Best Side Windows Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I had 12 feet of patio doors and windows installed in March 2020, and just had 4 windows installed in February 2021. From beginning to end, Energy Shield was responsive and professional. I am extremely happy with the end result. A pleasure to do business with them!

We had a 3 pm appointment with Brian today, Tuesday 3/23/2021 HE WAS A NO SHOW! No phone call, reschedule, FU nothing! We’re returning natives of AZ and unfortunately, this seems to be standard operating procedure for many companies here. With the competition so incredibly high here, AZ Valley Windows, LLC must think scheduled customers, changing their busy schedules so that yet another Sales Rep can try to sell yet more Vinyl windows is/are not worthy... please, refer to their ratings. I had Power Window Repair fix my driver side window that had collapsed due to a broken regulator. My mechanic recommended using them because they are less expensive than my mechanic for this particular job and do quality work. I was able to get in same day. The job took a little over an hour and my window is fixed. I was very impressed!

The service was great and done on time. Would definitely use them again.

I bought a used car and got a really good price because of the fact that it was missing the front windshield. So, I looked around for a good price because I obviously didn’t have insurance yet. Phoenix Mobile Auto Glass came in at half the price the dealership quoted me and they came to my house to put the windshield in at no extra fee! ? for your great service!

Stopped to see if they could fix a deep chip in my windshield. They actual immediately worked my van and fixed the windshield. I found everyone there friendly, efficient and professional.

Very professional and they honored thier warranty. I have 5 vehicles and will take evry one of them to these guys ,they did a great job and were out within an hour.

Great courteous service. I had to have both of my vehicles serviced for a windshield replacement and the tech was polite and finished both jobs quickly.

Called a few local glass repair companies when my windshield cracked 2 days ago. Safepro was the only one that could get me in quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Not to mention, their customer service is fantastic! Highly recommend!

I was recently driving down the I-10 in Phoenix and a rock from an 18 wheeler cracked the windshield of my Acura NSX. I needed it repaired quick and professionally. The guys were very profdesional, cordial and do great business. I was I and out in less than an hour, and paid 30 bucks less than other glass replacement shops. BIG SHOUT OUT to the gang at THE GLASS SHOP, LLC!!

Called for quote, very overpriced on labor and when I said no thank you was very short and hung up phone. Other companies at least say thanks for calling and are a bit more customer service oriented. For that 3 stars
