Woke up to our AC blowing warm air on a Saturday morning with a heat wave setting in. Within a few hours, their technician, Travis, arrived and after troubleshooting, replaced the compressor. Travis was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable; explained everything, and promptly made the repair. I highly recommend Hobaica for AC issues.

I am maintenance supervisor for Chiro Plus Chiropractic centers and when our regular AC company went out of business, and we needed a new 4 ton split system, we found ourselves in need of someone new. I called several companies and started scheduling appointments, some for the following week. When I called Frank he said he would be right over, and he was here in thirty minutes! After he and my boss agreed on a price (which was great) Frank asked how late I could be there because I specialize in one day installation. Needless to say, I was skeptical, but Frank is a man of his word and he got right to work. He scheduled a crane, picked up the equipment, and brought out a three man crew within the hour and they got our new system installed by the end of the day, just like he said. Had a problem with my HVAC system and received a text shortly after leaving a message. Jeremy called me and arrived shortly thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it. More importantly he was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. He explained the problem in understandable detail. He also spent the time to program the new thermostat I decided to purchase. 5 out of 5 STARS!!!

After my central heating system failed at a terribly inconvenient time, I decided it’d be best to go with several mini splits. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they’re the best HVAC contractors near me. That’s most definitely the feeling I got when I gave them my business in a rather desperate hour.

We had an independent AC tech replace the fan motor of outside unit and since it was so loud that we could not even talk to reach other while it was running. After Howard Air did their wok the unit is so quiet again. The technician said the other technician had put the wrong size capacitor in for the motor and it was overloading the fan motor.

This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. Nick Is the technician who came out to service our A/C unit which was not working.It was 118 out and Nick was at my house same day and had my system up and running within a few hours.He found a leak in the system that 2 other companys could not find.They were charging for refrigerant without actually fixing the core issue.Its not easy finding a good company with highly expirienced techs at an affordable price.Arizona Pro Service is definately highly recommended.

I have used Larson twice now since I have two HVAC units to cover my home. They are professional, ethical, reasonably priced, and punctual. They send you reminders via email and text which I find helpful. They even send a picture of the technician who sill be showing up at your door so there are no surprises. All of their technicians (Victor, Lyle, etc.) do an excellent job. They go over pricing before they start the job so you know exactly what you are paying for. They even send you a handwritten thank you note in the mail! Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Larson.

We had an excellent experience with Green ID. David's crew was very friendly. We had duct sealing, additional insulation added and window screens added. Their work was thorough and the air seems like it has run less. I am very interested in seeing the bills this summer. I certainly recommend the energy assessment to see what may be worth

I was referred to Prestige Mechanical by a family member. I called them on Wednesday and they came on Friday. Justin was our tech and serviced our A/C. He was honest, professional and very funny. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future! Great Job!

I've been working on renovating an older home in historic Phoenix and ran in to some old knob and tube wiring in the walls during demolition. Realizing we'd need to rewire the entire home we starting looking for local electricians to complete the job. Operating on a tight timeline and budget, I reached out to Tommy to have him come out and take a look.

He was quick to respond and was able to provide a more than competitive price. Tommy and his team completed the entire job that weekend, and was sure to walk the property with me after to review all the work that had been done. Cuts made to the walls were minimal, something I really appreciated as the home has lath and plaster walls and will be tough to match with new drywall. I will certainly be keeping Tommy and his team top of mind for future electrical needs.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.
