Best Custom Design in Phoenix AZ

They said not accepting new customers because they are 2 months out on work. Kind of unprofessional not to even give a new customer a chance. Never said I needed it done tomorrow. I was going off their good reviews, so I guess this will be a bad one for customer service.

From the beginning to the end, working with this contractor was a pleasure. He was very communicative, honest, and responsive, and he did a fantastic job fixing our sidewalk. highly recommended

For precast concrete. The service was great and people were friendly.

We had Paradise Concrete fabricate a fireplace hearth and kitchen island concrete top about a year ago. The fireplace hearth turned out beautiful. The kitchen island however is the complete opposite. There are patterns on the top that make the top look like 3 sections were fabricated. Plus, Paradise Concrete made it it in the wrong color. I've tried to reach out several times to Hannah to replace the top, which she said she would after a site visit. It's been 4 months since then, nearly 8 months since the work has been done, and she is no longer responding. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled, and even though the hearth came out beautiful, I could not recommend Paradise Concrete based on their follow up. We basically paid for an island top that isn't what we wanted and she has done nothing about it.

The fountain selection here has clearly been on a downward spiral over the past couple years but, my husband and I were still able to find an awesome piece for our patio at a more than reasonable price! The employees here are great people who are definitely knowledgeable about their merchandise.

I dont typically leave reviews but Glendale Concrete Solutions really impressed me with their communication and execution. They walked me step by step through the process and the different options for my patio.

I live in Scottsdale and wanted a lighter color to accent the natural terrain. I also wanted the stamped concrete look for my backyard and with their experience they were able to bring my vision to life. I could not be more pleased with it.

I called these guys to fix a floor that was botched by another contractor. Alan responded in a timely manner and explained what they could do to polish the floor. They left me with a shiny floor and a very happy customer. We are saving time and money on maintenance now that it's polished. I will be contacting them to do my garage next. Progressive Hardscapes has done several driveways, patios, and floors at the homes I've lived in over the years. They always do a phenomenal job with the quality of work they do. If you are looking for a company that is creative, professional, and want a floor or drive that looks great give them a call.

The installation team did a great job. They listened to our requests and collaborated with us to design the layout. A standout aspect of the final layout were the lighting fixtures that were installed on the steps. We appreciate you!

Rose Paving was very accomodating. The workers were all outstanding from the salesperson to the on-site workers.

Communication was great from the 1st call and bid throughout the entire job. The crew was fast, efficient and did excellent work. They removed all debris and forms at the end of the job.

We had a concrete project go south on us and the finished product was sub par at best. We contacted Sun Valley and had the driveway diamond ground and polyaspartic coated. Sun Valley really saved us on this project without them our customer would have never given us a great review. I highly recommend them for any of your concrete coating needs. I have hired Jose for multiple jobs in landscaping, paving, concrete pathways and he has been by far the best value for what you pay, the cleanliness of his jobs and the finishes he has done for our family are superb, I would recommend Jose 100% on all of your reconstruction and landscaping needs don't doubt on giving him a chance to impress you with his work, thank you Jose for everything you have done for us!

RUN! They have you sign a contract BUT do not hold up their end of it. Take half of the quoted price and do not finish the work. They left a huge mess in my yard and refused to come back and clean it up. I had to hire 1-800-JUNK to come remove their mess! Miguel said he would pay for the removal, but then refused to pay after the junk was removed. Very disappointed in the companies work ethic. They now have my money for work that was not completed and then had to spend money to have their mess removed. STAY AWAY! See attached pictures.

Wow, what kind of company allows the company truck to be driven by rude employees? Pulling out of Walmart and cutting off a car then laughing about it. How can you trust as company that hires that type of employees???

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
