Good morning, Mr. Seever,
I wanted this email to be one of the first things you saw Monday morning. I had my first bath in my Kohler walk-in tub Saturday night and have to tell you it was just short of heavenly. What made the whole thing so wonderful was the incredible installation job which your Lead Installer, Joe Martinez, accomplished. They made it exquisite.
He went miles out of his way to create a beautiful tile backsplash, move the tub out from the wall to place a shelf behind it and retile the floor. Joe and his assistant, Lorentavious Robinson, left my entire house spotless. They put down tarps and canvas walkways, plastic protective walls so my bedroom, which is just beyond the bathroom, was totally dust-free.
Every night they swept, vacuumed and cleaned up everything so I could use the bathroom easily. They did not leave behind a single trace of all the work they did.
Joe and LT were such a pleasure to have in my home. So courteous, careful and pleasant. Actually, much nicer than most of my family! (Just kidding!)
To refer back to the backsplash behind the tub, it was necessary to remove the decorative tile which was in place before the walk-in tub arrived and, fortunately, I had extra tile available. Joe cut and matched and put together this really beautiful tile wall piece (I have attached a picture so you can see what he did).
I can't say enough about Joe's professionalism and care to be sure I was going to be happy with this new tub.
I have had work persons in my home who have not treated my home as though it were their own. Joe and LT did.
This was an arduous job, requiring three days to complete but they never seemed to sit down and rest for a minute!
I can't tell you how grateful I am that these gentlemen were the ones selected to come to my house.
I would like to send Joe a thank you note and am wondering if I can send it to him at this Lone Cactus Drive address?
Most sincerely and gratefully,
Deanne Davis

Oh! I so appreciate your graciousness in exchanging the water tank addition I did not need for replacing my floor tiles, which I really did need. That was just great!
Additionally, I appreciate your help in sending someone to fix the small cracks in my tub. He will be here Tuesday.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY LIKE I DID. Its one month after my completion date and my shower is still half done and my messages have been ignored by management. I could have paid half of what I paid them and had a shower just as nice already completed. When they showed up to install my shower it was then that they told me another company would have to do the glass door and I'd have to set up appointments for that company to come out. So instead of having a completed shower that day I had to wait for a glass company to come take measurements and then order the door which took another month. While waiting I decided to check the shower since I hadn't used it yet and noticed a popping sound under the pan where I would be standing under the shower head. It felt cheap and trust me this company is not cheap, in fact they're probably the most expensive shower remodel out there so I wouldn't expect such poor quality. Also the temperature was backwards(hot is cold, cold is hot). Now I'm waiting for the pan to be replaced before the glass company can come install the doors and they still haven't given me a date for the pan. I was given a direct line to Angie A and have left several messages that have gone ignored. I also called their customer service line and was told that my message would be marked urgent for a manager to call me back after their meeting. They never called me back that day. Finally today Angie left me a voice-mail(my phone didn't ring) minutes before they closed. I called back right away and got her voicemail...again.I've never regretted a decision more then choosing Jacuzzi bath to do my remodel. Their service is poor and customer service is even worse. I'm not expecting they'll offer any compensation since they don't even seem apologetic. I feel ignored by this company who has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and unsatisfaction.

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

Our recent shower installation by Rebath was not the same excellent experience as our previous one, 1 year ago.
A couple of months ago, Rebath removed an old jet tub and old shower then installed a new custom, walk-in shower with bench in our master bathroom. They told us it would take 3 days. It took 6 days. Plus, another week because they dropped one of our glass doors during installation and had to order another one. Plus, we had to get them back out 2 more times for a leak in the wall and a shower head that would not stop running. I do give Dale kudos for coming out and fixing everything right and as quickly as he could. We had absolutely not one problem with our first Rebath shower installation, and it took 2.5 days to complete.

From the begining to the end of the project everyone was there. They built both of my showers from scratch. They were both perfectional and clean. They were always letting me know where they were on the project and a time line to finish. They went through everthing they did and instructed me on how things worked. They were great to have working in our home. Thank you all.

I came to Aqua Therapy Tubs on one of their supplier's recommendation. I could not have been more pleased with my choice. Derek is wonderful to work with. Now that I have sold my home, I can't wait to get into my new home and have the opportunity to work with them again.

We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.
I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

Holtzman estimated its team would begin work on our project in May 2022, with a ‘conservative’ estimated completion date of October 2022. (Timeline was important to us because our first child was due in January) did virtually nothing over the first three months; employees visited the site 6 times during that time period. Work did not begin until September 2022, after we expressed concerns to owner and assigned a new superintendent; at that time, owner estimated December completion. It is now mid-January and work is ongoing. We brought our newborn home to a rental and have no idea when we will be able to return to our house.
We went with Holtzman because of their online scheduling/calendar tool. This tool is supposed to allow the client to (1) get a sense of what is happening when, in terms of the overall project timeline and (2) know which tradesmen are coming to the site on which day. It did not deliver on either account, as the calendar is almost never kept up to date or filled out more than a few weeks into the future. As far as the overall project timeline, we asked superintendents and the owner for a project schedule at least 20 times. The most we got (verbally) was a tentative date. As far as knowing when specific tradesmen and inspectors would be there, people would show up when no one was scheduled (including an inspector who needed a $300 check), or, conversely, we would make sure we were available only to have them not show up. The lack of scheduling was not just inconvenient; it had a big impact on the project itself, because no one seemed to be ensuring various jobs were being done in the correct order. Work had to be undone/redone, wasting everyone’s time.
We hired a residential architect to draft detailed plans for the home addition. Plans were signed off on by mechanical, structural, electrical and plumbing engineers, as well as the city of Phoenix, which permitted the project. The Holtzman team had full-size copies of these plans at the site. Various Holtzman employees and subcontractors repeatedly disregarded the plans, creating a cascade of problems. There are too many instances of the plans being ignored to list them all, examples include (1) discarding an electrical panel that was supposed to be relocated and installing the new electrical panel in the wrong place, affecting where the HVAC unit could be installed (2) installing the primary kitchen window 2 inches lower than indicated, jeopardizing ability to install outlets and switches where indicated (3) building master bath ceiling at wrong height (4) ignoring instructions to slope the slab under the new master shower, later requiring the slab to be redone, and so on.
After repeated attempts to work with our first superintendent, Joe Clark, to resolve concerns about lack of progress and poor organization and communication were unsuccessful, we asked Joe to coordinate a meeting with company owner Brandon Holtzman. He misled us, setting a meeting with Brandon for Saturday at the Holtzman offices. After showing up for the meeting, we found out that Brandon was out of town and didn't know about the meeting. Joe showed up late and we questioned him about Brandon’s attendance, Joe started yelling at us to “Get the f-ck out of here (the Holtzman office.)” He then followed us out as we got into our car and continued to stare at us as we left. Brandon was apologetic about the incident and assigned us a new superintendent, but it was still jarring. Under the second superintendent, the team left our property completely unsecured one day: front door unlocked, back door left wide open, side gate left open, keys to home left in construction area, and lockbox left open with correct code displayed. When we expressed our concern, the superintendent blamed us for not living there at the time (despite being strongly encouraged to move out during bulk of the demolition and construction phase) and told us he “never signed up for being the gate keeper.” Our third and current superintendent, Cory, has been one of the only redeeming aspects of working with the company.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.
