Best New Patio Door in Phoenix AZ

Waiting on the outcome of my install.

Not sure if it's the company yet or the manufacturer of Therma True Doors.
I will give you folks and the folks that do research a full on review.
Shouldn't have to wait too long as a paying customer with two houses that I could very possibly need you again in the future.

This door lacks serious quality.!!

I was impressed from the moment I got the estimate. The sales rep was ill so the president of the company was out giving estimates. Being part of a family run business myself this caught my attention.

The installation crew was meticulous about making sure there was no glass debris left behind as I have a 5 year old that forgets to put on his shoes sometimes when he goes outside. Later in the day they brought over a second crew so they could do the install in one day, 7 windows.

The crew was very careful to prevent tracking in dirt and creating dust which is simply a part of the job. They were all professional and polite.

The windows are fantastic, my only regret is not having done it sooner. The price was very competitive and the windows are produced here so I am supporting the local economy and not paying for windows to be shipped from out of state. All in all an excellent product nicely installed at a good price.

The whole experience was top notch from beginning to end....& we love our new windows....Thank you AZ Valley Windows....

If you need your windows repaired this is the company to use! Dwayne is awesome to work with. He was timely and checked out the problem right away. He placed the order for the glass and as soon as it was done he was back out installing. Another reason to choose Sunny State is that it's local and they did a fantastic job my new windows look amazing!!

They were prompt, worked around my schedule, and did an excellent job replacing my broken window in just 30 minutes. And they were very courteous.

My wife and I have worked with the guys over at Discount Window and Door for several projects. They are FANTASTIC!
Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our Infinity Windows by Marvin. We contacted Greg Johnson from Small Improvements LLC, he is the managing partner. He was very informative, courteous and professional. He helped us select the fiberglass windows that my wife and I wanted for our house. We selected 5 windows and about 6 weeks later we were contacted that the windows were fabricated and ready to be installed. Kenny, the installer, did a very professional job and answered all our questions about not only the windows, but care and maintenance of the windows and warranty information. I highly recommend Infinity Windows by Marvin.

Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

They just did my house in Peoria. Save yourself some time. Do not even consider any other company. I doubt any other window company can match this organization. Perfect from A to Z.

We needed 10 new windows for the house we just bought in Scottsdale and our realtor recommended LJ Neal and Sons. So thankful for the recommendation. Price was fair and the work was superb. I highly recommend!

My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

They replaced two large windows and two sliding patio doors. The installation crew did very professional job. Very meticulous on the detail. The crew was very personable and outgoing. Demo went well with no damage to stucco or drywalls. They spent a lot of time insulatiing an caulking inside and out. The trim turned our realy nice. We look forward to replacing our remaining windows next year. Our buying experience was very favorable. We received the productvand service tgat our sales person promised.

Even tho I had to wait for a special order window for my modular home. They came an fixed it an was safe about doing their job.

Reliable was very thorough when working with my insurance company. The technician was professional and explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. I especially value the lifetime warranty.

Hidden fees. ......everything is an additional cost. You get the frame for $189. Low-E and argon gas $79 per window... $868. Fins to finish the windows $660. I don't need it finished...we are going to stucco. Insulation fee $89 per window.... $979
Have to have tempered glass $675.
By the time the nickel and dime you it's $6000. I went to home depot got excallent windows for $1200.
(On sale) And install then in 2 days.

Everyone is wonderful at Lasting Impressions. We moved into a house where the screens were missing from both sliding doors. We found out the doors were not standard sizes so we contacted Lasting Impressions. Karen was quick to get someone out to measure and order the correct doors for us. Mike was great and even helped me install them properly. Amazing company and people would recommend them to anyone.
