I would like to thank Cesar, Brandon & the whole crew for their outstanding job on my bathroom water leak. If I could give a 10 Star Review I would, but 5 is the highest you can give. I truly would recommend Cesar and his wonderful company for all the work, questions I had (and there were alot of questions), professionalism, and outstanding work not only putting my bathroom back together but giving me an updated, beautiful new bathroom. I sure love it and love the way you handle things Cesar. You truly are a professional guy with alot of knowledge. Again, outstanding job for you & your crew. ?

Jenkins Restorations took wonderful care of us. They were attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy every step of the way. Everett came over daily to check on progress, was kind and considerate of our family time and our needs, and went the extra mile to help fix our problem. The results were exactly what we needed and the quality of care was above and beyond expectations.

The fire damage restoration company was very responsive and provided excellent communication throughout the process. They kept us informed every step of the way.

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.

Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in the estimate she told me they don't give the workers the estimate.
I asked how does that contractor then know the estimate to stay within? She then tells me I refused anyone to come out and hung up! I've waited patiently for over 2 months just for an estimate. my frustration, doesn't stem from having some one out to repair it. My frustration is this company doesn't seem to want to fulfill the job they've been contracted to do and paid for! I'm happy to receive a refund back to the insurance company for the work not done but I have a lack of faith that they will even refund it timely seeing as it took over 2 months just to communicate an estimate! I see by other complaints they've done this to others recently.

AZ Carpet and Restoration did an incredible job not only on our carpets but also in cleaning a mattress for us! I will definitely use them in the future for ALL of our cleaning needs and highly recommend them! Their customer service is excellent, from the person that set up our appointment to the tech!

Zane and the entire bright home team have been very helpful through this entire process with great communication and great craftsmanship.

Very happy with the work that Acuity completed at our house. We had a roof leak that occurred due to a moved condensation line. This resulted in water damage to the interior. The owner Kenny and the Superintendent assigned to our project did a great job communicating throughout. Very happy with the quality of the work and the finished product looks better than it did before the damage.

Mason delivered service with the utmost professionalism!

The company provided excellent service. They rebuilt my bathroom after mold remediation. Converted my tub into a shower. The tile guys took extra time to match the tiles so that it looked like the veining matched. They even worked on a Saturday when they weren't scheduled. They were at all times polite, hardworking, knew what they were about. Also very neat.
Cleaned up after themselves every day. Our bathroom is very small but still two people were working in it.
We highly recommend them.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

The workers were very courteous and completed the work correctly. They cleaned up well after the work was completed. I would definitely recommend this company!!

I hired Mesic Contracting to do Re-Leveling on my grandmas manufactured home in Mesa. They do excellent work and will definetly use again.

I finally found my go to company for things that deteriorate in my older home. It's difficult to find an honest, helpful company these days, but Kowalski Construction is all of this and more. Jason went out of his way to show me exactly what was going to be done and why. Ron was a friendly and skilled expert at fixing and repainting the damaged drywall. All at a fair and reasonable price. Thanks again for the great job you both did.
