Energy Shield is different than most of other companies because they do offer both window insertion and total replacement. Dan, our sale consultant, was straight forward and helpful. He saved us time and provided the details that we needed. The office staff were very friendly and helpful who helped us reschedule, reminded us the appointments and updated us the process. Two crews installed our windows were quick and efficient. Within 2 days, all 24 windows and a door were replaced beautifully. We had the quotes from the other two major companies but we picked Energy Shield who worked out perfectly for us. Thank you Energy Shield.

This is now our 3rd time using SI for our window needs.
At the beginning of our project, we received quotes from several window companies in the valley and we found our representative Greg Johnson to be very professional and honest.
We realized that although they are not the least expensive company - the windows are amazing quality and visually pleasing.
And it just so happens that each time we purchased, the windows were installed within the promised time frame. What’s not to love about that!
The installers were professional, courteous and clean.
We couldn't be more thrilled with our windows or the company’s overall performance.
This current install will conclude our project but we will continue to refer SI Windows to family and friends.

I cannot comment on the quality or install as they simply lost my scheduled appointment, twice. I schedule an in home appointment for a quote on a whole home window replacement. The day before I hadn’t received a confirmation call so I called to confirm. I was told that I wasn’t on the calendar. So I scheduled an appointment. Then the day before that appointment I received a call asking to reschedule my appointment because they had overbooked. At this point I declined the request. They tried to sell me a story that they were unable to reach me so they needed to reschedule. This simply wasn’t true. If this is a family owned business I hope that the owner realizes that the scheduling department is harming the business

Jason was very professional and knowledgeable of window installation. He took extra care of ensuring the windows fit perfectly and after the job site clean.

I needed 7 windows replaced in a condo I had just purchased. I am from Wisconsin and needed a recommendation from my real estate agent. She recommended Jeff Miller and Red Rock windows. I could not be any more pleased. They came out to measure on time. They gave me everything in detail to submit to my HOA for review and approval. They gave me a date the windows were supposed to arrive 6 weeks later and that’s exactly when they came in. Installation was set up right away a couple days later and the removal of the old windows and the install of the new windows went flawless. They foam insulated, caulked the inside edges, repaired all the stucco exterior around each window . I am in the new home construction buisiness in Wisconsin and I know when something is done right and these guys were true pros. Thank you so much for a great price and great job.

I just had all of my windows replaced by LEI. Everyone I spoke to was professional, kind, and informative. The actual installation was efficient and seamless, the guys didn't leave any trace that they'd been here aside from my beautiful new windows.

I recently remodeled our master bathroom. I called several companies to get quotes for the shower glass enclosure. Phil is the only one who came to the house to assess the job and give a quote. Others wanted 1/2 down to show up or I had to go visit their showroom. Phil's prices were reasonable compared to other companies with quotes I got over the phone. Phil is an Army Vet and I'm a Navy Vet. It's his personality, respect, other positive reviews and veteran status as to why I chose Stellar Glass. Phil came out and explained what would work given the small size of the bathroom. The new glass from the manufacture, a local company, had some defects originally and Phil rejected it. He called me to explain what happened vs. just installing it and moving on. He always kept me abreast of the status. Phil also found a towel bar that matched the look and feel of the bathroom which was important. He worked with me on the install date and time since I work 5 days a week. He was kind, courteous and provided excellent service. The completed project exceeded my expectations.

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

This is our second time using Illumination - a couple years ago to replace our windows and now to replace our front entry door and side exterior door. The team is great - from the sales staff, Rick and Anthony, to the installers. They provide the best value. I look forward to using them again in the future to replace our sliding patio doors.

Jimmy Dougherty was our sales representative and was on-time, answered all our questions and was very professional. The instal crew was there when they were scheduled worked fast and diligently. They finished on-time and cleaned up the work site better than they found it. Highly recommended.

Had a pretty good overhaul for my recent purchased home. Windows and window treatments came out great. It's definitely helping keep out the hot temperatures.
