The company agent (Dwayne) who installed/replaced the window glass arrived on time after providing me an immediate fair price quote. He was courteous and professional, and demonstrated expertise in the quick time it took him to do the project. His attitude towards the whole project exceeded expectations. I'll surely recommend the company to whoever is seeking any glass-related installation, replacement, etc.

Great company excellent service and products very professional

We’ve had our windows for a couple of weeks now and immediately noticed the difference in the house after the installation was complete. Our gas bill dropped about 50-60% since the installation! The salesman was awesome, the installer did great work, and the exterior of our home looks so much better! We will be using LEI again for some additional windows and doors and we will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

We have our bathroom remodeled and it was really good seeing a complete transformation in just 3 days however we had some caulking problem but was resolved immediately. Kudos to Todd Hoyt and Shane Caballero. They are really knowledgeable and very professional.

Had a rock hit my windshield. All services taken care of with windshield replacement. They are approved by StateFarm insurance so they set up the conference call to approve replacement. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. It was that easy. Technicians call before arrival. They are neat clean and friendly. Office staff Was very accommodating. I have no problem referring them for auto glass needs.

Better than expected service and product.

The window install is finished and the final results are satisfactory. The installation went OK, but Lasting Impressions ran short of workers during the process and a few days there were not enough people to perform some of the heavy lifting. Removal of the old windows left more of gap in the old stucco on the outside that I was hoping, but the old windows were installed in a manner may have contributed to that. The crew did an OK job repairing the stucco and sealing the gap, though ... so all is well in the end.

There was more dust raised than I hoped. The crew did place plastic around the window opening during the phase where they made some cuts, but still a lot of dust. On the inside wood floors, the crew did not place enough protective coverings down and some minor scratches and foot traffic with caulking compound were evident on the wood floors ... but, we were able to clean it up OK. But the crew could have done a better job placing protective covering down.

Overall, Lasting Impressions provided a good price for the windows and with the exception of taking longer to do the install than originally estimated (due to manpower shortages), the experience was good. With a bit more care protecting flooring, I would raise the rating a notch.

I thought I knew good doors and windows (heritage, Pella, Anderson, western) but the La Cantina big sliders are the best I’ve ever seen. So smooth and a beautiful installation . They were so responsive and professional. Absolutely worth the extra $.

Phoenix Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. We worked with Alex who provided a clear, detailed estimate and was always more than willing to answer any questions we had. The crew arrived early and got the job done quickly + cleaned up well after the job was done, and my roof looks great!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

It was a great experience working with Power. They installed all window. Contractors were very knowledgable, fast and clean. Done in 5 hours and was able to go on about my day. I was expecting an all day install. Finance was easy not to mention you get good quality windows at a decent price. I would definately recommend this company!!

Greg was a fantastic person. This was our first ever remodeling project and having someone like Greg handling everything was such a relief. He was always on time and always working hard. Both of my bathrooms look great, we are really happy with how it all came out. Everyone I've talked to at Handyman Connection has been great, but Greg was exceptional in not only his work ethic but customer service skills. I have used Phoenix Glass Cleaning now for 2 years, 2 times a year. I am very satisfied with the quality, timeliness, and professionalism.

RemodAZ has had their license revoked by the Arizona ROC (327194) after 35 disciplined complaints (currently 17 others open) and have been negatively featured on the local Arizona news (Let Joe Know!).

I hired RemodAZ and was one of the “lucky” ones that actually had work performed. “Lucky” (in quotes) because the wait (7 months) and quality of the install was not great. I’ll spare the complete list, but the big two are: One of the installed windows did not seal/close. The doors installed were not sealing and falling off the hinges due to a bad install.

My issues were only looked at after getting the ROC involved. RemodAZ came out and did the absolute bare minimum before abandoning the project again. Then their license was revoked.

I am still picking up the pieces via additional contractors I’ve hired to clean up their work.

Note there is review manipulation for this company on sites like HomeAdvisor (out of state reviews) and Facebook (shell profiles recommending). Do your research before hiring any contractor.
