What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work. Shane's precision painting was impeccable and his attention to detail was impressive. I can not say enough good things about this experience and have already recommended Allure to my boss. John's estimate matched his invoice, which was a little surprising since we had to make some adjustments along the way. You won't go wrong hiring Allure for our next bathroom project.

Although we are pleased with the operation and appearance of the Walk-in Tub, I have since discovered that the installation crew did not fill the hole left in our concrete floor after relocating the drain from the old tub. And they left a large opening in the drywall for the water lines. I'm not sure the workmanship meets the plumbing codes? The tub hides these discrepancies- if you can't see it, nobody will know. But, unfortunately this work should have been completed for what we were charged. Once again, we are victims of a contractor cutting corners for their profit.
We also didn't enjoy the games the Senior Consultant played, allowing us a substantial discount.

We have worked with Phoenix Home Remodeling on a few jobs recently and are really impressed by their renovation work.
I’ve seen their bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels and other interior remodel work. Their attention to detail on these renos is fantastic.
I’ve never seen such organized contractors in Phoenix when it comes to their technology, scheduling, and processes.

!!!! This company is a complete fraud! Run away!!!!!!!!The sales person was asked to leave several time and refused to leave. The company quoted 15k for a 3-4k job. The salesperson pestered my old disabled mother for a check.On another note, they use OSB for shower backerboard. OSB is NOT recommended for a shower area. PLEASE research appropriate types of backer materials.Many of the five star reviews appear to be fake. Take note that many of the accounts that left glowing reviews have only given one review to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona.

Mike and Julie are true professionals. I went through a major remodel of my home and Mike and Julie, owners of Crafted, set proper expectations upfront and exceeded the expectations in the end. After having 5 full-bids outlining same conceptual remodel, and meeting each contractor personally, Crafted stood head-and-shoulders above the rest. Crafted's bid was competitive, detailed, and provided options I did not consider without increasing the bid. Even with moving the kitchen from one side of the room to the other, moving walls back, changing exterior window size, 1800 sq/ft of new flooring and baseboards, the project was completed before the agreed upon date! Grateful for having been referred to Crafted. If you are in need of a professional, respectful, honest ontractor/GC I can and will refer you too to Crafted! Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

Tub To Shower we love the conversion and would recamend it to everyone. We first had the tub covered then many years later we went to the conversion.

Derek and his crew did a few projects at our house. While we didn’t have an Aqua Therapy tub, Derek helped us choose a new shower door and installed it. They did a great job. He also replaced a kitchen faucet. We asked if he could put tile on our front and back porch. We love it and continue to get compliments. The work was done as promised and done well. Derek is a truly good guy.

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%

Holtzman estimated its team would begin work on our project in May 2022, with a ‘conservative’ estimated completion date of October 2022. (Timeline was important to us because our first child was due in January) did virtually nothing over the first three months; employees visited the site 6 times during that time period. Work did not begin until September 2022, after we expressed concerns to owner and assigned a new superintendent; at that time, owner estimated December completion. It is now mid-January and work is ongoing. We brought our newborn home to a rental and have no idea when we will be able to return to our house.
We went with Holtzman because of their online scheduling/calendar tool. This tool is supposed to allow the client to (1) get a sense of what is happening when, in terms of the overall project timeline and (2) know which tradesmen are coming to the site on which day. It did not deliver on either account, as the calendar is almost never kept up to date or filled out more than a few weeks into the future. As far as the overall project timeline, we asked superintendents and the owner for a project schedule at least 20 times. The most we got (verbally) was a tentative date. As far as knowing when specific tradesmen and inspectors would be there, people would show up when no one was scheduled (including an inspector who needed a $300 check), or, conversely, we would make sure we were available only to have them not show up. The lack of scheduling was not just inconvenient; it had a big impact on the project itself, because no one seemed to be ensuring various jobs were being done in the correct order. Work had to be undone/redone, wasting everyone’s time.
We hired a residential architect to draft detailed plans for the home addition. Plans were signed off on by mechanical, structural, electrical and plumbing engineers, as well as the city of Phoenix, which permitted the project. The Holtzman team had full-size copies of these plans at the site. Various Holtzman employees and subcontractors repeatedly disregarded the plans, creating a cascade of problems. There are too many instances of the plans being ignored to list them all, examples include (1) discarding an electrical panel that was supposed to be relocated and installing the new electrical panel in the wrong place, affecting where the HVAC unit could be installed (2) installing the primary kitchen window 2 inches lower than indicated, jeopardizing ability to install outlets and switches where indicated (3) building master bath ceiling at wrong height (4) ignoring instructions to slope the slab under the new master shower, later requiring the slab to be redone, and so on.
After repeated attempts to work with our first superintendent, Joe Clark, to resolve concerns about lack of progress and poor organization and communication were unsuccessful, we asked Joe to coordinate a meeting with company owner Brandon Holtzman. He misled us, setting a meeting with Brandon for Saturday at the Holtzman offices. After showing up for the meeting, we found out that Brandon was out of town and didn't know about the meeting. Joe showed up late and we questioned him about Brandon’s attendance, Joe started yelling at us to “Get the f-ck out of here (the Holtzman office.)” He then followed us out as we got into our car and continued to stare at us as we left. Brandon was apologetic about the incident and assigned us a new superintendent, but it was still jarring. Under the second superintendent, the team left our property completely unsecured one day: front door unlocked, back door left wide open, side gate left open, keys to home left in construction area, and lockbox left open with correct code displayed. When we expressed our concern, the superintendent blamed us for not living there at the time (despite being strongly encouraged to move out during bulk of the demolition and construction phase) and told us he “never signed up for being the gate keeper.” Our third and current superintendent, Cory, has been one of the only redeeming aspects of working with the company.

TWD installed an entertainment center in our great room and as always we were pleased beyond expectations. They were prompt, clean, professional, Morgan and his team provided a quality product with excellent craftsmanship. We already have them scheduled for another project and will be using them for our kitchen remodel in the future.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

We have used Rise Above for two homes. The entire crew feels like family at this point! You will not find a better team of people. They do quality work, they are honest and stand behind everything they say and do. If they make a mistake, rare but it happens, they own it and make it right. They aren’t satisfied until you are! It’s hard to find that in today’s world.
