We had a 3 pm appointment with Brian today, Tuesday 3/23/2021 HE WAS A NO SHOW! No phone call, reschedule, FU nothing! We’re returning natives of AZ and unfortunately, this seems to be standard operating procedure for many companies here. With the competition so incredibly high here, AZ Valley Windows, LLC must think scheduled customers, changing their busy schedules so that yet another Sales Rep can try to sell yet more Vinyl windows is/are not worthy... please, refer to their ratings. This seems to be a common practice. Good luck AZ Valley Windows ? ?

Craig, Kris and Paul were great to work with for all new double pane windows. After contacting Craig (owner) on the weekend, he was able to quickly schedule the consult to measure and come up with a quote. Kris (installer) came for a second measure to ensure all measurements were accurate. The windows took about 8 weeks to be made and arrive from CA. Upon arrival, Kris and I were able to quickly schedule an installation date. Kris and Paul (installer) were amazing to work with day of installation. Incredibly professional and quick! After 2 weeks with the new windows installed I’m seeing a marked difference not only in temperature but also in sound buffering. Overall, I would highly recommend Vision Window & Door!

I hired Red Rock to turn a window into a door. They are highly professional and I felt confident in them the entire time. Excellent communication, and consummate professionals. They are so high quality that I was bracing for sticker shock, but their price beat the other 2 quotes I had received.

The technicians who installed the door were very communicative and did a great job. They explained everything about the door, warranty, etc., and they didn't consider the job done until they double checked we were totally on the same page.

I love this company!!! Dustin was great. My windows looked awesome and everything was explained step by step through the process. It was completed in the time they set aside for it. I have already referred someone to them!

Pretty disgusted that I got a letter in the mail addressed to my dead father that was made to look like personal correspondence. Was not fun at all opening that expecting to have to deliver horrible news to a long lost friend of my once again DECEASED father just to see coupons and an advertisement. Shameful absolutely shameful.

My daughter had her rear car window broken out with a rock. Best Glass came to our house that same day and replaced the window, quickly and efficiently. They even vacuumed up all the glass. They also did the job for about $40 less than the next lowest quote, and the guys that came out were professional and pleasant to deal with. Thanks!

Needless to say that was one of our worst days the windows took a while to get here Richard the salesperson is one complete liar the manager that I did call to try to rectify the situation claims to be a marine veteran guess what so am I even informed him of it... guess what the a****** left me behind to all Marines out there you and I both know we don't leave anyone behind and no I do not recommend this place stay away
