Best New Patio Door in Phoenix AZ

Our experience with Desert King Windows has been wonderful! Several neighbors had used Desert King Windows and recommended them to us. We are so happy with the windows and sliding glass door. They are a quality product! Also, we have had the best experience with the company from beginning to end. It all started with our sales person who was very knowledgable; next measurement for all openings and everything fit perfectly; and finally installation which went smoothly and was done on time. Everyone was a professional! I would and have recommended Desert King Windows to several neighbors and friends and would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows! You will be very happy in using this company not only for the quality and professionalism, but also because it comes at a reasonable price.

We had some doors that were in pretty bad shape , out of square frame, gaps all around and hard to latch. Called AZ VALLEY & WINDOW who sent out a salesperson who arrived on time and explained all about the doors we chose. Agreed on the price and stipulation that doors would be installed about 7 months later. Installation crew showed up on time, removed the doors and installed new doors in a timely and very professional manner. Did a walk through to make sure I was happy with their work and answer any question. Job site was cleaner than when they arrived. Very happy with the job that was done. Thank you all for a job well done.

somehow size of the two window changed from the quote to the order changed and do not longer fit. when I called to let them know they blamed me for not double checking.

We broke our window and I called a number of places without any success of replacing the window within a week or more. I had left a message with Sunny State Glass and they called us after 5 when most places close. They were able to replace the window the next day. Dwayne was so efficient and pleasant we couldn't be more pleased with his work and promptness. He will be out go-to-guy from now on. We highly recommend them.

Just wanted to say that I appreciate the easygoing and no pressure way that Craig handles the estimates and Kris makes the installation look easy! I had another company come before Vision and they were nice but they wanted me to jump through hoops and make a quick decision to get the special price. Vision gave me just as good a price for the same windows (Anlin) with no pressure or hassle. Getting windows is not cheap anywhere but I feel Vision is a good honest company and I will use them again if I ever get money to do my basement also ?

From the start of the process, these folks are awesome.
The consultation was clear and all questions were answered clearly.
The wait time for the windows was perfect and not excessive at all.
Installation was great. The crew kept the work area clean and kept our home in mind when doing their work. protecting the inside and the flooring. The entire install crew was professional and personable.
All refuse and debris was removed as they worked AND when done with the install. Management was very easy to work with and responsive to any and all communications.
I recommend the product, the company and the people that work there very highly.
I believe we made the right choice to go with this company, SI Windows - Phoenix. We will use them again if the need arises.

We're big fans of Window World. We used them in San Diego and were really happy. Called the Phoenix location, got what we felt were good prices for several windows, and placed the order. They were able to install very quickly. The installation crew was great. We love our new windows and can't wait to be able to order more!

Disappointed. They installed windows that don't stay up, and don't stand behind or service the products they sell! The installers pointed this out over a month ago...and still no resolution.

Stay away - they take your money upfront so you have nothing to leverage back when they install a defective product.
