I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.

Elite worked tirelessly with me to create the kitchen I designed & now love. From overall layout to selection of wood species, grain direction, stain spec, accessory selection, Craig & team were patient & responsive, and the quality of the cabinets, relative to price point, was a great value.
Elite assisted me across the board, even when the overall project hit bumps unrelated to the cabinetry build or install. The cabinets are more beautiful than I had envisioned and the service is unparalleled. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Elite!

She listens to what you want and puts her design expertise to work. Scott's knowledge and expertise in building your cabinets is second to none. We have an Adobe Santa Fe style home and picked out shaker style cabinets for our kitchen in a dark stain for our upper and lower cabinets and picked out a beautiful teal shaker cabinet for our island. We absolutley love our kitchen cabinets and get lots of compliments on them. Thank you Mo and Scott for your great design and craftsmanship!

We have been doing remodeling in the Phoenix area for more than 30 years and have found Bram to be the best designer around. He is precise, through and easy to work with. We also really like the Sollid cabinetry line because of the price points and quality plywood construction. Call him for 5 star service and decent pricing.

Job well done. Quote was done same day. Was more affordable than the other two places I received quotes from. Work was well worth the time. It took a little while to complete but the savings and finish job was well worth it.

Cabinets are made well and installed in a day. I was skeptical because of some off reviews but I’ve had nothing but good results. Jacee was great to work with, very responsive, and made sure we had a good experience. I would highly recommend Sanels and Jacee and plan to use them for our laundry remodel as well.

Horrible customer service, receptionist was short and rude. The person who came out to do our quote barely spent any time in our home, took minimal measurements and then the quote was ridiculously overpriced. There was then no follow-up with us, no communication after at all. There are much better contractors for built-ins out there that won't charge a ridiculous amount for projects and are friendly and professional. KEEP LOOKING!

This company did a Great job, Víctor was always there to deal with anything that needed dealt with, they fixed anything that didn’t look right and I’ll be referring them to all my clients! I Love my white kitchen and countertops in the 3 baths!

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful on guiding me around the showrooms. Overall great cabinets! I went with the express I color & my kitchen turned out amazing. Will be back for my master bath!

The bottom line - Valleywise is the company for your kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We are elated with the results of our kitchen remodel!

We purchased and moved into our home in early 2022 and knew at some point we would remodel the kitchen. The project surfaced to the top of our to do list early in December 2022. We made a list of 3 contractors we would seek estimates from; first up was Valleywise Cabinets & Countertops.
One of the owners, Lucas, personally came to meet with us and discuss our vision for the new kitchen. Lucas quickly understood and offered suggestions which greatly improved the layout and functionality of our kitchen. When we received the estimate for the project we made the decision to move forward with Valleywise and not get additional bids.
Our gut feeling about the company and foregoing additional bids was the correct decision. We then decided to expand the project and replace the vanities and cabinets in both guest bath and master bath. We then met the other owner, Daniel, at the company’s manufacturing location and he walked us through the process. We were able to observe counter tops for another job in the in the process of completion.

1) Design - Prior to finalizing the layout, including the number of cabinets and drawers, the company’s designer came to our home and in a few days we were able to access the computer generated design showing the design for our new kitchen.
2) Quality - all cabinets and drawers are “soft close” and very sturdy. The counter tops are amazing and the lines are “clean
Workmanship - the demolition and installation was almost seamless and everything went according to plan. The only “hiccup” in the process was the design for the new coffee bar had to be changed as the original size of the bottom drawers was not available. As it turned out it was for the better as the drawers are wider and a 3 tier spice rack was added at no additional cost.
3) Price - very fair.
4) Crew - one cannot say enough good things about the company’s employees. They are friendly, possess a true desire to please the customer and their work is meticulous.

It's where I work, and I love it!!

Update: I do not work there anymore. I got in an accident a year ago while driving the company truck. While in the hospital I got fired. When I tried to apply for unemployment, I found out that I couldn’t get it. The reason I couldn’t is because I was reported to have only made $2500 last year. But that’s wrong, I made $50,000. And it turns out that the owner removed me as a paid employee so that he could keep all the money that I was paying in taxes and not have to pay matching taxes either. So I wasn’t able to get unemployment. Luckily I got Workmen’s Comp for my accident. For the employees working there I hope that the business does well, but that’s the only reason. I hoped that what happened to me doesn’t happen to more employees, but I actually know that it has happened to more already. I don’t know how people get away with things like that. They won’t for long for sure. They think that they’re safe in their little world but they’re not. It’s gonna come crashing down on them someday.
I’ve heard that it doesn’t matter much anymore because they weren’t paying employees for a while now. Probably gone out of business already
