We were looking to get our sliding door replaced and we could not be happier with calling HandyMan Connections! Greg and the gentleman who helped him, ( Can't remember his name ) they were friendly, communicated with us on the project and were very clean in their work. We have been so happy with the turn out, we are looking to have our front door replaced with Handyman Connections!

From the start of the process to the end, we had professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff working on our project. Steven has done electrical and plumbing jobs for me! He will go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done correctly. He is able to many different tasks, which is very handy to be able to call one person to do it all. He is very punctual and a great communicator!

I am finally posting about this company as I was hoping the initial bad experience would prove to be a small hiccup in the actual project. I had them install shelves in my office a couple of years ago. I had everything ready to go. When they came for install they didn't do the correct measurements. They put holes in my wall that they never patched, and had incorrect counter-top and hardware. Basically the emails weren't read and they made me feel like they just wanted money and they were doing whatever they wanted to my office.
Now, they corrected most everything except for the white counter tops, and the holes in my wall, but for the sake of just getting it done I settled. Fast forward a couple of years and the product is cheap. the facing is coming off and the molding they put up top was NOT coped out and is now separating. Not to mention they did not match the molding to my existing molding. They had good intentions but the stylist did not understand or follow the email. I know they wanted to get in and get out, but this is really not worth their price. Very nice guys with good intentions, just the wrong product and know how. I am having it redone by another company and finishing the other side of my office.

We've used response crew a few times now at pur shop. Easy to work with great quality of service. They are our goto for any repair necessary and we're happy to refer them.

I have known and had work done by Steve for 16 years! He has done everything from large water leak repair jobs to small fix-its. Always professional, on time, tidy and attention to detail is top notch! Highly recommend! The installer showed up right on time and the installation went well. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the original design called for the cabinets to be 5 off the floor, which would have interfered with the garage door, and the installer didn't notice until he had drilled for the track. It had to lower it a couple of inches, leaving a row of holes on the wall. He didn't seam keen on patching the holes so I just patched them myself. In retrospect, he should have done the patch and paint without me even having to ask. Other than that, the cabinets are well made, well installed, and look great.
