Darryl and his team are great. They were able to help me with two projects so far. First they replaced a skylight scheduled the project and was able to get it complete all in the same week. The second project was started and took a few weeks for the window to come in. Darryl was spot on with his time estimates as well as keeping me updated when the window was in and ready to be installed. They are great at what they do and I will definitely be using them again as I replace other windows through the house

We are more that pleased with our Krasiva Windows, installed March 2018. We moved to Arizona in Jan. 2017, so last year was our first summer in our 40 year old home. The heat inside was terrible, so we kept blinds closed and bought block-out curtains. Since the Krasiva install, we can keep the blinds open. We haven't put up the block-out curtains and probably won't. I can stand in front of our windows in full sunlight, without feeling any heat. I love letting the light in but not the heat. Thank you John Peterson for ringing our doorbell to give us the demo that has turned our house, into our home.

What a great experience! Jason came recommended by a neighbor and he did not disappoint! Called on Monday about my sliding glass door and he was able to come out on Tuesday and had it repaired in no time. As a first time customer you can't ask for better service! Thank you so much! We absolutely love our new window! The installation was perfect. The new window fit right in like with a shoehorn, and it was an arched window too. Noise level cut considerably. We would recommend this very professional company!

Our new windows are in and they are gorgeous! They upped the curb appeal and match the color of the brick. We are so pleased with the whole process and are 100% satisfied!

To be clear I have not done business with this company however I find their marketing tactic not professional.

My family received a flyer in the mail that noted Field Inspection Form in red letter colored font and the flyer used images of windows and doors with circles made to look like they are done in pen. It's one aspect to want costumers to use your service but it's incredibly deceiving to claim a staff member from your company went to individual folks homes and did an actual inspection of quote there, window and door problems.

Now I'm a savvy person and could tell this was a blatant advertisement however I fear for the elders living down the street for me. All you have to do, Renewal by Andersen is be honest just use standard advertising like Window and Door Specials all this month, no need to lie and imply to folks that there home is screwed up and oh lookie here at this wanna-be inspection form. It's a gross practice and I feel less like using your service if and when my husband and I get new windows.

Second time using Universal Auto Glass in a five year period. Very pleased with their service from start to finish. Prompt, on-time, efficient, does what they say they are going to, and follows-up. Turns out that the wrong windshield was put on my car, which was discovered after the rain sensor would not stay attached to the interior side. Universal sent someone out a few days later to remedy the situation. They ended up replacing my front windshield again a week later with another new windshield that was correct for my car. Mobile Service, Great employees, on the phone and in the field. Highly Recommended. I will continue to use them. A+, Five Stars, Four Diamond, etc...

My walk in shower broke and they put in a whole new shower that is Ada approved. Excellent service. Doug and Kenzi were totally awesome. Absolutely no mess. Always polite and caring. Great service.

We had a sliding glass shower door installed in our hall bath & then a large glass panel in our master bath , all very recently. The installers did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. Very Accommodating & Professional! I would recommend them to anyone!

The customer service at this place is appalling. I had one broken Anderson window that I needed replaced. The guy who was supposed to come out to measure (Britt) never showed. When I called, he acted as if he didn't know who I was or that we had even had a conversation. He basically played dumb instead of owning up to the fact he made a mistake. We shared some words and he told me to get my window someplace else. The landscapers (they were paying for the window) called Lasting Impressions and Britt basically hung up on her. She (the person from the landscape company) filed a complaint with the BBB. Needless to say we got our window from R&K Building Supplies in Gilbert. The service was 1000% better.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish with Illumination Window and Door. We first met our salesperson in their impressive showroom.

He then came out to our home, took measurements and offered some great ideas. When someone from the installation team came to our home to take the final measurements prior to the order being placed, we knew we were in good hands.

Our installers, Ryan and Daniel arrived promptly and were very professional. They put dust barriers up to protect the house, worked nonstop for the entire day, and took great care to clean up when the install was complete. We were totally impressed with their expertise, their work ethic and their attention to detail.

We absolutely love our new fiberglass pivot door and have been completely satisfied with Illumination, the team and the process. They were knowledgeable, professional, kept us fully informed, and met all of their time commitments. We definitely recommend them!!
