The sales guy Dan was very nice and informative, and got a great price on 8 windows. The installers worked very quickly (only took about 5 hours to install all the windows) and they patched everything up very nicely and it all looks great!

If you need your windows replaced for your home we strongly recommend calling them and getting an estimate, it was free! They had wonderful customer service and they were able to answer all of our questions about our homes new windows and the replacement process. I will use them for the other Phoenix homes I own when I need to replace my windows.

Both for the estimate and the actual installment, the guy was early. Dude was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process fast and easy. No waiting around for 4 hours for someone to show up and it took less than an hour for 2 windows to be replaced. We are happy with the services provided!

I had a large order for Marvin Infinity windows from Adam and Greg. They were very professional, honest and transparent in their approach. The windows arrived when they said they would and the installation crew were very professional. Even after the installation, they were very responsive to address any post-installation issues. Great staff pluss I work here ?

Red Rock windows provided the same exact windows of other companies for $2000 less. Because the windows must be custom made, you cannot expect to place an order today and have them installed tomorrow. As soon as the windows were in, delivery and installation were scheduled. We were impressed with the installation contractor Red Rock used. If we ever have another window or door to be replaced, we will be using this company again.

I just started using this glass company for my remodeling business. I have had a great experience on my first project and I just had them quote my second. I will update this after some time working with them.

I've used Clayton Glass and Accessories for four houses and wouldn't consider any other source. Great prices and selection brought me there but their customer service keeps me coming back! After a panel broke at a rental home Clayton Glass went above and beyond to get me a replacement. Problem being the unit was installed in California. The happily supplied the glass specs to a local source and provided me the hardware for replacement at a very reasonable cost.
