The best part of this past week was Desert King employee Christopher Garcia and his crew. 10 windows and 2 sliding doors including 3 customized windows and replacing windows in a crazily constructed Master bedroom Bay window, with lots of hidden complications and many trips to the hardware store. Chris kept his humor, worked long hours and even managed to tell us that these kinds of jobs, the ones that really challenge his skills are his favorites. And everything looks beautiful, a huge difference bringing the outside in for a wheelchair bound client and we will be Chris fans for life!

The service was great from quote to install. I had 5 thermal windows and arcadia door installed. The two man crew were efficient and professional. The work areas were always clean. The windows are gorgeous and solid.. I would highly recommend this company.

Would I have AZ Valley Windows install my windows again..... NEVER.

I decided on Marvin windows and the main headquarters in the Phoenix area said that there were two approved installers in the west valley - Lifetme and AZ Valley Windows. For various reasons I chose AZ Valley Windows. They came to my home to give me an estimate, speaking in their window replacement vernacular. I wanted the window frames to match the Marvins we had installed in our new sun room 10 years ago. I was told that was not possible since these were replacement windows - and only with original installations could the frames match what was there - (found out that was not true). The two men involved told me that they (sun room windows) were NOT MARVIN windows - even after I showed them the bills and the rest of my 10 yr. old file.

At the end of the installation the replacement windows were much smaller - being inset - than the originals they were replacing. They furiously pounded the original metal frames into the sides of the openings and then installed the smaller replacements - using MUCH caulking all the way
around the inserts (instead of stucco) and putting WIDE frames on the outside to cover the gaps, leaving the (14) replacements looking out of place on the outside. It only took two days to install them their way - and to do it correctly would have taken much longer. Apparently they did not choose to do it the correct way, nor did they give me the choice.

When I complained to the owner, he made up stories as to the reason why they were installed that way. When I checked up on his facts I found out they were not true. He has never answered my last email.

Two days after the installation was complete, Marvin removed their recommendation.

Would I hire them again..... NO, NO, NO!!!

Dwayne and Bri at sunny state had nothing less then PHENOMENAL services both on the phone and in person. I called in a crying panic and Bri was so understanding and quick to take care of me with upfront, reasonable pricing. Dwayne showed up to my home a few hours later with nothing short of the same thing. Thank you both so much!

Capstone replaced all the windows in my home , which included a a featured a double slider that is absolutely amazing. Crews we knowledgeable and always on time, and left their work area very clean. Highly recommend Greg and his crew!!

We met with Haeley Henault. She was professional, went over designs, pricing, finance options and more in great detail. It was hard to think of follow up questions due to she explained everything so well. Would recommend.

I called in to have someone come out and quote on a few windows I thought needed to be replaced. My handyman had told me the cause of a few water leaks was due to the windows. Jason was able to come out within a few hours of my call. After inspecting the windows, he concluded that the leak wasn't from the windows and that the windows were holding up pretty well. I really appreciate the honesty. Thanks!

What a difference!!! No more drafty and noisy windows. They work great. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. We are now looking forward to the savings on heating and cooling, and the new windows really enhance the look of the house.

Installation crew was a bunch of pigs. Left debri and a pack of screws in my daughter's crib. Left cups and botttles of beverages all over my house. Also left my back gate open. After speaking with a reprsenative over the phone, who didn't seem too concerned about issues, not very happy. Use caution with install team.

My home was completely transformed in just one day!!! After they were finished, they removed the plastic and dusted my furniture and swept the outside patio. They left my home cleaner than they found it when they arrived!

How did I feel when the install was complete? Amazed. The new windows and doors completely changed the feeling of my home. There are windows I won’t re-cover with blinds because it feels wrong. The windows feel like art! Beyond that, the energy efficiency of these windows is such that I don’t even need the blinds to cover the window anymore. I get to enjoy natural light in my home without the consequence of unbearable heat that I experienced before I made the switch to RBA windows. Already I have seen a significant reduction in my electric bill! I’m talking about over $100 cut from my bill from this same time last year. I knew I would be happy with my purchase, but I did not know I would be this happy!

I highly recommend working with Brad Porter and Renewal by Andersen. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. They went above and beyond what I expected. I couldn’t be happier!

I had an issue with the windshield replacement. My systems related to the camera did not work after recalibration. The windshield was a defect. I received a call from Robert who is the owner of the company, he personally made sure everything would be taken care of. Robert took the time to listen and addressed all my concerns. Robert exemplifies a level of customer service that is not found very often. His team did a fantastic job and all is well. I wish Robert and his team the best and much success. I will recommend them to everyone who needs glass work.

We are so very pleased with the bathroom shower remolding job that Brandon Martinez, Oliver Perez & Jayson Myers from Dreamstyle Remolding did on out bathroom. Very prompt response to my online/email RFQ. Provided a custom cut plate mirror with outlet cutout exactly to my dimensional drawing. It was ready for pick up in 3 work days and was a perfect fit for my DIY installation. Thanks, John!

The fact that it took 4 times and 18 months to get my windows correct. Can I also add that I was fined from my HOA because of it as well for not being in compliance. I think that says enough.

When you have problems with an installation, they can't find your records. Even when you show them copy of the check. So be ready to buy a new door after 4 or 5 years.

Did a roof for my business and did an amazing job. Super glad I chose a local business instead of a giant conglomerate because the personal attention jim gave to the job was worth every penny.

Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.
