The Service was good and fast..as for the quality of work there is none..destroyed my winshield cowl, seals not set properly, multiple damaged to the paint..glue all over the place..

Had them replace a handful of windshields over the span of two or three years. Was always easy to deal with until I needed a chip repair, which should have been covered under their warranty.

Once they have to do something free is when you no longer get good service. They made it extremely difficult to reach their “repair” department with long hold times, then always wanted my insurance info for what should be free under warranty.

In the past year I have asked them to take me off their list at least four or five times, yet they keep calling. Just now I received another call, told the lady the same thing and she laughed at me. Not two minutes later another guy called and laughed when I asked for a supervisor.

The joke is they are violating the do not call registry. Keep calling, it’s only $11,000 per call from here forward…

This location I love! My 1st time going and they were so professional and so honest. The honesty is what really made me happy due to all the quotes I got when calling around. They were the most affordable, honest, fast, and professional and I'll definitely refer this location to all of my family and friends. Great low prices on New glass....too bad I didn't notice how they scratched up the paint as they scraped away the old adhesive. My wife noticed weeks later when she had her car washed. Three stars because I've used them a few times in the past with no issues.

Do not go with this company. They will not stop calling or texting you for their business. It's been well over 5 years and I still get a call and text from them even though I've ask them to stop.

Glass replacement was completed but I am not happy to damage done to my car. Tech ripped a side of the cloth on my car, you can see damage. All I got was a I am sorry never happened to me before. Did not own up to the damage, will not use again, so buyer beware. Also after a few days my rear view mirror fell off and they came several days later to repair. Including my invoice to prove I am not a Troll.

I had a windshield replaced approx 2 years ago. Poor quality and not professional. I have asked these people to STOP CALLING ME. They have called me at least 1 x week for many weeks..WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM??????? They just called me again. If you want poor quality, zero professionalism and constant calling, hire these people.

UPDATE 2/18/21 YUP, still calling me. Are these people that stupid???

These guys did a good job 5 years ago when they did the work, but I get calls from them ALL the time... for what I don't know. If I have a glass issue I will call my agent. Oh, and I moved to NC 3 years ago... I have asked to be put on the 'Do Not Call' list no less than 30 times >> they still call.

These guys go out of the way to make sure your happy ! I had some small wind noises and they took the windshield off to make sure the sound would go away! Nice people too ! I’ll be coming back for sure for more windshields!

I went to this location for to fix my window regulator, the guy tried to sell me a used part as new one. Total scam here, I would shop around if I was you. What joke!!!!! I heard this guy on the phone yelling at a customer about the window they fixed. Not worth it here. I found someone else to fix it with a new part

I had a window fixed once at a car wash. Huge mistake. I have been getting solicitation calls from this company constantly, for years - I can't get them to stop no matter how many times I ask. It's the biggest nuisance ever and I would have rather paid more to have a window repaired than to be subjected to ongoing and unwanted calls (despite being on the do not call registry)

I had my glass replaced by these guys and not only did they scratch my brand new car but my rain sensor doesnt work any longer and there is a wistle when I drive. I Called and asked Eddie to fix it but he said too bad and hung up on me! Please not not use this company!!!

Worst experience ever. Said they could fix my regulators, and charged me for labor AND THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. They stole regulator and motor.
They also broke many parts of my car. I will be reporting this place.
