Nate F was the project manger extremely responsive. We got an incorrect part Nate went above and beyond to get the correct part within. 1 hour. My installation team (Donald H and zack H. We’re so professional the install turned out perfect. They also went above and beyond to do the job CORRECTLY. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Great experience all the way around.

We live in a historic home (1926) and needed to have the bathroom completely remodeled. We hired Homework Remodels to take everything out (tile floor, walls, ceiling, tub, toilet, vanity, etc) and install a new bathroom. They were very professional and were great to work with. We explained the items that we wanted, and they provided information on those items as well as other options, which we greatly appreciated. They communicated very well throughout the project, and we were extremely happy with the end result. Working on historic homes can be difficult and unpredictable, but their expertise made it look easy. This bathroom is the only bathroom in our house, and they managed to keep it functional throughout the entire construction phase, which is an incredibile feat. Our new bathroom is beautiful and is better than what we expected - great quality of work! We finally have a bathroom that we are proud of. We will definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend them.

We had rebath come out to give a quote on total remodel on a 5x10 accessory bathroom. After a long drawn out process and sales pitch that literally took 2 hours of our time on a saturday, the rep that came out quoted us $65,000. We are talking one simple sink and cabinet, toilet, take out a tub/shower and put in a walk in shower, some minor drywall work, tile flooring, paint. No plumbing or electrical work. I almost fell off the chair. I just had a local contractor come out and quoted us $7,000. WAY too many mouths to feed going up this food chain. $65,000 are you freaking nuts!!!

All of the people yhat came to do work at the house were friendly, punctual, and communicative. They reach out to us with questions and worked quickly and quietly. The price was a bit higher than we would have liked but thats a different story.

Needed new shower enclosure in master bath. Audra was great to work with to get estimate and schedule work, Kevin and his team were great, professional, on-time, polite. Yes, it took several months from start to finish but I'm very happy with the results.

Let me start off by saying, I rarely give company reviews. With that said, I can't say enough good things about Holtzman Home Improvement. Holtzman remodeled my kitchen and completed the project in December of 2021.

The work was impeccable and the finished project is AMAZING! Honestly, This is a family owned and operated business that cares about the customers and their work product. That's hard to come by these days. Holtzman is not the cheapest company and However, you get what you pay for.

They have detailed bids and billing, will never try to collect 50% or 75% of project costs up front, and offer premium services and products. I will continue to refer people to Holtzman and sing their song.

If you have an issue regarding warranty work with Brandon and his team is always there. Their warranty is 5 years. I have done multiple projects with Home Home improvement and they always stand by their work no matter what you need. You can definitely count on this company and trust their suggestions to make sure your project is successful.

We needed some drywall repair and Todd Whittaker Drywall was very responsive. From the moment we contacted them the office staff stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process, I was never wondering what the next step was. Our repair was scheduled and Beto came to our home right on time, was very professional and did an amazing job. He covered the entire area, completed the repair and cleaned up very quickly. Once he was done you couldn't tell he was even there or that we had any work done. I inspected the area very close and couldn't see any difference between where he repaired and the untouched space, great job!

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. Arrived promptly. Installed ceiling fan on balcony and corrected faulty switch issue. Corrected switch issue for patio fan. Addressed breaker trips. Inspected breaker panel for homeowner to advise on breaker replacement.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
