The installation went smoothly. Sadly the windshield had a stress crack caused within a week if installation. The only response I got from the shop was they they only warranty leaking. May as well have gone with Safelite Auto glass from the beginning to avoid having to pay to replace my windshield twice.

Service was great but need more communication with client when it comes to fees specially when their charging $5.00 to use a debit card. I call the shop to ask regarding this charge the guy that answer was so rude told me no-one has to tell me about the fees they have signs up. Yes I get it now. This shop should have some customer service with the client.

Initial service was good with exception on their sense of time was not accurate. Don’t recall getting a receipt so when I called a few weeks later to request a copy I was told they didn’t have one to give me. When I asked how they do their billing without a copy I was told again they don’t have one and it was not their problem I lost it.Obviously not very professional if they don’t have a simple filing system?and very unprofessional people in office or home, wherever this business is being ran from.

I was given a quote over the phone and it was exactly what they said it was going to be. They didn't have any other fees added to it, in fact taxes were even included. Hell I was only there for 45 minutes maybe. I was so happy I gave them a $30 tip first time ever for me! I went there waiting for a fight and I was the one that up the cost

good price, good work but how is it that no bathroom is available. I'm sure they don't expect us to be there longer than their average time but I was there almost an hour, which quite honestly isn't bad until nature calls and they say they have no bathroom.? Will definitely pay the $20 extra next time for mobile service elsewhere.

Needed the windshield on my 2002 525i replaced, at first they installed the wrong windshield due to communication errors (needed a windshield with a rain sensor shade, was accidentally given one without the shade.) but they had that problem solved asap and had the correct windshield installed very quickly after realizing their mistake. Would definitely come here again, very nice people.

Absolutely best price in the valley; did it for $90 cheaper than the next best quote I’d received. Dropped it off, they quoted me 30 - 45 minutes so I decided to just wait. They had it done within the quotes time. Tbh I was in and out, they were extremely professional, with an amazing amazing price. Don’t go anywhere else, you won’t get a better price or faster service.

Best glass place I've ever been to literally took them 20 minutes to have me on my way to replace a cracked front windshield hands down the best place in Phoenix!!! and very reasonably priced!!! If you need anything done definitely should be your first choice!

To say this shop is professional would be a lie. The seals on my window already look to be coming off and the shop owners son damaged and scratched my vehicle. Upon informing them they denied all accountability so I'm now in the process of taking them to court. Also had his ignorant wife attempt to get in an a+b conversation for unknown reasons.

If your look for professional, solid, good work look elsewhere. Always remember you get what you pay for.
