Really great professional people. EVERYONE associated with the project was terrific to deal with. Pacific's people did exactly what they said they would do! They told us the date and time of the installation, and they were there on time and ready to go! Took NO time for lunch or breaks! They worked for two days to get the job done...exactly what they said they would do! When they were finished, they cleaned up...it looked like they hadn't even been there...left the bathroom in better shape than when they started! Michelle Beltran kept us informed all along the way with updates on product deliveries, scheduling, etc. You get what you pay for and Pacific Bath and Kohler were well worth the money. The three-year guarantee was a big selling point as well! I can't say enough good things about Pacific Bath and the Kohler line of products!

These guys did both a tub/shower combo and a shower for me. Both took one day to install! They showed up a month early! The installers were professional and did a great job. The hot water on the tub wasn’t getting hot and they sent someone on the day I called them. It took 5 minutes and everything is now perfect! Thank you guys. I was very happy with the installation of my walk-in tub and the professional work done. Derek and his team were prompt, polite and clean. I had no mess to deal with during or after. I love the convenience of bathing in my tub.
As far as the cost, it was the best offer from five different companies.

They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

Tom is one of the most efficient maintenance men we've had a pleasure of meeting. He seems to deeply care about the tenants and our concerns. He makes sure we are well aware of the situation at hand and he even goes the extra mile to follow up on existing maintenance requests with his staff. We are never disappointed when Tom shows up!

Pro Bathtub Refinishing came today to reglaze the tub in my rental - I needed a good deal since I’m just renting and I don’t own the house. They did amazing work and they have the best deal in the area. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the results! The whole bathroom looks better and cleaner. The reglazing technician took good care taping and protecting all of the services and finished in the time he said. Highly recommend!

Home Concepts did an awesome job tearing out an old tub and shower. Then they put in a very nice walk-in shower with new tile and the shower has great water pressure now. The guys that did all the work were very professional. They did a great job and were very accommodating.
