Best General Window Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Was recommended by a coworker and had a person come out for a quote. She (the owner’s daughter) was not very professional and not at all prepared for the in home quote/consultation. She was not rude or anything at all just did not seem very knowledgeable about the product and was not able to answer detailed questions we had. Decided to go with another company because my vibe felt off.

I called True View after my storm door glass shattered into a rain of shards due to a rock that got kicked up during mowing. I called and scheduled an appointment. The installer showed up on time, took the measurements, cleaned up some of the excess glass that I had missed. The office took 50% down payment over the phone to order the glass, it was in their office 10 business days later, they showed up, installed and life is good again. Simple, fast, responsive, on time, and services as promised. It doesn't get easier than this! Cross posted to Yelp.

Sunny State Glass was the best decision we have made. We needed to replace three large windows in the front of our house. They were by far the most reasonably priced. They were very straightforward and no bs upselling. The windows look amazing. I’m not going through anyone else for windows ever.

A neighbor's cat jumps up on the outside sill almost nightly and terrorizes my two cats, who, btw, are sweet and non aggressive. Anyway, last night, bad cat jumped up and hit the glass with such force the window shattered. I Began calling glaziers until one answered, set up an appt, arrived a few minutes before the appt time, and within minutes the glass was replaced. The glazier who did the work was very pleasant, neat, and did an excellent job. Every one, from the gentleman who answered, to the serviceman and the billing process, was professional.
By the time other businesses responded to my message Valleywide had already completed the job. In fact, hours later, I still haven't heard back from two other companies wherei left messages..
Recommend Valleywide Glass; they will be my first and only call in future.

During our first summer in our home several of the rooms were hot boxes! After some research and going to Home shows and street fairs we met and talked to Greg Johnson from Infinity from Marvin.
After talking to him and checking ratings, we had 3 large windows and 2 extra large sliding doors installed in phase one. We absolutely love our new windows and doors! The hot box rooms are no more!!! The installation was quick and the guys knew what they were doing. We are now looking at phase 2 and plan to have 4 more windows installed. Thanks Greg!

Best company ever!! Alex did a security door for me and I love it!! His professionalism his customer service his quality of work everything is just exceptional! Wish I could do more than just 5 stars. Decided to put some Sun screens on a couple of windows of my house and I definitely will have him do them.

Everyone from the salesman, scheduling and the installers were fantastic. The installers Eric and Abel paid great attention to detail and communicated every step of the process..I feel you cannot beat the quality of the product and professionalism of the staff.

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

Jason with Econ Windows have gone above and beyond making sure that all of my expectations have been met for my new windows. He took the time to explain each product's pros and cons and made sure I made an educated decision on what product would serve my condo's needs. I would highly recommend Econ Windows and Jason to all Phoenix market looking to purchase new doors and windows. THANK YOU Jason.

Big thanks to Thomas, Brian, and Jason. We couldn't be happier with our new windows and sliding door. Huge improvement over the stock builder grade windows. The no nonsense unbiased expertise provided in selecting our windows was refreshing to say the least. No gimmicky sales pitches or bias towards a manufacture. Just facts. Lei was amazing to work with from start to finish. Our old windows were the original windows when the house was built in '96 and they wouldn't shut and they leaked and a few glass panes were extremely loose! Our windows were made quickly and installed earlier than when they planned. The window contractors that installed them were amazing and even helped me put the blinds back up when they were done knowing my husband didn't have time until the weekend came. We are beyond happy with the windows so far and in az you definitely need triple pane tinted windows!!

The installers were on time, very professional and super cordial. They completed the install and gave us excellent instructions on our new windows. Cleanup was done before they left and they even helped us move a couple heavy pieces of furniture that we could not move on our own. Overall, we could not have been more pleased.

I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.
