Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. I wanted this email to be one of the first things you saw Monday morning. I had my first bath in my Kohler walk-in tub Saturday night and have to tell you it was just short of heavenly. What made the whole thing so wonderful was the incredible installation job which your Lead Installer, Joe Martinez, accomplished. They made it exquisite.
He went miles out of his way to create a beautiful tile backsplash, move the tub out from the wall to place a shelf behind it and retile the floor. Joe and his assistant, Lorentavious Robinson, left my entire house spotless. They put down tarps and canvas walkways, plastic protective walls so my bedroom, which is just beyond the bathroom, was totally dust-free.
Every night they swept, vacuumed and cleaned up everything so I could use the bathroom easily. They did not leave behind a single trace of all the work they did.

Joe and LT were such a pleasure to have in my home. So courteous, careful and pleasant. Actually, much nicer than most of my family! (Just kidding!)

To refer back to the backsplash behind the tub, it was necessary to remove the decorative tile which was in place before the walk-in tub arrived and, fortunately, I had extra tile available. Joe cut and matched and put together this really beautiful tile wall piece (I have attached a picture so you can see what he did).

I can't say enough about Joe's professionalism and care to be sure I was going to be happy with this new tub.

I have had work persons in my home who have not treated my home as though it were their own. Joe and LT did.

This was an arduous job, requiring three days to complete but they never seemed to sit down and rest for a minute!

I can't tell you how grateful I am that these gentlemen were the ones selected to come to my house.

Oh! I so appreciate your graciousness in exchanging the water tank addition I did not need for replacing my floor tiles, which I really did need. That was just great!

We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

Leah & Barry were the installation team for our new shower. They were on time, introduced themselves, explained everything & started the install. Throughout the day we would check in, either Leah or Barry would update us. We could sometimes overhear them talking, it was apparent they worked well together & enjoyed the job. When they were done, after doing a great job of cleaning up, they showed us how everything worked, reviewed the care & cleaning process, all the paperwork. Answered all our questions. Everything looks amazing, would definitely recommend West Shore.

We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

Of all the kitchen and bathroom remodelers my wife and I checked out Holtzman Remodeling/Home Improvement had by far the best designs and most upfront prices and warranty. If my wife's mother comes to live with us we will be calling back for a senior or handicap bathroom, thanks again Holtzman Home Improvement.

We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.
