David Daugherty came out to fix my fan today. Couldn't get screw out because it was stripped. Said the fan was warped inside and we would need a new fan. Charged me $67.00 for nothing. My husband climbed up, took out the screw easily and found the warped part. I called Mr. Daugherty and he said he doesn't repair fans, he just takes them down and puts them up. Wish I would have known that. This is a $600.00 Casablanca Fan! I called the fan doctor and they know the problem and will be out to fix it on Thursday. I wouldn't call 24 HR to screw in a lightbulb! They would just say, sorry you'll have to replace the light!

Today one year later he arrived to do our system maintenance. His services were once again superb. His customer service is outstanding and he is very caring and professional. I have had this company do complete remodels on my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did a fabulous job and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were meticulous and paid attention to every detail. My master bathroom was taken down to the studs and completely redone. They had great suggestions and ideas but weren't pushy. I have also had them do minor work like replacing my kitchen faucet and disposal. I have never had any problems with this company... I checked them out on Angie's list and they looked like the best service around Phoenix.

I have also had them out to my employer's medical office several times. Always on time, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. They have repaired cabinets and counters, hung our flat screen TV's in the lobby and worked with our management company (who can be very picky). Their prices were fair and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
