Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful

Bob Burkhart came to fix our sliding doors and installed new window. He was very professional. He made sure we were satisfied with the job before he left.

We had Dwayne replace all the windows and doors in the back of our house (three large windows and two sliding doors), as our old windows let in tons of heat, especially in the summer. Dwayne came in, explained all of our options in a clear way, and quoted a price way lower than we expected for such a large job! He was professional, informative, and helpful throughout the process, and the windows look amazing! Best of all, our house is cooler than it's ever been! I will definitely be recommending Sunny State Glass to all of my friends. Thanks Dwayne!

They showed up and gave a quick quote and replaced two windows glass in quick time. They do a quality job and they were very reasonable with price. Best in the business.

From start to finish, we were most impressed with Greg Johnson and SI Windows! He handled the paperwork with our HOA, their installers were very professional and excellent about keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up. Excellent customer service from this company puts them on top! They initially diagnosed my problem as the motor but the tech found it was my switch. They did not charge me for the first tech call and ordered new switches and had them by the next day! I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs their power window repaired!!!

Freelite did an outstanding job at our home; we needed more light in the study; they came out to assess the situation and together the decided on the size and the location. This also necessitated some roof work (this was a flat roof). Their subcontractors were each efficient, pleasant, and diligent. The job was accomplished quickly and well and we couldn't be more happy.

Jason was very professional and honest. He does great work to make sure the job is done right. He will go above and beyond. I highly recommend and will use for any future projects.

Ricky and Johnny B were polite, on time, and replaced our window quickly and professionally, they had me inspect the completed work before they left and the area around the window where they were working was clean and the window is beautiful and clear. The price was fair and I would recommend Dependable Glass to anyone needing a window replacement.

My experience with Window World thus far has been great. They were quick to schedule an in-person consultation and our salesperson, Lee, was right on time. All policies, pricing, options, etc. are very transparent and easy to understand. Will be waiting a while to actually have the windows installed but that is commonplace right now.

Pretty cool very nice people

We’ve had our windows for a couple of weeks now and immediately noticed the difference in the house after the installation was complete. Our gas bill dropped about 50-60% since the installation! The salesman was awesome, the installer did great work, and the exterior of our home looks so much better! We will be using LEI again for some additional windows and doors and we will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Really nice! & quick but well done work

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.
