Best New Bathroom Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

My home is nearly 30 years old with original windows. I recently replaced all 13 windows with Freelite and found the experience to be most favorable from start to finish. This was a sizable investment for me and a little scary but the Freelite staff and installation crew under Tony's direction made the entire experience smooth and efficient. I have already enjoyed the benefits of energy efficient windows, such as less outside noise, dust, and cold air drafts. Looking forward to energy savings this summer! I highly recommend Freelite.

We were fortunate to have Russell and Oscar here to install our new shower wall system, slip resistant base, grab bars, shelves and plumbing. They expertly removed our old dated tub, old plumbing and fixtures, shower door, shower walls and drywall. Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Steve was professional, friendly and very thorough. Appreciate him wearing a mask as well as offering to put on shoe coverings. The cabinet handles, sliding pantry shelf installation, garage cabinet removal and repair of exterior coach light were all performed extremely well. Our plan is, at a later date, to have your guys return to re-hang the garage cabinet that was removed and paint the interior garage walls. Our relationship with you over the past almost 10 years has truly made our lives easier. It's great to know we can call on you and get a fair price and professional craftsmen to do the work. This was the BEST experience we've ever had with a window installer. Roger and Nick were not only exceptional in their craftsmanship,but their personalities are just so wonderful. Super professional, detail oriented, thorough explained &everything so well. We know all about the quality of the windows we purchased. We can see the excellence in how they took out our old windows and put in the new ones... They finished all of our windows in one day and we hated to see them leave!! Our house feels and looks so much better!!! Can't thank them enough.

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

Ordered all new windows and slider in November 2020. We had to call constantly after 60 days to find out the status of our windows. In early February they were finally installed, but all four windows had scratches, dings and nicks on the frames and weren’t sealed properly. The contractor got angry with me because I asked them to correct it. The owner came out and made us promises, and never followed through. They ordered, through our warranty, for new windows in February 2021. We have not heard a word from them since. Now no one will return our phone calls emails or texts. And they expect us to pay for a faulty product. Terrible
