Punctual and great work...

Whew! We really didn't need any work on our foundation. Call me a worry-wort. I called this company to come look at some cracks in our foundation and tile lifting a hair on our floor... looked like trouble to me. Marcel drove 3 hours from Phoenix to look it over and determined that while we might want to have a tile floor specialist come and re-grout the tile, he didn't see any issues with the foundation that needed repair. Relief. What a nice guy and an honest company! Thank you very much!

We had about 1200 square feet of pavers installed as well as poored several areas of concrete. These guys did an AMAZING job. Patio and garage were done and they both look fantastic. Love the fact that this will look that same fantastic for decades! These guys were awesome! Had called 3 other places to come fix my patio flooring and outer part of my condo and receptionist said someone will contact me back. Tim Mavis was awesome. Did a great job of informing me of everything, going over the survey results, walking the property and looking things over, giving suggestions on how to maintain my foundation so I don't have any issues in the future, etc. Would strongly recommend Ram Jack for anyone's foundation needs.

They need to have a serious talk with their employees about texting and driving and going the speed limit. Especially driving down 44th St. the morning of April 26th.

I highly recommend Julian and the team at 1C3:9! I would give them 10 stars if I could :) Our HOA requested a revised drawing four different times before approving the project and Julian not only sent the revisions right away but he never gave me pushback and was very patient with our HOA. They started the work on the day they said and completed the project when they said they would. When the project was completed, Julian made sure I was satisfied with the finished project.

They demolished our old porch and sidewalk, poured new concrete and fixed the slope that caused puddles when it rained. The team was polite and efficient. The contractor kept us informed throughout the process, and we would gladly use them again for any concrete work in Phoenix.

We had Paradise Concrete fabricate a fireplace hearth and kitchen island concrete top about a year ago. The fireplace hearth turned out beautiful. The kitchen island however is the complete opposite. There are patterns on the top that make the top look like 3 sections were fabricated. Plus, Paradise Concrete made it it in the wrong color. I've tried to reach out several times to Hannah to replace the top, which she said she would after a site visit. It's been 4 months since then, nearly 8 months since the work has been done, and she is no longer responding. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled, and even though the hearth came out beautiful, I could not recommend Paradise Concrete based on their follow up. We basically paid for an island top that isn't what we wanted and she has done nothing about it.

This company is fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. It's hard to get people to even show up these days, but this company was on time every time, did great work, and at a fair price. The communication was also fantastic.

When I choose a company to do major concrete work on my home or offices I do my homework and suggest you do as well. Always choose a licensed and insured contractor. When making my selection I found this company to be using another companies ROC number. I have submitted this to contractor bored, the chamber of commerce and The BBB. Just doing my good deed for the day
