From the very beginning, I could tell I was working with a company that knows what they're doing. James, the sales rep, spent no more than 45 min showing me the product, quoting me the price, and answering any and all of my questions. I can't stress enough the importance of time these days, and I really appreciated James cutting right to the points and leaving out all unnecessary fluff. With the other 2 quotes I received, I spent no less than 90 minutes, which I felt was way too long. The best part about it, James quote came in nearly 2k less than the next competitor, and over 8k less than the other! WOW!

After choosing to go with Desert King, I was impressed by their frequent updates and communication. Each person involved, from the fitter/measurer to the install crew was on-time and gave me plenty of notice prior to their arrival. Thank you! When there was an issue with one of my windows not passing Desert King's inspection, they notified me immediately and actually got another window sent faster than I anticipated! Score!

Kenny and his associate arrived at 9:15 am (I was told between 9-11am the day of install), which was perfect, to install the windows. They were super nice, respectful of my home, and did a great job installing AND cleaning up afterwards. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Overall, my experience with Desert King exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team there for an incredibly smooth experience from start to finish. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to replace their windows!

Energy Shield was one of the few that did replacement windows on mobile homes. Omero and Lupe were the two gentleman that did our install. Very nice and friendly guys. Thank goodness it wasn't to hot that day. Very skilled at there Craft. Windows came out a lot better than expected. They look awesome. These guys cleaned up all there mess, took everything they took off. Left things in great order. Took time to answer any questions we had. Can't say enough about the process. From the nice lady at the office, to the gentleman that came out to show us the widows, the gentleman that came to do the final measurements, to the guys that did the installation. 100 percent satisfied. Wife was extremely happy with the job. Thank you Energy Shield for sure a great experience.

We ordered our first door in January of 2021. We were just delivered our 4th defective door today (3/1/2022). Paint was chipping horribly off the first 3 doors so they sold us a door that cost over twice as much because they said the paint would be better. Of course this door came today with a defective/broken frame. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

The only reason I gave a second star is because some of this might not be their fault. If the places they order these doors are this bad, please stop selling them. After being out thousands of dollars for these doors, I expect something to be done about my experience.

One of my windows got broken, so I called True View. I got someone on the phone right away and got a rough estimate for repair. They sent someone out the next day to measure and get the replacement window ordered. The installation went well and I was able to pay over the phone with credit card. This is my second time working with True View, and I have been happy both times with their service.

Had 3 broken windows on my rental house. Called Sunny State and Dwayne came right out and measured for a glass replacement since the windows were fine and I didn’t want them completely replaced. Dwayne was professional and friendly and Bree called me with a quote right away that was very reasonable. The glass was ordered and installed a few weeks later. Since the house is now empty and on the market, Dwayne went in and replaced the glass without needing me there. The windows look great, and ready for the new owner!

Tony and Thomas were on time and did a great job replacing the sliding glass rollers.

I had them replace our sliding glass door and they were friendly, on time and very professional I will definitely be using then again.

Craig, Kris and Paul were great to work with for all new double pane windows. After contacting Craig (owner) on the weekend, he was able to quickly schedule the consult to measure and come up with a quote. Kris (installer) came for a second measure to ensure all measurements were accurate. The windows took about 8 weeks to be made and arrive from CA. Upon arrival, Kris and I were able to quickly schedule an installation date. Kris and Paul (installer) were amazing to work with day of installation. Incredibly professional and quick! After 2 weeks with the new windows installed I’m seeing a marked difference not only in temperature but also in sound buffering. Overall, I would highly recommend Vision Window & Door!

Greg and the team at Small Improvements did a great job for us. We had 2 large 8ft x 6ft windows replaced, and wanted something that would look nice and last forever. We researched quite a few different brands and grades of windows, but ultimately decided we were most comfortable with these. We knew it would update the look of our house, but we completely underestimated the impact. We’ve had so many compliments since they’ve been in - our family is amazed.

Overall we’re very happy with our choice. The install went fine, the communication was good. When we’re ready to finish the rest of the windows in the house, we’ll probably be back.

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. Unfriendly

The installers where awesome, they did Great!
Not the right size, Windows are way to small.
They used plastic 2 “ wide on each side, plus in the Guest room 3” on top and bottom of window, it is a long and narrow window already.
I called a few times, when my rep called back, he said; they could not do more window than the original, they windows are way smaller now.
I wanted for him to come out and look.
He just got upset with me.
I told him, so, I am paying all this money for plastic! They would not even reduce my bill or anything.
People please if you purchase windows and they do not look the right size right away, complain then!

I was pleased that I made the right choice when I chose Red Rock after several estimates. There estimate was affordable to my budget and exceeded my expectations. Had the very best experience from start to finish.. First, the salesman, Dan Hartnett was very professional and easy to work with. He guided us step by step of every detail, and we never felt rushed. He has also called and followed up after the initial install, which you don't get very often. He was definitely awesome to work with. So, the day came with the windows being installed. Each guy that showed up was so professional, and friendly. First, they made sure that the entire house was covered with sheets, and the floor was also covered, as they were working inside and out. The team leads (Travis, and Colton) were very receptive and answered any questions we had throughout the day. Each guy (Travis, Colton, Victor, Ashton, Josh, Kade, & Eddie) that was assigned to our house that day was such a pleasure to work with, and so polite. Never have I seen a bunch of workers get along as well as these guys did. These guys not once stood around wondering what to do next. They all helped each other out. So, the windows were installed and my house was put back together within 9 hours. Highly recommend Anderson Windows and their team.

My service contractor was THE BEST.

We hired Lasting Impressions last year to do the back half of our home windows and were overall very pleased. Their Salesman, Jeff Boshoven, is awesome, detail oriented and a great, upbeat personality. The drawback was they only do install, not after install clean up of the stucco/paint. So we had to find someone else to perform that which we felt was odd. Their customer service was great, Lori even got my windows all registered with Milgard and was a delight to work with.

Fast forward to this year and we decided to go ahead and do the front half of the house realizing pricing is going up! This time we got more bids and, while Lasting Impressions was not the cheapest, we felt comfortable with them and their great customer service. Jeff once again came out, took measurements and did all his part flawlessly! The install had issues. The guys spent all day on one window. They were banging and trying to jimmy it in so hard, they broke it. Don't understand why they just shave the frame a bit to accommodate the window. The interior detail was lacking this time too, poor caulking and touch up work. They ripped another windows screen.

The replacement window arrived and was installed, but the young man said he was not there to fix the touch up work. So we called Jeff who came over. We pointed out another window that looked odd; hard to tell because it is high up. Jeff said it needs to be repaired and would have the office get on it. We said okay and stupidly paid him, believing all would be done like before. Nope!

Lori, who we had worked with so well the first time now was nonresponsive. I had been asking about the window serial numbers so i could register them and the ripped screen and defective window. Finally, I emailed Jeff and got a reply from someone else. Appears Jeff no longer works there (shocking since he's the only one responsive). Lori sent a snarky email saying I had just sent my email on Friday and she had taken a day off. Well I had actually sent the email 10 days earlier... it all spiraled out of control. Karen stepped in and got our new windows registered, and advised Jeff had put in a repair request on the defective window prior to his departure, he also go the screen replaced.

Now that Jeff is gone and seeing how customer service has gone downhill, we do not recommend Lasting Impressions... their only priority is getting paid. Bummer because we had liked them. We are still awaiting the defective window being fixed... but Lasting Impressions is paid in full so they don't care!
