional and thorough. The finished product added a lot of pop to our kitchen. We are extremely pleased and have recommended Reborn Cabinets to friends and neighbors. Great product.

Five stars for Reborn . Started from booking the appointment ,designer plans , even down to the installer. Jose, explain everything & the pride he took in doing a job ,made the end result fantastic. Knowing that a love one will be able to do the simple task of taking a shower with ease in the new walk -shower. Thank you ! ?

Reborn built usa,custom shower. It is gorgeous. The crew Josh D.-lead guy, Jon C and newby Adrin N. Did an exceptional 5-star job. They were kind, professional, cleaned up after themselves, took care to protect cabinets, etc.

Bryce and J.T. did my Bathroom Remodel and they did a very good job. They were respectful, clean and detail oriented.

Lack of Communication is a very big problem with this company. You call a d leave messages and dead silence. This time they installed the wrong shower head. Called several times and still haven’t corrected the problem. First time a one day job turned into a seven day job. First time I was called 15 minutes before my scheduled time to say that the lead person called off sick and that his apprentice would still come by and get it started. Then they had a whole new crew cone and finish The second crew came and rectified the problem a d finished the job. But my star rating for this company goes down because I truly thought that this time there wouldn’t be any hiccups wrong…..,

The bath conversion that was meant to be! Reborn Cabinets did a beautiful job on our kitchen cabinet make over last year. We were going to wait awhile before taking on another project but a t.v.commercial by Jacuzzi with great promotions prompted us to make an inquiry. When the phone rang the representative for Jacuzzi in Las Vegas was...REBORN. We took it as a sign!
There are 2 stories I want to share about the integrity of this company and the wonderful people who work for them. Particularly Danny, the gentleman who completed our project. Ultimately we the consumer are responsible for the choices we make upon signing a contract for a project. But misinterpretation can happen. We had ordered up a bench as part of our bath to shower conversion with the understanding that the bench would be wrapped in the same pattern as the rest of the shower. It was. But not the top of the seat. It was stark white. I came to understand that the seat was made to match the shower floor which was, of course, white. I was disappointed. But not for long. Danny went way above and beyond. He made a few phone calls, took his own initiative and came back a couple of days later with the shower bench using the same material used to match the rest of the project! I was floored! As you can see by the photo our bench is PERFECT! It was labor intensive but so greatly appreciated by us. Reborn truly has one goal in mind...your complete and total satisfaction.
Another story I'd like to share about how Reborn cares about you, their valued customer. As I've stated previously, Reborn did our kitchen makeover over a year ago. The quality of their work, the attention to detail and design suggestions that made our cabinets pop gave us the kitchen makeover we've been dreaming about. But life happens. 6 months ago we had a water pipe failure in a wall behind our beautiful new kitchen cabinets. Our homeowners insurance came through for us and our cabinets and countertops were not damaged but had to be pulled away from the wall as repairs to the broken pipe was made. The company that did the repair work put our kitchen back together but there were some flaws that we were told could not be fixed. There was a noticeable space upon closing the door under the sink. When I mentioned this to the crew working on our bath remodel they called Caesar, the project manager for our kitchen makeover and within a day Reborn had a professional over to the house who replaced a damaged plastic storage tray AND repaired the gap in the door under the sink!!!
I know these 2 stories are lengthy. But in these times when we're left disappointed with quality of work and customer satisfaction there aren't enough words to express a heartfelt thank you to a company that values their customers not in words but in deeds. Reborn has shown us that they truly do want you to be satisfied and will go to great lengths to make sure that your experience with them goes beyond the project and even after your project is completed. They've demonstrated to us that they really do care. Thanks, Reborn. We appreciate you!

I called requesting the first appointment and they called me 2 times to confirm the appointment and they sent me 3 messages to confirm the appointment. When it was time for them to show up, they called 15 minutes to say that they will be late by an hour! I had to drive 2 hours (two ways to meet them cz this was my second house) and they called 15 minutes before to let me know!
They kept telling me that I have to let them know 24 hours in advance if I wanna change my appointment! What about the customer!
My time is valuable and today is my only day off in 10 days so no this is unacceptable.

OUR PROJECT ( #LBH0317) WAS A TEAR OUT OF AN OLD BATHTUB/SHOWER COMBO, THEN REPLACED AND INSTALL OF A NEW WALK IN SHOWER. SEAN, BRUCE, MARK & JT DID EXCELLENT WORK... WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, HELPFUL, AND WELL INFORMED ON SHOWING US WHAT WAS DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Jose did a great job installing the walk in shower. Jose is very pleasant and answered all our questions. After the job was completed Jose cleaned the work area. Very happy with the outcome. The bathroom looks great with the walk in shower.

Stania (Sales), Jose and Jonathan (Installers), were very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and polite. Materials appeared to be very high quality. Good experience. Anaheim office staff (Rosemarie, Christian, and Destiny) were also friendly and professional.

We recently used Reborn for a shower remodel. Josh D and Nick P were my installers and they were professional from the word go. Polite, properly protected surrounding area, impeccable clean up! We did hit a small snag with an imperfect pan but Keith at the office made it right and was great about “keeping me on the same page” as he worked to get my job completed.
