Best Sliding Glass Door in Phoenix AZ

We live in Sun City West, Az. full time now and love the weather here all year around...even the hot Summer days. We bought this house 4 yrs ago and have completely remodeled the whole interior (and actually some of the exterior). We called Desert King Windows (along with 3 other companies) to come out and give us an estimate for replacement windows. Rudy came to our home with a sample of their windows, colors and complete information we needed. We went down to their location on 21st St. in Phoenix to make sure this is what we wanted. James came out to measure all the windows and doors that following week. We ordered 12 windows and 4 sliding doors the next day. Six weeks later our windows and doors came in (right on schedule). Dorian and Landon installed all the new ones in 4 days. They both are very professional, polite and above all...they treated us like family. They cleaned everything (inside and out) before they left each day. They're both very particular about their work and how they do it. We were totally at ease and totally satisfied during this whole experience and couldn't have worked with nicer people...all the way from the sales pitch thru the finished project. They did a fantastic job and we love our new doors and windows!!!

Great experience all the way thru. Our sales representative had to have surgery done, so the President of Energy Shield came to our home to fill in for his employee.....how impressive!! He was very thorough and explained the entire process from start to finish to replace our windows. There are five reasons we chose Energy Shield, 1. The product....they offer an upgraded widow from the standard series (thicker glass with upgraded frame) that most other companies don't offer and for a very reasonable price. 2. They do everything in-house, from building the windows to servicing the windows. 3. They gave us the best price out of three quotes...Window World being one of them. 4. Energy Shield reviews are outstanding along with their standing with the BBB. 5. Their wait time for installation was much shorter then any other company.
We now have our new windows installed and we love the new look and energy efficiency. The installation took three days as we have a lot of windows. The crew called the first morning to let us know they were on their way. They were polite, quit, cleaned up after each window and showed up each morning when they said they would. Only one hiccup during installation. One of the widows was made as a picture window and it was suppose to be a sliding window. It was a non issue because they make their own windows local. A new window was ready the next day. We are extremely happy!!

My sliding glass door broke at 10pm. I called them at 8am the following morning and from their they handled all of it. My new slider was u stalled today and I am beyond words at the job they did. It was amazing. They cleaned up so good. I will be calling g them to do my windows next.

On March 31st I sent an inquiry through True View's website asking if they do diagnostic tests on glass windows. My son's second floor bedroom is hot even in Arizona winter months. They responded that they do for $59.95 and my appointment was scheduled for April 12th. The tech came and tested the windows, not providing any feedback on what he was doing or the results. Instead he said everything was fine and it would all be in his report. He left before the homeowner was even downstairs. The check for $59.95 sat on the kitchen counter and was later voided. Duane answered the phone immediately and scheduled me a next day appointment. The next day, he arrived exactly on time and replaced my window in expert fashion. He swept-up and left everything clean and tidy. What a nice guy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

It was a very pleasant experience from the start call of estimate all the way to the finish of glass installation. On the installation day, John and Alric showed up exactly on the beginning of the time window. They carefully removed the old broken glass and put the new piece on. They were very considerate of my concerns about the different looking between the new piece and the old ones, and gave me information about a tint company. They also saved a piece of film for me to match the tint color. Very detail oriented. Job well done and much appreciated!

We researched many window companies before going with Window World. We chose to go with Window World because of many neighbor recommendations and a very reasonable price not to mention their warranty. So, so happy we chose them! Our experience with them has been excellent! Their customer support is superb. Josue who helped install our windows made sure that we were 100% satisfied with their work of which we were. Our windows are beautiful, strong and our house is a lot cleaner now due to the windows! I wish there were more companies with as much quality and integrity as Window World.
