We had some doors that were in pretty bad shape , out of square frame, gaps all around and hard to latch. Called AZ VALLEY & WINDOW who sent out a salesperson who arrived on time and explained all about the doors we chose. Agreed on the price and stipulation that doors would be installed about 7 months later. Installation crew showed up on time, removed the doors and installed new doors in a timely and very professional manner. Did a walk through to make sure I was happy with their work and answer any question. Job site was cleaner than when they arrived. Very happy with the job that was done. Thank you all for a job well done.

I got same day glass repair for a shattered sliding door when other glass repair companies were telling me it was going to take 7-12 days for product. Duane was professional, friendly and reasonably priced. When I need more glass repair this is my go to company.

Valleywide Glass is amazing! We recently moved into a new home and during the first bad monsoon of the season our window overflowed into our kitchen. Valleywide glass came out and cleaned the weep holes which were clogged with dust and dirt. When I asked how much I owed they told me not to worry about it. I was not expecting such amazing customer service and will keep them in mind for anything window/glass related in the future.

Just wanted to say that I appreciate the easygoing and no pressure way that Craig handles the estimates and Kris makes the installation look easy! I had another company come before Vision and they were nice but they wanted me to jump through hoops and make a quick decision to get the special price. Vision gave me just as good a price for the same windows (Anlin) with no pressure or hassle. Getting windows is not cheap anywhere but I feel Vision is a good honest company and I will use them again if I ever get money to do my basement also ?

I had a large order for Marvin Infinity windows from Adam and Greg. They were very professional, honest and transparent in their approach. The windows arrived when they said they would and the installation crew were very professional. Even after the installation, they were very responsive to address any post-installation issues. My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

As part two of the preliminaries, two service reps came to the house and made careful measurements of all of the windows that are scheduled to be replaced. When done, they reviewed the work details (such as removing security bars) and the materials to be used.

The reps called before coming during their previously-scheduled slot, and were courteous, efficient, and thorough. I have increased confidence in the company based on my interaction with their representatives so far.

I had an issue with the windshield replacement. My systems related to the camera did not work after recalibration. The windshield was a defect. I received a call from Robert who is the owner of the company, he personally made sure everything would be taken care of. Robert took the time to listen and addressed all my concerns. Robert exemplifies a level of customer service that is not found very often. His team did a fantastic job and all is well. I wish Robert and his team the best and much success. I will recommend them to everyone who needs glass work.

DreamStyle Code: AZLB21-1445:When it came time to update the showers in our 1960's Tempe home, we looked at various ways to do so (tile, fiberglass, acrylic) and spoke w/several representatives of each. Estimates for all 3 materials came out to about 8k - 10k per bathroom and we ultimately decided acrylic was the best choice for longevity, cost, appearance.Our Dreamstyle rep. Jason Tate sold us on the whole package of why-we-should-do-acrylic and the various styles/choices available. Scott Whitmore was our project manager and was always available to answer questions and communicate w/us what was happening next. Between the first and second bathroom, the project took about 5 months to complete, but that was due to material supply issues, which we've all dealt with.Our installer was Eugene Urbanski and Brandon. Both were fantastic! Respectful of our home, polite, quiet, efficient, and cleaned up beautifully when they left. Eugene has some mad skills in all areas: demo, cutting materials to fit, plumbing, and install. He was always available to answer questions and offer tips/options that were available to us. Both men were professional and take pride in what they do - exactly what you want/hope for every time you have someone in your home doing any kind of work.Our two new showers are bright and beautiful and will last us for decades.
