Phx Home Remodeling is great. You hear nightmares all the time about contractors that don't follow through, do poor work, and can be very difficult with whom to work. These guys were excellent on every front. They were always on time, very considerate, easy to work with when you run into issues, and outstanding quality. We had Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Arizona replace our old tub and shower with a new walk in shower. From start to finish we were very impressed with the company. Steve Adkins in sales was able to answer all of our questions about the project and was very helpful in getting things started. The two technicians, Duncan and Chris were very professional and there workmanship was outstanding. We would recommend them to others.

My parents ordered a screened in patio from these people in March they just got it installed on Thursday of last week. Buyers be ware this company won’t fight for you with their vendors. They make every excuse in the book for why they are not installing yet. Managers don’t care about your time and experience with the company. Then they come and install and the installer moved at a snails pace it took him 4 day if they would have put two people on are Job it would have take half the time. They did not give him all the cord he needed instead of going to Home Depot and getting it the installer said we have to wait Til Monday I am sorry we waited for months and my time is just as valuable as anyone else make it right. This kind of stuff looses repeat business and we have three homes in same community but after my parent’s experience be a cold day in hell before we use these people so unprofessional

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

We had a small bathroom redone recently and it was easy! Everything was done as expected within 9 business days. (Only waiting for custom shower glass.) The head worker, Clay, was great...so neat and orderly. Any question I had was answered quickly by text or phone. To gain more counter space in a single user bath, we went down from two sinks to one and live the change. Also, removed tub for walk in shower.

OMG!!! We are in heaven!!! We remodeled our upstairs master bathroom to accommodate my pending hip re-replacement which would require a 3 month recovery. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom! Derek suggested an Aqua Therapy Tub with jets, light therapy, and macro bubbler to exfoliate the skin and leave it baby soft. It’s AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the tub! Derek also extended the shower to accommodate a wheelchair and added a handheld shower head along with a rain shower head. The shower experience is just as amazing as the tub...well, almost! Derek’s work is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous with his work. And he is very accommodating and easy to work with. Working with TWD was so great, they were professional, communicative, and the estimate process was easy. They repaired several holes in our ceiling and walls and repainted our entire ceiling, they did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I.
