We just got new countertops from Superior Stone and Cabinet and we had such a great experience! Doug was so helpful and went above and beyond with our vision for our kitchen.

He made sure we had all the knowledge to make the best decision for our home and he was very flexible in terms of appointments. Doug also recommended a great plumber. The workers that installed our countertops were very friendly and fast.

Absolutely incredible job! We just had our cabinets and countertops installed and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. It is exactly as I imagined it would turn out. It started with Steve coming to our home to talk about what we wanted and taking detailed measurements. We had special requests like an area for a built-in wine fridge. A few days later, Steve sent me an estimate that was very reasonable and a layout of the new cabinets. After doing a comparison between cabinet resurfacing (which would NOT include new countertops) the price of all new cabinets, soft close drawers, and new counters was actually less!

Then we went to the showroom and picked out countertops based on our taste and budget. Steve guided us the whole way with no high pressure sales techniques. He listened and made adjustments on the fly with us. It was such a fun process.

Tim who did the demo of the kitchen was quiet, clean and efficient. James who installed the cabinets did an excellent job and everything fit like a glove. Jesus and his crew completed the job by installing gorgeous quartz countertops that we chose from the showroom. He showed us each slab and how he would cut them to get the most out of the stone.

We chose the hardware and ordered it from Home Depot for delivery. James was able to install that on our behalf.

The finished kitchen is exactly what we had hoped for. When we decide to do our bathrooms, our only call will be to Superior Stone and Cabinet.

We previously had Superior install counters in the kitchen and that went well, so we decided to have them redo our showers. The process was seamless from day one through to completion. Hunter was FANTASTIC to work with. He always kept us updated and was great at helping us through the process. I could not recommend anyone more that I can with Hunter and Superior.

Charles took care of us for our entire kitchen and then again for built-in cabinets for our kids workspace, shaker cabinet quality expected matches prices while their installer workmanship is excellent and professional. Thank you!

My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with our now beautiful cabinets turned out! Although Mark was the salesman was extremely informative and gave us all of our options, we decided it was a little bit more than our budget would allow. When we indicated that to Mark, he recommended another company to come in and refinish our cabinets under $4000. The cabinets now look like brand new. My husband and I have been looking to re-do our Master bathroom/shower but have been getting a lot of no shows/no call backs for bids. We were thrilled with the attention and help we got from the staff at superior. Antonio was knowledgeable and patient and gave us some good ideas to consider. We will definitely be purchasing from Superior when we are ready for our new bathroom shower this spring!

We just had new granite counters installed by Superior Stone & Cabinet. Hunter came to our home to give us an estimate and was a pleasure to work with.
Moises did our counter install. If I could give him more than 5 stars here, I would. He did an excellent job carrying the grain from the counter surface to the backsplash. The Ogee edge that we chose turned out perfect. He spent a great deal of time and effort to ensure that we were satisfied with the results. He and and his crew also did an excellent job with cleanup.

I must say Superior Stone & Cabinet IS SUPERIOR! My husband and I have been wanting to re-do our kitchen countertops for sometime and we finally proceeded. After some scrolling around we found this place and what a great experience! Our first contact was with Hunter who was the main source of communication thru-out the whole process...he is amazing! He came to our house with business card in hand as he walked thru the door...very up front and no nonsense. He proceeded to measure the space and wrote up a low end to high end estimate. We visited the showroom the next day to select our granite and he wrote up a contract detailing all expenses. Within a couple of days Tim the plumber came to remove the faucet {he would later be back to reinstall it} Then Jorge and co worker came to install the granite we selected..WOW...these guys are awesome! The style we chose has a flow to it and these guys really put it together beautifully. I would Highly recommend this company. Hunter would call along the way to see if all was well...and it was. The whole project from start to finish took 3 days. Thank you Superior Stone & Cabinet for our Christmas gift to ourselves this year Job well done!

Hunter was our salesman. He was great in showing us what was within our budget and took time with us in explaining step by step on the process. He even answered our calls after the installation was complete with questions we had. Jorge, our installer was very good as well. After going to a big box retailer and being quoted an insane amount for cabinets, I stumbled upon Superior Stone and Cabinets.

This was just as the covid shutdown was happening, and we were able to book an appointment within the next 24 hours.

Our sales rep, Doug Perry, was fantastic. He really knows his stuff, and given the space we had to work with, he did an excellent job with pointing out things that we hadn’t thought of and helping us get the most amount of usable space in our kitchen. Doug knows his job incredibly well, and we are so happy that we took him up on some recommendations that he had to get the most space out of our kitchen.

We put all of the options in, and we were still at half of what the big L wanted for a very basic kitchen cabinet setup.

Doug made a trip to the house twice to measure and double check. Even going as far as to pull up the dimensions of our new appliances to make sure everything was correct. I appreciated his “better safe than sorry” attitude.

Due to covid, our cabinets took a bit longer than we had hoped, but if that’s our biggest issue, life is pretty good.

At the end of the day, we got our cabinets, counters, demo, and install for way less than we were quoted for just the cabinets at big L (no demo, install, or counters). We are really happy with our kitchen, and extremely happy that we stumbled upon Superior Stone and Cabinet, and Doug. Thanks guys!

Where to begin… Four different companies came to my house for a bid and not one of them understood my vision. Mark came in and knew exactly what I wanted, ordered it and it came so quickly! After four bids I thought their pricing was very comparable and fair. James the installer was so fast and he actually caught a mistake on my flooring that I had never noticed. The granite installers were professional and cleaned up immediately after the job. I am beyond excited to be writing a review for this company because they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Doug Perry is our rep and has been a tremendous help with redesigning my kitchen/living room. Including a new wall unit with shelves, granite and cabinets to go with my hardwood hickory cabinets I ended up ordering. He also added the laundry room cabinets so everything will be matching now.
Doug went above and beyond in helping us to design, measure and plan this project. I’m certain I through a few curves into this and sometimes can go off topic with ideas but he was always very responsive and went with the flow.
He helped to let us know what would and would not work well.
Helping us with measurements and changes we needed for our wall and island. Doug has some great ideas to make things work in the space I have. He came one day and taped down our floor with the cabinets, drawers and island. Doug really helped us shape my dream of a new great room and kitchen into a solid reality.
We walked in the first time just before they closed but he still took his time with us and said he could work late no problem.

We hired Superior Stone and Cabinet to remodel our master bathroom and they exceeded my expectations. Douglas Parry assisted my wife and I with all aspects of design and planning. Jeff Chaignot took very good care of us. Our kitchen turned out amazing! We had cabinets and granite installed. I did the backsplash, under cabinet lighting and the ship lap boards on the other side of island myself. The cabinet installer and the granite installation crew were absolutely top notch. Everything done in two days, as scheduled, except for the work I performed.

This is the second time I have used Superior Stone. For this project I had them come and replace the old kitchen in our office with a new, modern kitchen. I am very happy with the results and my staff loves the new kitchen too! I would highly recommend Superior Stone.

Renovated our kitchen a few months ago and are now re-doing our master bathroom. We had the good fortune to use Superior for the work and couldn't be happier with the work. Our salesperson, Sean Ballard, designed our island and made suggestions that were far above our ideas when we walked in. He also had many great ideas for our master bath reno. Sean is an asset to Superior!

We could not be more pleased with Superior Stone & Cabinet. We are in the design and planning stages of our kitchen remodel, and our designer Doug Parry has been excellent to work with. He has been very responsive, very thorough, and warm but professional. We have been to the show room on two different occasions and were impressed with both the quality of the products and the wide variety of price ranges. It is clear that Superior Stone & Cabinet and Doug Parry are able to work within any reasonable budget. Our project has yet to be completed, but so far we have received nothing but the most attention and professionalism. If the final product is as good and as for filling as the planning stages, we will definitely be using them for all future renovations.

Doug Parry was super helpful in his design expertise! Prior to making a decision I had checked out a few others and Superior Stone & Cabinet were great with their pricing and what they offer. I completely redid my Master Bath, Guest Bath, Bedroom/Bath flooring and finally quartz counters in Kitchen. Doug is kind, extremely knowledgeable in assisting putting it all together. Their installers were also great. I would use them again for any other remodeling.

Superior Stone & Cabinet gets a big thumbs up. They were recommended to me by more than one general contractor as we were forced into a major roof to flooring remodel of more than half our home due to a failed roof. The entire experience has been great, from having a nice showroom, to a large inventory of stone in the warehouse, to great pricing. In particular and most importantly, the experience we had with our design consultant, Doug has been exceptional. From the start, Doug walked us through the process and explained the pros and cons of each countertop material. The thing that impressed us the most was that HE LISTENS and is very honest. I’ve been working on this remodel for 6 months, worked with dozens of contractors and suppliers and ran into very few people who actually listened to our specific needs, such as budget, timeline, likes, dislikes and unique situations. He was also very responsive and helpful throughout all communications and highly patient with us, as we ran into several delays on our end and plenty of adverse situations. Also, since I knew nothing about remodeling a kitchen, having someone with Doug’s knowledge, experience and expertise was extremely helpful. My only regret during this remodel is committing to some of our other contractors too soon without giving Superior a chance to quote. If you’re looking for a good guy to work with for your countertops, flooring or cabinets, ask for Doug at Superior.

We purchased counter tops for our master and hall bathrooms. Josh and his assistant showed up on time were and immediately got to work. During the time they were in our home they conducted themselves professionally and communicated well about the work being done. A few days later I discovered an issue with the counter in the hall bathroom. It sat too low and didn’t allow the top drawers to open. I notified Superior Stone and spoke with May. She assured me Josh would be out the following day to address it. As promised he showed up and corrected the issue. Due to the customer service and professionalism of everyone at Superior Stone I recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase their products and services.

Working with these contractors was one of the best professional experiences I've had! Doug with them was great with all the super cool master bathroom designs and final product. Communication was top notch, always was willing to answer any questions I had. He worked with me to get the dream bathroom I wanted! Definitely recommend.

We just recently had our dark granite replaced with white sparkly quartz. We love the way it turned out. Everyone involved from Hunter in the design studio to the installers knew their stuff. It was a great experience.

We recently purchased flooring for our new home which is being totally remodeled and worked with Doug Parry who was a tremendous asset in helping us pick out and purchase the new flooring. I moved to a new home last summer and decided to remodel the kitchen so again used Superior Stone, specifically the designer, Daniel Ciorba. I cannot say enough positive things about Daniel and the team that just completed my extensive remodel which included removing a wall, installing all new cabinets and countertops, lights, flooring and re-facing a fireplace. Daniel is extremely talented, very professional, hard-working, detail oriented, communicates with his clients well and tracks progress throughout the job all the way to it's conclusion!!! He is by far the best designer I have worked with over the years and, as a real estate agent, I will not hesitate to recommend him to my clients and friends as well. As a matter of fact, he is just now in the process of doing a similar kitchen remodel for one of my best friends and I'm totally confident she will be as pleased as I am!!!

Josh and Zaid replaced my kitchen countertops and did an outstanding job. The work took about half the time I expected and the finished product far exceeded my expectations. Overall I couldn't be happier with their work. There was one small hiccup that required one of them to come back. Due to the unique nature of my kitchen faucet I needed a half inch semi-circle cut in the quartz for my sink to sit naturally. They came back, took a quick measurement and five minutes later it was done. Quick easy fix to my quirky faucet. I am sure they will look at future jobs with that in mind. Perfect job. Very well done.

Overall I couldn't be happier with the Superior Stone and Cabinet. I went to a big box home improvement store and paid to have my countertops measured for replacement. A week later I went to Superior Stone. Today, the day after Superior Stone finished installation I am still waiting for the big box store to call me to arrange my appointment for the initial measurement.

On last thing.. The big box store estimate was nearly $900 more that Superior Stone for the same product.

Superior Stone is just that Superior. We had been several places then we meet Mark McClure. Talk about true professional, integrity and knowledge then Mark would be your guy. We are so excited to have our new kitchen as it turned out amazing. Mark's team is also amazing every sub he sent out did quality work. Thank you so much!!

The installing fabricator did a poor job.
He repaired the seam and it looks beautiful.

We recently replaced our countertops and backsplash. Emilio was our slab installer and he did an excellent job. He was informative throughout the process and when finished, the countertops were beautiful. (He also repaired the sheetrock so the the tile setting was ready. I would recommend him to anyone needing countertops or other slabs installed in their homes.
Our tile installer was Reinado, who came in on the weekend ( which we very much appreciated) to do the backsplash. His work was also amazing. The tiles and overall backsplash look amazing. His attention to detail and his ability to mix the tiles for best look was also amazing!
Our kitchen looks brand new! I would employ Reinado for any tile work needed in my home without hesitation.
Both of these gentlemen did an exceptional job and we now have a beautiful kitchen!

Charles young was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. He made us feel welcome and was willing to take the time and answer some questions for us. We have been in there several times over the past few months and each time he helped us out and answered questions. Great experience, will continue to come back in the future.

After receiving numerous (ridiculous) quotes for cabinetry for a master bath remodel, we visited Superior and hit the jackpot! Mark McClure provided expert guidance and we had a vast number of choices at affordable prices. The cabinets were ordered, delivered and installed ON TIME, the only element of our project that was flawless. The cabinets are beautiful, and we are customers for life!

I recently engaged Superior Stone and Cabinet to replace my cabinets and counter tops. They had a very wide selection to choose from as well as reasonable pricing. The installer of the cabinets (Will) was professional and did an excellent job with the installation. He was very detailed and conscientious. I had some issues with the floor and needed some creative solutions with the island that was to be installed. Will listened and helped brainstorm solutions will an excellent outcome. My satisfaction with the outcome was obviously important to Will. The sales person/design consultant (Sean) was also very helpful and creative with the island issues.

In my experience with remodeling, the product that you purchase is one piece of the equation. However, the service that you receive seals the deal. I would highly recommend Superior Stone & Cabinet due to my very positive experience with both Will and Sean. They were both awesome!

The staff so knowledgeable and easy to work with. The selection of graniet, quartz, and tile is unbelievable, best I have seen. I was only there to select my granite but I am definitely going back when the time comes to replace my cabinets.

My husband and I were looking to completely remodel our house and wanted quality and the best price. We went to a half dozen stores at least and when we went to Superior Stone & Cabinet we KNEW we were at the right store. I used this company for flooring along with full remodel of my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Doug Parry helped me throughout the process. He was kind, knowledgeable, prompt and gave me some great ideas for the remodel. Never once did Doug seem like he didn't have time to answer all my questions. The owners (husband and wife) would also check in with me periodically. This company and their employees genuinely seem to care about customer service and their reputation. Which is hard to find with construction and trades in general these days.

I am very pleased with my kitchen remodel and with the level of service provided at Superior Stone. Jeff was my project manager and he was very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. He was very helpful guiding me through the process. I felt like I was in good hands. I had gotten many quotes for my kitchen but stuck with Superior because of Jeff's wonderful customer service!

I had very specific ideas for my office addition and Jeff found a way to make it all work. Mike, my installer, took his time and was very detailed. He also helped me with my plumbing which was above and beyond his job description.

I was also very appreciative that my counter installers came back an additional time (for free) because I forgot to have them drill and extra hole for my reverse osmosis.

Overall I would highly recommend Superior Stone & Cabinet. You're in good hands!

Doug Parry has helped us with both a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He has great ideas and perseveres with new and better ideas as you design what you would like. The result, for us, has been great satisfaction with what we now have. It's been great to have someone to call when we're ready to do some work on our home. We remodeled our master bathroom with the help of Superior Stone and Cabinet. Jeff was great to work with, he was able to help us make the most of our budget, made some great design recommendations and contractor referrals, and his expert guidance helped make the entire process much easier. This was our first remodel, we had a lot of questions; Jeff was so patient with us. The tile (bathroom shower, tub surround, floor) and counter tops (granite) were installed expertly and are so beautiful. I would definitely recommend working with Jeff at Superior Stone and Cabinet.

Sean B was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the product. I liked that when I came as a walk-in, he was still able to sit down and put together a mock up of the cabinet design and we hashed through several iterations. I felt that their prices were fair and my general contractor thought so as well. Our cabinets were installed and then were scratched by our other contractors, so even though it was not their fault Sean did come out himself and fix both defects for free which I thought was great customer service.

However, they do seem a bit unorganized in their scheduling. I did the install in two separate deliveries and I got multiple text confirmations for some deliveries/install and then no text confirmation for one. For the last install, I did not receive a text confirmation and then the morning of was informed that they would be there between 1 and 3. The installer arrived at 545pm and stayed until 9pm on a weekday, which was pretty disruptive for my kids' bedtimes. When I complained to Megan, the one who confirmed the scheduling, her response was quite rude and unprofessional.

So all in all I think their product and prices are fair, but a little training of their admin staff would go a long way in improving their image with their customers.

Daniel C. did a great job helping us find the right granite for our kitchen remodel. He was very patient and thorough while we looked through multiple slabs of stone to fine the right ones that would work. He accommodated our tight time schedule so that we could get the work completed as quickly as possible. When he came out to our home to measure, he considered alternative possibilities of stone options to give us the best price available. He answered questions honestly and considerately and called and returned phone calls very quickly. We are very happy with our new kitchen and the granite countertops are the icing on the cake. Doug was great to work with. He was helpful through the entire process. The crew that came out to do the install was great as well. We were super glad to have chosen their services. They got the job done several weeks faster than we anticipated and we couldn’t be happier.

August 2021 - This entire process has been the worst headache ever and our kitchen is still not done. I live in Tucson, but I’m helping my parents who live in the West Valley with their kitchen remodel. In January of 2021 we made our first call for a home consultation which did not occur until mid February. We were assigned to Ray who seemed like a knowledgeable guy who said that he has been in the business for a long time. We had several different options for companies to go through but we wanted to go with them which was a mistake. The process has been extremely unpleasant. After our initial consultation, it was difficult to nail down our final plans because Ray was difficult to reach and he would always forget things that we told him multiple times. I had to contact Charles a few times in order contact Ray so we could get our plans cemented. We had to go back and forth several times despite clearly explaining what we wanted to Ray. It was almost as if they didn’t want our business, but we stuck with them and kept moving forward despite being ignored and not listened to. Again, I don’t live in Phoenix, and I told Ray and Charles this, yet I had to keep going back and forth to Phoenix several times because the details that we painstakingly went over and over, were forgotten or done incorrectly.

Signed the contract in March and paid $17,289 for Oakcraft cabinets. We waited until mid-July for our demo and install. Ray and Charles blamed COVID for the delay and didn’t offer any apologies or give us a discount.

We have a small 10’x10’ kitchen. We didn’t need any permits, no changes to the ceiling or floors, any tear down of walls or rearrangement of the kitchen layout. Superior Stone doesn’t do any plumbing or electric…they just remove the old cabinets, install new ones, install the quartz countertops and backsplash.

We are still missing a cabinet, one of the cabinets was placed incorrectly, one of the drawers doesn’t close fully, the outlet under the sink is exposed because the back of the sink cabinet was not cut correctly. We are missing crown moulding, and base boards, a touch up kit, and our spice rack, and more. By the way, we haven’t heard from them since mid-July.

It’s a shame that the customer service is so poor because they could have had another contract for our bathroom remodel and many referrals for more business…I really wonder if they treat their customers in Scottsdale like this or if it is just us?

I recently remodeled my kitchen. Dennis Duff was my salesman. He made sure my vision came true on the layout. They turned out gorgeous. Everything went so well that I ordered an additional cabinet for my nook area. I highly recommend using these guys on any project you have coming up. I will definitely use these guys for my bathroom remodel.

Marvin and the folks at Superior Stone were simply fantastic to work with. Marvin came out and walked us through the process, explaining what we would be getting and provided an easy to understand quote. When we went down to pick out our slabs the guys in the warehouse were very knowledgeable and helped us figure out what we would need to do in our kitchen to support a larger slab on the island. I would recommend them over any of the big box stores any day. The installers who came out were extremely efficient and kept us informed of any decisions and the progress of the install, and they did a fantastic job!

Updated: Buyer beware! I had a great experience at first, but please note that if you purchase an item from them you are not covered for faulty items. I tried many times getting a hold of my sales rep prior to my 1 year anniversary. He gave me the run around for over 2 months. Finally said you know what going to speak to a manager, manager Charles was great. He sent someone over guy who has been in the business for over 30 years, then he confirmed that one of my drawers was faulty and was going to reach out to the manufacturer for a warranty exchange. Comes back to me and says, hey guess what manufacturer says its user error and they are not going to cover it. We can fix it for minimum $1800. $1800 to fix a drawer, and no itimized receipt. Please do not purchase items from this place, they are quick to sell but not quick to repair they will not take accountability or fix the items that are not working properly. But quick to charge you a minimum price of $1800 to order parts for you and install and item that can cost around $45. Very disappointed, went to them and purchased the items because I thought they would have been good quality. But boy was I wrong.

My wife, Rita Baumgarthuber, and I purchased granite for our kitchen and one bathroom and were so pleased with our purchase and installation. Our saleman, Steve, was very nice to deal with and helped us make the right choice of granite. We even got a free sink for our bathroom! Our installer, Jorge, and his team did a perfect job from beginning to end. We have had granite installed many times and this was just the best install ever. They cleaned up nicely and we can't even see the seams! I would use this company again for any granite installations. Prices were the best that we could find and we priced quite a few companies before making our selection. They have a huge selection of granite and quartz to chose from in every price range and give samples to take home.

Walking in I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted, but Doug (the charming gentleman that assisted me) was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what my options were. I appreciated his insight and great design ideas. Although I wasn't able to proceed with the process, I did really appreciate the attention I was given. Will definitely consider coming back when I'm ready to move forward.

Jeff and Superior Stone have been excellent to work with. We remodel properties and are always on a tight time crunch. Jeff is always quick to get out and measure and provide me a bid. Once the decision is made to move forward he facilitates the paperwork and payment really quick and gets the install scheduled right away. I typically have the install within the same week. It is awesome! I won't go anywhere else. They are fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them!

So we had our counter tops done last month,Love the Product,workmanship was great ,But we had expressed to the cutters to match to stone to their BEST on the colors and flow of the stone! we had one cut and the match was terrible,we did look at it and said make sure the colors flow as to the same as to the cut stone that was suppose to match up. So as it was being installed I even said to the installer the matching of the to pieces were OFF! So as the finished the job it all looked great except that.So We reached out to Dennis the sales man for our concern and one other issue! He NEVER Addressed the issue and their was NEVER a follow up on to see if the CUSTOMER WAS HAPPY!! just BAD POLICY!!!

This place made granite shopping easy. After looking at the big granite warehouses and talking to confusing installers, this one-stop-shop helped us pick our granite (the actual piece we got) on Friday and they installed it on Monday. Don’t let others tell you that you have to buy a 60 square feet slab when you need only 30 square feet. At this place you just buy what you need. The sales staff (thank you, May) helped us make some sink decisions all with courteous professional no-pressure suggestions. I had not seen granite fabrication before and it was fascinating. Those guys are truly granite artists and the counter tops ended up more beautiful than my wildest expectations. The even had to be a bit creative to deal with my crooked cabinets. Don’t buy until you have shopped here!!!

Daniel C. was extremely patient with us in choosing the right cabinets and countertop for our kitchen remodel as well as new flooring throughout our house. He spent a considerable amount of time showing us samples of products that complimented each other so we could envision the final result. Daniel provided insight into changes we should make to our kitchen to modernize it. He was present before, during, and after installation and quickly addressed our questions and concerns. When there appeared to be a significant delay in obtaining the flooring we ordered, Daniel came to our home with other samples to choose from. We worked with Jeff Chaignot at Superior Stone and Cabinet and had 3 of our bathrooms remodeled. We were thrilled with the results so also did a complete kitchen remodel. We are extremely pleased with everything. Jeff was super easy to work with and he and his crew came up with innovative solutions to a few issues that we had. The prices were much more competitive that the first company we talked to. We hope to work with Jeff again when we are ready to update our basement bathroom.

The experience of using Superior Stone & Cabinets to install our granite counter tops was great. We had the choice of so many beautiful pieces of granite at their display room and warehouse. They made the whole process from start to finish simple and professional. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. When we decided to do a remodel of our kitchen and downstairs floors, one of the first places we went was Superior Stone and Cabinet where we met Daniel. He was extremely patient, listened to what we were looking for and came up with a design to what we described. However, we changed our minds as to what we wanted, and he modified the design, and helped us see the kitchen and came up with our dream kitchen. He was efficient in getting us quotes for all pieces and broke everything down for us. We went to a number of other places, but in the end, we went back to Superior Stone strictly because of Daniel. Over the next few months we agonized over our cabinets, counter top and flooring. Throughout the entire process, Daniel maintained his patience, and he even special ordered a cabinet sample for us so we could truly see the color. After meeting us at our 3rd countertop warehouse with him, we finally found the combination that we fell in love with. We ordered everything and you'd think it would have ended there. No, Daniel went above and beyond with the scheduling and coordinating of all the contractors, and when they were all done, it was amazing. Again, you'd think it ended there? No. One of the cabinet doors was damaged in transport, he ordered a new one, and within a week of the project being done, the new door was in and he himself replaced it for us.

We are so happy with what he did, we are building a bar area and are having Daniel design it for us. Without a doubt, if you are looking for someone to help you do everything with a kitchen remodel, Daniel is without a doubt the person to go with.

Went a couple weeks ago on a busy Saturday and connected with Tim. He was super helpful at first. He had a couple appointments so we returned after a few hours and it's like he didn't remember the hour long conversation we had previously that same day. Oh well it was busy. He said he would email me some info later that day and come by our house to measure on Monday. No email and come Monday no Tim. I called to ask if he was stopping by to measure and he clearly had no idea who I was or recollection he was supposed to stop by. To his credit he did make it by the house that day and was apologetic. I understand he is busy and apparently has a lot of clients, I'm not expecting to be moved to the front of the line but expecting him to make commitments that he is able to follow through with and not over promise service he can't deliver. After measuring he said he would email me the next day with estimates. I double checked on the day because based on the few days of communication with him this seemed unlikely to happen that quickly. 2 weeks later and I have still not received any sort of follow up email, phone call, etc. Super disappointed based on the other positive reviews I've seen. I would just ask that if one sales person is so overloaded with customers they can't keep up they connect you with someone that can. Would not waste time at what appears to be a churn and burn operation.

We were very excited to work with Superior, but have been very disappointed with the installation of our countertops. If your installer is a gentleman named Ismael, as a warning DO NOT PROCEED. Ismael has no attention to detail or craftsmanship. He also has untrained crews that share these unfortunate traits. We've been left with a mess, streaks on our countertops because they wiped it gingerly with acetone, scratches on cabinets and sink, and shoddy subdeck for an unsupported sink. Just overall poor finishing. Superior tried to be the buffer between their 3rd party contractor and ourselves which was unfortunate that this even had to occur. Our kitchen was held hostage because of Ismael's lack of quality, work ethic, and common sense. Now we we're told he's very experienced and used to do countertop installation for Lowe's. If that was what we wanted then I would have gone there. We were striving for something better. This was a poor experience and I'd advise you to stay away.

Doug made getting new cabinets easy and enjoyable. Because he was so helpful, I also got counter tops, an amazing backsplash and cabinet pulls. My project was completed just as Superior Stone said it would be and better than I expected. Thanks, Doug!

Had a great experience in the purchasing and installation of the granite kitchen counter-top. Shopped around prior to coming to Superior. Their prices were more reasonable and sales rep Doug Parry was most helpful, answering all my questions and helping me make a decision on my bath vanity and quartz top. Had a small hiccup with vanity install, but he immediately got on it and got issue resolved satisfactorily. Vanity and quartz top look very nice.

Every time someone called regarding scheduling were completely organized and just a positive personality, quick follow ups on even install date changes. Sean was easy going yet full of suggestions, did a superb job from measurements to finding the granite we had in mind, very consultative. Do not use this company. We recently had Mark out to measure our kitchen for new cabinets and quartz. He said we would have our renderings in 3 days. I waited a week and still had no drawings so I called back and talked to Mark. He ensured me he would have them to my email the next day. Here I am 2 weeks and still no drawings to my email. I have a electrician on hold now because I have to find a new company. Very unprofessional. I will take my 20k and spend it at a different company. Do not use this company and be wary of Mark.

The ability to view the full slabs in the warehouse was very important since it is difficult to envision a kitchen with a small sample many stores offer.
Superior also offered a very nice product at a most attractive price instead of upselling to a more expensive product. Steve was most helpful in the store and when he came to our home to measure the kitchen. He was also able to arrange the intallation within a week and the installation crew did an amazing job. Seams are virtually invisible and all sections of the countertop fit perfectly. Finally, the crew did a very nice clean up when the job was done.

We hired this company to build our cabinets and counters for our new home. We worked with Jeff Chaignot through this process and he was excellent in assisting us with cabinet selection, counter tops and overall layout. Our cabinets look like the layouts we were given prior to the work and they are quality cabinets and counter tops. We had our kitchen counters replaced with granite and well as having a travertine backsplash installed. The staff was courteous, helpful, and followed through with what they said. Jeff worked with us throughout the entire project listening to what we wanted and making suggestions along the way. He came to our home measured, discussed with us the best placement for the seams and when the granite arrived it was perfect. Installation went well and to top it off Jeff called after the install and asked if everything is to our liking. I would definitely would recommend this company based on their price, customer service, and experience.

We had Superior Stone install new granite countertops in our Scottsdale home in 2015. Except for errors on the sink cut-out we were happy. We have downsized and are planning to re-do the kitchen & baths in our new home. Went there to look at cabinet & counter options. We also need a slab of granite for a dining table we are building ourselves. The sales consultant clearly didn't want to waste his time on our smaller job. I guess without that high dollar zip code we just aren't the right customer any more. He certainly helped our search. We won't be looking to them for the fill kitchen/bath update in our new home.

I am thrilled with my new granite countertops and installation, A big thank-you to Sean, my rep, whom I trusted to select granite on behalf of myself, as I am laid up with a broken foot. Sean went above and beyond to co-ordinate with another company (ATS) American Tradesmen Services to redirect electrical plugs, install new garbage disposal, and lights. I did not have to leave my couch. lol Work was done in timely manner, tradesmen were polite and wanting to please, and clean-up well.
I highly recommend this team and price was within my budget. Good job, everyone.

The only thing Superior about this place is its name. Absolutely horrible experience. A 15K kitchen first that is not very large. 2nd, the cabinets are only sub standard. The touch kit was never given to us then they said we had to re-order the kit and that would take another 6-8 weeks. Our salesman “Ray” had an attitude with my wife on multiple occasions. Needless to say if your looking for cabinets for your kitchen or anywhere, Classy Closets is the way to go in Chandler, AZ.!!!

The stone looks great, and the process was fairly easy. However, our counters are still incomplete after 3 weeks. There is a gap about 3 inches that is missing on our back splash. It wasn't cut initially and after 3 calls to superior stone and cabinets we are still waiting on this piece to fill the gap. You as the consumer have to double check everything...we were told the back splash pieces would connect but they don't and now we paid a ton of money for our countertops to be 95% complete.
Update: After calling 4 or 5 times and waiting 5 weeks after our initial install and letting them know there was a problem, out countertops are complete. They look great! My only critique is that I had to keep calling to find out when the final piece would be installed. It was annoying that I wasn't ever called to be informed of how the situation was being resolved. I always had to call to keep the ball rolling.

The installers Jesus and his assistant was professional and completed in a timely manner. My experience with them were excellent.

I was referred to Superior Stone and Cabinet by one of my customers. All I can say is my experience was extremely pleasurable. I walked in and was greeted by Ray Baxter. He was very professional and courteous. He had me pick out my color of cabinets that I have, and showed me some colors of granite. I picked the first one he showed me. Beautiful colors that matched perfectly. We proceeded to pick the tile back splash. He was at my house, to measure, a couple hours later. Only one week later, the installers came and put it all in. They were awesome. I love my new kitchen!!

David was my salesperson and it was the worst experience I have ever had. I was over charged for the sales tax. They can't charge sales tax on the entire cost of the services they provide. Took 2 months to get that refunded. I had to go back to the store to request a refund because my salesperson (David) never returned my phone calls. While I was there I had to show pictures of the damage to my dry wall because they didn't believe there was any damage. Even after looking at the pictures the manager still didn't want to fix it. Only after a heated argument in the store did he agree to send someone out to just look at the damage to decide if it needed to be repaired. You could clearly see the damage from the pictures. The 2 guys they sent out did a wonderful job correcting what should have been fixed months ago. I do not recommend using them.

We had a wonderful experience with Superior Stone and especially Jeff Chaignot who helped us choose our granite tile, came to our house, measured, explained to us exactly what would happen. The men arrived and were efficient and did a beautiful job. Jeff was a gem in terms of clairty and seeing us through this exciting big project. I trust him completelty with my home projects! And Superior Stone!

He was prompt with the in home estimate and we had counters in less than a week! Can't say enough about ALL of the people we dealt with. The installers were greatly. We had our kitchen remodeled by Superior Stone, Sean was very very helpful and knowledgeable the products they use are very reasonable and good quality , the team Sean put together work well and quickly. I would highly recommend Superior Stone for your remodeling project.

In store staff was nice. Cabinets from OakCraft are beautiful however the installation was a total nightmare. Some cabinets had to be uninstalled because they were placed wrong. The cabinets are riddled with holes from improper handle placement. Some are even loose because the holes were drilled too big. There are nicks in the cabinets from the first installer using a hammer while trying to smash the handles into place so they’d look more centered. The crown molding done by the second installation guy does not match in color and isn’t finished. Very disappointing way to spend thousands of dollars.

Talita is by far one of the friendliest people around. Every time I visit superior stone she is there with a smile on her face and extremely helpful! I will always go back there because of her! She deserves 10 stars!

There was only one hiccup, one of the cabinets was to large. Mike was over to my house the next day with the correct one.

I did not like the fact I had to pre-pay 100% of the job upfront, however I accepted the T+C's.
Installers were very efficient, friendly and called me 1/2hr before arriving. It was appreciated.

However, for future installs, I recommend they set up the cutting and polishing tables closer to the street and not next to an open garage door. (....or use running water while cutting?)
My car and all stored items in the garage were totally coated with a layer of fine dust from cutting the granite slabs. It's not that easy to clean it up and gets dragged into the main house.

We had 3 bathrooms and our entire kitchen redone. New Tile, Cabinets and Granite Counters. From demolition to completion was under 3 weeks, right on budget and very high quality work. They really impressed me.

They made sure we always had one working bathroom during the process. The craftsman discussed different options in detail and always offer their recommendation. It really turned out well.

Charles took great care in walking me through the whole process of purchasing beautiful granite countertops for our ranchhouse. We've been living with our newly remodeled kitchen for about 4 weeks now and we could not be happier!!! Our consultant was Ray Speer and he understood exactly what we wanted. He came out to take measurements and from there everything moved rather quickly. Our schedules were very hectic but he made sure we were aware of everything that was going on. We choose superior stone and cabinet because they were quick and got the job done properly. Other places quoted us 5k more for not even a brand new kitchen where as with Ray we got everything new for great price. Also, the timeline played a big factor. We wanted our kitchen done before thanksgiving and other places told us it'd take 21 days and lead into December where as Ray assured us everything done a week before thanksgiving and it was. Everyday for a whole week something new was being done to our kitchen and hey we're moving fast wasting now time. In the end we got amazing quality new cabinets, new countertops, a new pantry, backsplash and new sink. Our family has said nothing but nice things about the remodel and are very impressed with how quickly it was completed. Remodel your kitchen with Ray Speer and you won't regret it!

I purchased bathroom cabinets and a counter top from Ray Spears. The cabinets are beautiful! The counter top was 10 feet long and needed to be brought into a small space with lots of corners. The install team was superior and managed to get this beautiful counter top into a seemingly impossible area. They never gave up and got it in and installed perfectly! Kudos to the team!

My review is for the customer service at the warehouse, not for any actual work done at my home.
A few weeks ago, one of Superiors employees came to our house, took measurements, and gave us an estimate. To my surprise, they were quite a bit cheaper in price for granite counters than other estimates I received.
Yesterday, my husband and I drove an hour to visit their warehouse. Had I known the customer service (or lack there of) was going to be so bad, we would have never wasted our Saturday going in. As we walked in the door, we were greeted by a young lady. She was helpful. I asked for our salesman (the same guy who did our estimate.) She said he just stepped out but will be back shortly, then walked us to the back warehouse and told us to look around until he gets back. That is were the customer service ends!!
About 10 minutes later, the sales guy shows up and asks if we see anything we like. Nothing in the warehouse is labeled price-wise, so we had to ask for prices on the few pieces we liked off the bat. The salesman phone rang, and he disappeared for 5-10 mins with us just waiting to get prices on other granite styles. When he came back, we asked for prices on another price. He was texting or trying to pick up his phone hen disappeared again. This happened multiple time in the 40 mins or so we were there. My husband and I finally got mad that we couldn't get any help and left.
I am all for saving money, but would rather pay extra to get quality service. If the service is this bad in the warehouse, God only knows what would happen when our kitchen was getting worked on.

My Contractor recommended SS&C. We worked with the designer, Doug Parry. His ideas were spot on and he produced the drawings in record time.

Their showroom was very helpful as well.

First let me say that I see all the great reviews and am sure all of those people had great experiences, so I understand I may be the outlier, but this is MY family's experience.

I'm going to use the simple analogy of a restaurant.

You have this restaurant you want to go to, have seen good reviews, and are really excited. You get there, service is good, prices are good, food is horrible and ruins everything, makes you sick and has lingering effects.

That is our experience. Salesperson was good, price was good, product was poor and turns into a very expensive bad meal. Shame on me for not going with the Silestone that I wanted and going with their House Quartz they recommended.

After having it installed, there was a mismatch at the seam, and while I understand there are slight allowed and expected variances, this was a CLEAR mismatch. In their defense, they were out a couple of days later to correct and install a new piece, but THAT one was just as off and now has a poor seam install to match. To make matters worse, the installers looked at and treated my wife like she was crazy.

So be careful. Stay away from their House Quartz or product, as it appears to be inferior to a quality product like Silestone (which we had in our last house and was awesome, that was my fault for not getting it!).

My counter top installation was a mess. The seams are cloudy and unacceptable I have called several time to inquire about what they plan to do to resolve this. They sent out someone to repair the seams after a week of calling. After 2 hours of polishing, the results were great. It just required someone with the know how to bring up the luster and beauty of the counter top

last year ,jeff chaignot installed all new cabinets and granite tops. he personally repaired our hardwood floor that the demolition crew badly schratched.
today he had new granite tops installed in our laundry room with great results.

Jeff was a tremendous help in the redesign of our kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. We had new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, new tile in our showers and ceramic tile in the kitchen, bathrooms and living room. Needless to say this was a daunting undertaking and Jeff not only helped with design and
color selections but provided us with a schedule that enabled the crews to finish the project on time.

Superior Stone has a huge variety, great quality products. Their showroom is beautiful and staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Took longer than I was told, finished product was not quality, but was lower in price. Alot of seams they covered up with a white wax crayon. The kitchen island was installed, and covered up the electrical outlet that was supposed to be in the island. They were supposed to have the cabinet guy come back and cut the base to get to the electrical outlet. Called the sales guy for months about it (Deyan). Never hear back from him, or if I do, promises to get someone out and never does! It's now been 7 months and it's still not done!!

Doug Parry has helped me with several remodels and as a contractor he makes my life easy. Always has great ideas and works with my budget.

Customer service over the phone was horrible call tried to talk to somebody. Do you want to get all my information before.

We worked extensively with Superior while we remodeled our 150 unit apartment building in Scottsdale. Their pricing is highly competitive, and their customer service is great. If there was ever an issue they worked quickly to correct it. I can't recommend them enough!

When my granite was being installed the installers chipped the surface near my kitchen sink. The end result is a large green circle. I can only assume its the adhesive they applied to fix their mistake. I reached out to the salesman and asked him to come look at the spot as it is very noticeable. He asked me to send photos which I did and I was told they were reviewed by his service manger. I was told the greenish color is a natural characteristic of the granite. There is no way neon green is a natural color. Again I asked that someone come out and look at the install and have never heard from the company again.

Charged more than was quoted. After the math didn’t add up, would not give an itemized invoice after we requested it. We had to eat a $1300 discrepancy that could not be accounted for. Buyer beware. Triple check the numbers. Very, very disappointed. Do yourself a favor and use the Granite Kings as your fabricator and skip the middle man altogether.

Superior Stone is a great place to go for cabinets and tops! The sales staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the selection is phenomenal. I highly recommend them for your remodel!

Marvin, our salesperson, made the experience worthwhile. He was quick to accommodate to our urgent need, very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and true to his word in following up with some glitches that needed correcting. The countertops are beautiful!

After careful research, I decided to go with Superior Stone and Cabinet. It turned out to be a horrible decision. Just remember, once they start demolition, you're stuck. I will write a complete story shortly.

They came out to measure for cabinets. I called a week later and the quote wasn't finished. Never heard from them again

We visited twice over two weeks, spoke with a salesman each time, provided measurements and what we wanted for countertops and cabinets. Never heard back from either salesman. We called and asked for updates several times and still never heard back. Unfortunately, a terrible experience and waste of time for us.

This is a company that sale you a cheap product from China, they make you pick your slabs but when they send the installers that show up with scrap pcs that you didn't pick to finish intalls, and that is an unethical act and irresponsible! Defenely I do not recomend this unprofecional company and if you use this company open your eyes wide open to what you pick and what they intall for you, is a shame.

I can't remember the last time I saw people more disinterested in making a sale. Very poor customer service and the salesman's demeanor was as if we were bothering him. Shame, because they had a nice selection, but I'll find something just as nice elsewhere where my business is welcomed.

Designer scheduled time to come to my house, I took off work and met with him, I was told I'd get a quote and remodel plan within a week, and now three weeks later I have still heard nothing. Why waste our collective time?

Overall a great experience. Dennis has been in the business for a long time and really knows the products. We used the Cambria line of cabinets in Saddle color. Excellent line of cabinets . Good selection of sizes,
to make your layout work for you. Moses did the fabrication and install.
I have personally been doing granite in the Midwest for many years,and I was thoroughly impressed Moses work! Much of the fabrication was done on site, by hand, and he is a true craftsman. The process happens a little slower in Phoenix than what I'm used too, but I would use Superior Stone again for sure..

Antonio and Charles are AMAZING! Their customer service is superb, and the quality of their product is unmatched by any competitor. Pricing is fair- and communication is great.
