Best Remodel Repair in Phoenix AZ

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

My husband and I recently completed a home remodel through Phoenix Home Remodeling that included replacement of the living room floor, new kitchen, laundry room and master bath. They were recommended to us through a blog that services my daughter’s neighborhood in Gilbert. We did do our due diligence and got 4 estimates but ultimately chose Phoenix Home Remodeling. We found the company to be reputable with clear and honest communication throughout the process. They updated us with any changes to the original plan/pricing and finished the project within their estimated timeframe. Most importantly, they were sensitive to our concerns about the safety of our home and were respectful of the condition of our home. We would most definitely use them again for another home remodeling project.

Paid over $16,000 to change the tub to a shower. They really sold us on their quality. The shelf didnt even last a day. Called them and now we wait for a reorder on what they say is defective product. Now Im calling and calling to see what the status is and only voicemail and no one is returning my call. I definitely think I got taken on this job. Should have shopped around here in phoenix.

From start to finish my husband and I are very pleased with John and his crew. Everyone was prompt, courteous, detailed oriented & efficient. I always received a prompt response from John or Michael to any questions that I had. We had both bathrooms remodeled at the same time, so it was important that the bathroom project was done in the time we agreed upon. Allure met every expectation with a A+ rating! Our bathrooms look amazing and it was such a pleasure working with John his son Michael and their crew. We highly recommend Allure!

I used Holtzman's for an addition with paint, cabinetry, counter etc. I was so pleased with my project as well as the company. They have a system /calendar in place so I was able to see what trade would be at my home and when. The designer was great and fun to work with. She helped with all the finishes and it turned out beautiful. We couldn't be happier

Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.

What an amazing experience and amazing new Kitchen we walked away with!!! Anthony and his team took care of everything. Both friendly and professional would never go anywhere else! We walked in with an idea and their team with their experience offered ideas which turned our kitchen into something we never would have imagined. With all this, the biggest thing that still we were looking for was price, and they beat every competitor price by a mile, wasn't even close. Nothing but positive things to say about ArDan and specifically TJ & Vinnie. The quote process at the start was quick and transparent. Right before the job started we threw a change into the mix and TJ didn’t miss a beat. Communication between the GC and you for a remodel/flooring job is crucial to know what’s going on and whether it’s tracking in time. These guys have daily updates when work was in progress and the overall communication exceeded my standards. And I have high standards. Looking forward to using ArDan again for a master bath overhaul.

Kitchens by Good Guys does excellent work!!! We gutted our kitchen and took out a wall. Good Guys didn’t shy away from the project, in fact they knocked it out of the park!! We love, love, love our new kitchen. From start to finish, all staff we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. Good guys provided a timeline for the project, from purchasing/building of the cabinets to the final inspection approval. They were realistic in their timeline and were done when they said they would be. We were not in the house for the project but Good Guys use a platform where they upload photos of the progress of the project. We appreciated this extra step. I cannot say enough about this team. You will not regret hiring Good Guys!!

We hired A-Z Granite to remodel basically our entire home. I have to say they have exceeded my expectations! My home is flawless! Veny and his team was pleasure to work with. The entire process went very smooth from start to finish. I loved that they paid attention to the small details. From countertop to fire place to floors! My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results.
