I called Cesar on a Sunday. He picked up and actually stopped by an hour later to check out my project. He showed up the next day to re-drywall and re-texture an arch I had removed. He and his colleague were professional, kind, and courteous. It was a small job compared to other projects but he was responsive and took care of me and my condo. They made it look like nothing ever happened and cleaned everything up! I’m very thankful to have this done and thankful to work with honest, reliable, trustworthy people like Cesar and his crew. If he can take care of my small project , I’m sure he’ll do the same for the big projects too! Water Fighters to the rescue!

Our insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration after our roof leaked causing water damage in our house. David Bittner is the project manager and has been wonderful! The first time our roof leaked it seemed dry before anyone came out but then it leaked again and David came out right away and checked it himself. He also helped me find a great roofer as I was getting nowhere fast trying to find someone myself. He's been just wonderful to work with and all of his recommendations have been amazing people!!

I had a pipe burst in my home, and the resulting water damage was extensive. I was referred to this restoration company by a friend, and I'm so glad I called them! Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water, dry out the affected areas and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. If you need water damage restoration, this is the company to call!

Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

AZ Carpet and Restoration did an incredible job not only on our carpets but also in cleaning a mattress for us! I will definitely use them in the future for ALL of our cleaning needs and highly recommend them! Their customer service is excellent, from the person that set up our appointment to the tech!

I went through home advisory to get a restoration quote on Asbestos removal on our kitchen flooring after Lowe’s/Eclipse screw ups and Justin from Zona was the first to call me. He was so friendly so professional that I hired his company to do the work! He made my day
But my after thought was Restoration my friend Lynda owns a restoration company called JBL restoration and I’m sorry but have to go with the friend. Thank you so much Justin you made me feel cared for unlike Lowe’s

showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would, and followed up after everything was done to make sure i was happy. can't ask for much more than that!

Anthony was so kind and helpful. He listened and was very responsive and knowledgeable.He fixed the clogged kitchen drain quickly and explained the issue at hand and how to prevent it moving forward, without being rude or over explaining.

After searching all day for an emergency company who could help me fix my leaking toilet I decided to go with this company. They came out here in less than 30 minutes and took care of the damage right away. My insurance company paid them directly. They put my house back together the same week and my problems were solved. Once again, thank you for your great service.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

Restoration HQ has worked with 2 of our clients. First situation was a palm tree removal from a roof... The other was water remediation. Our clients were very pleased with the service they received. Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.
