Best New Projects in Phoenix AZ

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Very happy how the wood was laid and installed. Everything came out flawless and makes the home flow with good energy.

Tony and his team did our first floor tile and we are so impressed! Working with him was great, he was easy to communicate with, quick response to any questions we had. I called this company looking for help to clean residue off laminate floors in a huose we’d just purchased. I spoke to Frank and he was beyond helpful with his advice & suggestions. I even contacted him later with follow up questions. The level of service, just over the phone, was so impressive that I would definitley look into this company for any future flooring needs we have.

I appreciate the experience Russ and his team has. He provided good advice and great workmanship while working through the small or big projects.

I used them to renovate 2 small bathrooms after a mold removal was done. I was in contact with Ali and George. I doubt I will use them again and won’t refer anyone to them.
I thought it was a lot of money to pay since one of the bathrooms wasn’t a full renovation but I needed it done and didn’t have time to shop around. The work was ok, but the communication was awful. The first incident was when I went to the house, it didn’t look like anything had been done after 3 days. I finally reached out to Ali who explained the situation. I then told him that he needs to keep customers updated. After they “finished” the job, I went over to the house to find the shower doors hadn’t been put back on the walk in shower. I texted both Ali and George. After receiving no response, I called Ali and he stated that the shower doors didn’t fit and that they didn’t know I wanted them back on and that wasn’t included in the contract. He also said that would be extra. I had texted George and told him earlier but received no response from him.
Apparently, they also don’t know how to measure because I now have a lot of extra drywall that I have to pay them for and I doubt I will ever use.
I am definitely not happy with the experience.

Rick and his crew arrived and on time ... He went over the whole process before they began and ended up finishing on time. Very professional. We both love the end result. Highly recommend this company
