Phoenix Roofing and Repair has done an excellent job resurfacing the entire roof at my apartments in Tempe, AZ. They had a competitive quote and were professional with their communications throughout the project. I would recommend them for any roofing job.

I just had a great experience with Kyko Roofing. The install last March with Dean Klatt went fine. Over the past year some of the flashing popped up the shingles. Allan Garcia came out took a look, and had the three areas buttoned down with a permanent fix within an hour. He was polite and personable. I have and will continue to recommend Kyko Roofing. Their bid was competitive and a year after the install, they quickly fixed the issue I had. They stood behind their work.

Multi Pro Roof Solutions was great! We worked with Brandon Fuller and he was responsive, attentive and worked hands on throughout the whole process. We have a beautiful new roof and skylights and it looks absolutely amazing! Happy to have it done just in time for Monsoon season!! The team finished the whole project in one day no less. They were professional and tarped all of our foliage and flower beds as well as the pool so it was easy clean-up! Couldn't have asked for a better team or experience. After 3 wrong companies. I called Michael and he resolved my roofing problem easily. They were very punctual and efficient. Michael was also very easy to work with.

The crew arrived early and got the job done quickly + cleaned up well after the job was done, and my roof looks great!

I had contacted several companies to get quotes to redo my entire house roof after the storms demolished my porch roofing. Capstone came out the next day, and I got my estimate the following day. Another company didn't even show up for my estimate, and two other companies were about 2K more expensive than my Capstone quote. Obviously I went with Capstone. They were quick to respond to my questions, on time, quality materials, quality work, and they did a good clean-up job after. I highly recommend Capstone if you are looking for a new roof.

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

We had the metal roofs on both of our buildings (total of 88,000 sf) repaired and then sealed using Karnak coating system. These were very difficult roofs with AC & evap units to work around.. They power-washed, primed and then sealed every vertical and horizontal seam and metal fastener. Then the top coat seal was applied. It has been tested with recent rains and there are no leaks. They back it up with a 10 year manufacturer's NDL warranty which includes parts and labor. They were very professional and did a great job all around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality professional work at a fair price.

Professional, friendly, and thorough; was a few days late in starting the job but compensated me for the inconvenience.

What impressed me is how fast they came out for the inspection and how honest they were. To top it off the roof came out great and 1 day ahead of schedule.

They worked with me and my insurance company to get my roof repaired from hail and wind damage. Worked on the roof in the morning and finished in the afternoon. Everything was good and all my questions were answered.

This guys are tolerable, nobody's perfect .

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.
