I specifically worked with Technicians Matt and Robert, they were fantastic - super professional and did an excellent job replacing my sliding door glass. The office staff is so on top of things and the ease for me as the customer has been the best I've seen in a long time. Great communication all around and they certainly met my expectations. I'm already using their services again for a new screen door and have recommended them to roughly 4 people already!

Great service, I texted a picture of sliding door glass and measurements,was give price options on phone depending on type of glass I may have,they gave me a time when they would stop by.installers came in and looked at window.Said they had it in stock,they left to get glass and came back in 30min with glass all done from start to finish in about an hour. First let me say that I have absolutely no vested interest in this company and we have received no incentive of any kind (except quality service and a great price) to post a review for them. Yesterday we had our sliding glass door replaced by Vision Windows & Doors. The process began with Dave, the regional manager, coming to our home to measure, explain the product choices, and give us an estimate. After doing a little research on their door manufacturer (Anlin Window Systems) we found that their product is highly regarded, made in the U.S.A., and comparable (if not better) than the products offered by the premium window replacement companies. We were offered a VERY competitive price and were told that Vision would do a complete job in the installation of our new door, removal of the old builder quality door, and total clean up. We agreed, and gave them a deposit for the work. A few days later their installer, Kris arrived to take exact measurements for the replacement door.
After waiting just 3 weeks for the manufacture of the door Dave called to set up an installation appointment. Within a week Kris arrived and got to work. I must mention that he was very conscious of social distancing and was wearing a mask upon arrival. He was punctual, proficient, and extremely detail oriented. Working alone he completed the install in a few hours. Based on his measurements the new door fit so well that aside from the requisite bead of caulking around the edges there was absolutely no touch-up required to either our interior or exterior walls.
So- there were absolutely zero negatives using Vision for this project. They are personable, professional, and customer oriented. Their product is amazing- superior quality at a great price. We have already noticed a difference in the amount of heat radiating through the door (far less!) and the noise insulation is amazing as well. And the locking system, one of the primary factors that made us look for a replacement door, is superb. If you want to spend $10K on a replacement patio door then by all means go ahead and call Andersen or Pella. If you want quality work and a great product for a fraction of the cost then call Vision. You'll be glad you did.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Infinity. Greg promptly returned our call, came to our home and spent a considerable amount of time helping us identify our problem. Although he realized we were not going to make a decision any time soon, he provided solutions ranging from do-it-yourself to expensive window replacement. We decided on his do-it-yourself solution for now, but will definitely call him when we're ready to replace the window.

Purchased a new sliding French door and was kept informed on delivery and installation dates. Installation crew was very professional and did high quality work. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to others.

had a bit of an emergency Superior glass not only answered there phone and even called back in a very short time. As you know if you have had to deal with this kind of stuff is not common. When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

All I can say is thank you guys so much for helping me with my Chevy impala. You guys not only helped me once but twice. I searched everywhere to have my window fix and the prices were insane found you guys off of Google you had an amazing price. Also your customer Service is amazing ☺️ so polite and helpful over the phone as well as in person. Eugene U. and Eli S. showed up on time both days after giving me a heads up call 20 minutes before arrival. They were professional, worked cleanly and were friendly. So here's how it worked Ace came by not only before, but also when we were ready to order, then again after the job was done that's amazing nowadays.
